My 22 4runner lit up the dash on Christmas eve. I brought it in on the 26th and was quoted 180 for a diagnostic, asked about my warranty and was told they'd let me know. A sensor needed to be replaced, that'll be $271. How it's not covered is beyond me. I show up to a bill for nearly $500. "Oh, it was 271 in addition to the 180 diagnostic", Member "and my warranty covered nothing on a 2 year old truck?" Nope Calls warranty "actually it's all covered" Speaks to Abby the manager "oh we'll reimburse you and handle it" An hour later "we actually can't, you'll have to do that" So, over paid $500 because no one could actually look into the extended warranty I bought with it and now I get to fight with them to get some of the money back.. read more

I agreed to a deal in writing for $386/month with $3,000 down. Everything was discussed, signed off, and I was ready to move forward. The very next day, the dealer calls me and says, "The bank didn't approve it, so now it has to be $430/month." That's a $44/month increase overnight -- after a written agreement. When I said that was unacceptable, they suddenly "worked it down" to $414/month, but still not the agreed price. It felt like I was being pressured and upsold after the fact, with the blame conveniently placed on the bank. Whether it's a shady tactic or poor communication with financing, this isn't how business should be done. A deal should be honored, not changed the next day. I am absolutely disgusted with the way I was just treated at Audi Drivers Village service by NIKO, a service advisor. He was rude, accusatory, interrupted me, and questioned me multiple times. He made me feel so terrible, treated me with disrespect and I cannot imagine how drivers village allows him to work in a place that is designed for customer service. I've never been that disrespected by an employee. I've been coming to drivers village for over 10 years and this may just ruined my relationship. I purchased a 2023 Hyundai Tucson Limited Hybrid at Drivers Village in June 2023 for $41K because we wanted a SUV that would get good mileage. This barely gets 29MPG even though its supposed to get 37MPG. Terrible mileage in the cold and terrible if you go over 70MPH. Car shut down on the highway once while driving and the check engine light keeps going on. DV wants me to pay $350 to have the gas tank dropped and replace the gas because the gas has "too little ethanol in it". Really?--just admit you don't know how to fix this POS. I paid $41K + tax and now they will only offer me $27K to trade this POS in on something safer. Horrible Customer service. Do not buy a car here! read more

I bought my Toyota RAV February 19 - after leaving, my husband, who was behind me calls to tell me the muffler was exceptionally low. I took it to my mechanic and he confirmed a bracket needed to be secured. I took it back to DV because of the 12 month/12,000 mile warranty. The told me NOTHING was wrong. Fast forward to July and ANOTHER MECHANIC tells me, "you need your muffler looked at, it needs a clamp". BACK TO DV. They tell me it's rust and not covered. Today, my mechanic fixed in less than 30 minutes with a clamp. ALL DV had to do was a clamp and 30 minutes the first time I went back. SAD to lose a good customer over such a minimal, good faith task. read more

Well where to start... We purchased a 2024 dodge durango just over a month ago. I noticed left muffler wasn't aligned correctly and made appointment to have it fixed. 2 weeks later was told by service that there is blood on the pipe and impact damage, and it would cost 3000! I inspected this and found there was no blood or damage to piping. There was grease splatter in pipe NOT blood! No one has provided pictures prior to sale from their website to prove the muffler was bent... This issue was missing when car went through PDI process before delivery! We recoeved no help whatsoever from Mike Ashby (general sales manager) or Matt bell (service manager). Maike actually stormed out of office and said he has better things to deal with! This is a manager.... I will be filing BBB complaint and calling Chrysler on this terrible experience.What they have accused us of is illegal and unethical! Stay away from this dealership read more

Bought a used car 40 days ago. Check engine light is on already. They can't get the car in to even check the engine code for 3 weeks. The service guy I talked with at KIA service tried to tell me that the car isn't covered under any warranty because of the year of the car. NYS Used vehicle warranty - 60 days 300 miles. The used are warehouse was supposed to call me back about another issue, 3 days later, I'm still waiting for that call. KIA said I could drop the car off and leave it and they would try to look at it. I would NOT recommend trying to get service there. Be aware of purchasing a car there as well. read more

I took my 2018 crosstrek there for an inspection. I made the appointment a month and a half in advance because it was the "earliest they had available" I told the lady on the phone but my driver side rear view mirror had a crack in it from when a bird flew into it awhile back. She told me it should pass inspection so I waited patiently until my appointment. I brought my car in at 1 PM on a Monday- the time of the appointment, I did not get a call back to come pick my car up until 6:30 PM and at that time I was informed that my car did not pass because of the crack in my driver side mirror and they could order the glass for me it would be in would cost me $299 plus another 66$ for wipers and It wouldn't be in until that Thursday... so I'd be without my car for 4 days and it would, in total cost me $386.00. Plus another 11$ to get it reinspected by them. I picked up my car, stuck a $12.99 mirror from AutoZone on it And had my sicker the next day. DONT BE FOOLED. We recently bought a car from the used car warehouse, it was the worst customer service I've ever received. 1. Asked to test drive the car and the gas light was on. No gas! 2. The fluids we're not topped off when we picked the car up. No windshield wipers fluid. 3. In picking up the car, we realized the rear passenger window would not let down. We had to leave the car to get the window fixed. How did they not know. 4. After picking it up the car and putting it on the highway it began to shake at 65 mph. Because the car had been purchased we took the car to our mechanic to have the whole car looked over because we did trust Drivers Village. 5. Our sales person was inexperienced and seemingly uninterested in providing a good sales experience. He seemed to be bothered that we were upset about the condition of our car at pick up . Even the manager seemed to not care. Although, I must give credit to the person who added the necessary fluids to the car, he did seem to concerned that our experience was not good. After we left the car to have the window fixed and came back for pick up the salesperson handed us the keys through the plexiglass and had to be told to walk us to the car. Lazy! On 12/6/19, I made an appointment with the internet sales rep to see a 2019 Mitsubishi Mirage on 12/7/19 at 1130am. I advised the rep I was driving 2 hours from home. Appointment confirmed. I arrived at 1135am for my scheduled 1130am appointment. At arrival, the staff was friendly. I sat down with the sales rep who started talking about a brand new Mitsubitshi Mirage. We talked numbers and I decided I wanted to stick with the car I came for. The sales rep told me she had to offer this to me. That's fine. I get it. I was then told the car was sold 45 minutes ago, despite getting a text at 1056am when I advised them I was running late with the response, "Kristen, thanks for the heads up!" I was upset and was going to leave right then. I was told that had I made a deposit, the car could have been set aside. I was not offered that. I was also told several times they can't help it that the car sold. Of course, then the sales department tried to offer two new ones to me and other vehicles on the lot. This wasn't the point of course. I am beyond disgusted with the business practices I witnessed today. I will never do business with Drivers Village. I purchased a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Drivers Village in February of 2023. In June I came out to find my car wouldn't start. I called up Drivers Village as I had a 12 month/12,000 mile warranty. They told me it would be 3-5 days till they could pick it up. Well obviously, that wasn't going to work since I need my car for work, kids etc... Called local shop they picked it up in 15 minutes and replaced a bad starter. Fast forward 2 weeks later and I smelled anti-freeze. Called Drivers Village. Since the car wasn't disabled, they told me they couldn't get to it for 4 weeks, but I could call around to see if another Jeep dealer could get it in since its under warranty. I called Par-K in Fulton and they got it in the next day. Crack in the water pump. They replaced it and all good. Fast forward to yesterday 7/24 won't start again. Didn't even bother to call Drivers Village and just have it towed to Par-K. They are looking at it today to give me a diagnosis. In the meantime, I call Drivers Village to get a loaner car because borrowing a car from family/friends is getting old. I was told that it didn't matter that I bought the "car" from them and got the warranty from them they could not give me a loaner because they weren't performing the work. My response was well I'll have it towed to you and it can sit there for 4 weeks for you to get to and I'll have the loaner for 4 weeks. His response was well we don't have many loaners to give, sorry I can't help you. YOU HAVE THOUSANDS OF VEHICLES IN YOUR LOT. I beg you never to do business with these people. I had an issue with the transmission on my 2016 Kia Sorento, so I brought it to Burdick to look at. To summarize: I dropped the car off on 6/22, and didn't get it back until 7/18. It took an extremely long time (2 weeks) for Burdick to work with Kia to determine if they would cover the transmission. Burdick was uninformed that my car was indeed under warranty. Burdick almost never had anyone I could talk to when I called - when I called, I was told no one was available to talk to me, and someone would call me back. Multiple days would pass and no one ever returned my calls. Status updates were few and far between. Labor time was very high for simple tasks (1 hour or $125 to install a battery tray - I tested this and it took me 5 minutes). Part prices were high compared to alternatives (I was charged $300 for an AGM battery, I could find them $200 brand new in local stores). They're either busy or understaffed, because the work didn't start on my car for a week and a half after Kia had agreed to cover it. And I didn't have my car available for vacation because even after they had it for 3 weeks, they found an additional issue (which could have been identified earlier) which caused another week delay. And they didn't do anything for me, no loaner, no discount, no offer of any kind. I don't think that anyone would be happy waiting for a month to get their transmission fixed, with no loaner, and little to no communication through the process. I can't say that I'm planning to come back to Burdick for any future needs. read more

Horrible service. I called today to make ask about getting an estimate for my vehicle. I was told I should make an appointment. The entire afternoon was open except for 4pm. I chose 2:30 and arrived promptly. I was greeted immediately but was re-asked all the information that I had already given over the phone. I was then told it would be "15 or 20 minutes." After a half hour, I noticed my car hadn't been moved yet. So I asked how much longer it would be. I was told that "they're working on the quote now" and that they had already inspected and driven it and that it would be "another 15 or 20 minutes." But the car clearly hadn't moved.... I explained that if it was going to be any longer than 20 minutes, then I needed to leave and a guy came out from around the counter and handed me my keys and said, "It's going to be longer than 20 minutes..." So after all this misinformation and unprofessionalism - and time wasted - I left.... Later, I called to make a new appointment and was told that the reason my wait was so long was that they were short-staffed and that they had "so many appointments today". But as I stated, when I called, I was informed that almost the entire afternoon was open. When I explained that to the person on the phone, I was then told that other people that had appointments showed up early and that because of that, I was waiting behind them. (I'm not sure who these mystery people were because they have a monitor and the only name on it was mine, and the person for the 4pm appointment) Regardless of whether or not this was somehow true, instead of telling other people they are too early, their policy is to make someone that is on time - such as me - wait behind them.... As far as being "short-staffed" they don't seem to have any problem finding people to greet you and take your keys. There were like 8 of them. They know that once they get your keys, you'll have to wait so they can just deceive you about how long your wait will be. After all, you can't leave without your keys! This place is like a factory assembly line. There is no feeling of personal service. Nobody there knows what anyone else is doing - or has done. So unless you have hours of time to waste waiting once you arrive and money for gas to waste getting there, don't bother with this place. What a waste of a day.... read more

I gave them only 3 stars because our salesman was wonderful, Jim Dunn! He spent a long time getting us financed and had great communication with him. So they got us financed and went home for 2 weeks, I get a call that I need to come in and do more paper work. When I got there, I live an hour away, they had me sign my title to the vehicle I traded, because they had a job listed for my mother that she didn't have on the finance paperwork. Well to make a long story a little shorter, they ended up giving me a "big deal" on the new vehicle, because they couldn't get us financed with our work as it is! So they made the sale right but I was furious, when they were taking back the car I drove for 2 weeks and giving me my trade back, which wouldn't pass inspection, again, which was up to date when traded, but they removed all the stickers! read more

Drivers village is a poorly managed business. Mason Briggs and Mark Topor, the salesmen whom I dealt with over the phone. Those two salesmen have no integrity, aren't honest, are out to benefit their own pockets, will pull the wool over your eyes and are LIARS to their customers. They will sneak in a purchase you never asked for to make a profit. If you as a customer are making a purchase from their car dealership and make the mistake of overlooking a document it will only benefit them. They will not try to help you in this matter. It is wrong of them to say they cannot do nothing for you when it is possible to help someone out and not be so greedy. These salesmen will not return a call to you and they will not help you when you need customer service. There is no customer service. I'm not giving them a star due to the fact they don't deserve one. Unfortunately, I have to leave a star to post my review of this business. I hope the president/owner of this business, ROGER BURDICK, reads this and is and knows he should be ashamed of these two people he has as salespersons for his dealership. Tried to cheat me! Kelly Blue Book trade in value on my car is 17k - they tried to offer me $9k. My car has a spotless interior, two tone leather, oh and its a BMW x5 48 i x-drive fully loaded has the very rare third row seat too! I keep my car buffed and detailed so there are no scratches. I told the people on the phone and in the email I was driving from out of town, I owed 20k on my car, I was not giving any cash for a down payment and that a sensor had went out on my car, the sensor was a $500 job but my local bmw dealer had no appointments for two weeks. I assumed they would deduct the $500 for the sensor. The car I was hoping to buy from them they told me was ready to go, I get there and it was not inspected, it was all scratched up with a dead battery. So there was no way they could of had it ready to roll so I would have had to take another day off of work and make another nearly 4 hour round trip to get there to pick it up. I told them thanks for wasting my !@$%#!! time and walked out. read more

In all my years (many) I finally found a new car dealership that treats you like a customer. I even traveled north to a Fulton Jeep dealership where I was offered over $3,000 less for my trade. I thought heading out of the city I might find a "deal". The service department is beyond compare. Drive in for basic service without an appointment, if waiting, they will place a "waiter" tag on your vehicle so it will be processed quickly. There is a nice little lounge/dining area where you can purchase anything from breakfast sandwiches to pizza while you wait. This is my fifth or sixth purchase from DV and I have never had a bad experience read more

The absolute worst service center I have ever had to use. Usual service appointment scheduling is two weeks or more, even for oil changes. Then, wait times for oil changes are lengthy, averaging two hours or more. Warranty items usually require more than one visit as they very seldom have parts needed. Quite often when returning to complete warranty work, wrong parts were ordered and another return visit must be scheduled. On one occasion, told parts had come in, and was given an appointment for two weeks later, only to be told on day of appointment the parts had not been ordered, highly suspect parts were used for another customer. On one occasion had complete engine failure (blown engine) on vehicle still within warranty period. After two days wait, told by service manager that vehicle repairs would not be covered by warranty ($4k) as I, as the customer had failed to check and maintain oil in the engine. I, at that time had to point out to the service manager that they, the dealership, had just completed an oil change on the vehicle two weeks prior. He stated he would call me back. After two days he called back and stated the repairs would be covered under warranty. I later found out that there had been a service bulletin for this particular engine that advised of potential engine failures. Picked up vehicle six weeks later. Drove two blocks from dealership when the dashboard lit up with all sorts of warning lights. Returned the vehicle to dealership, and came back two weeks later to get car back. read more

I would never do business with this company. Andrew the Salesman was a great guy and worked well with me.
