The staff was very friendly the second I walked in, my dental hygienist was so nice and explained everything in detail as well as thorough recommendations for home care. Dr. Dudzik was prompt in coming in for my exam and walked me through options - as well as listened to my concerns and questions. Even through the end billing, the front desk woman walked me through exact charges and what to plan for on future visits. Overall an enjoyable experience which can be hard when having to go to the dentist. Looking forward to my continue care here!

I was surprised to be charged each time just to have it re-cemented, but at the time I didn't question it. Recently, an old filling failed, and based on my prior experience, I scheduled an appointment expecting to have a crown done. I arrived early, as usual, and was seated quickly--but then waited about 15 minutes before seeing the doctor. After a brief exam, I was told I needed a crown--which is exactly why I had scheduled the visit. After another wait, I was presented with an estimate of $2,300 (my last one here was ~$1,800 a couple years ago, so I understand pricing has gone up). I agreed to proceed. That's when I was told they didn't have time to do the procedure and I would need to come back and reschedule. This was frustrating. I had scheduled the appointment specifically for this work, arrived early, and still left without anything being done. What really pushed it over the edge was being charged for the consultation on the way out. I've since found a new dentist with a much more efficient setup--same-day crowns, lower cost, and a more professional patient experience overall. Dr. Streelman may be personable, but for me, the experience lacked the efficiency, communication, and value I expect
