I wanted to buy time with the tooth and decided to get a second opinion. Came here since my husband comes here and was told they can save my tooth. I felt a lot better about it. Not that a root canal is pleasant, but it's better than losing my tooth completely. They were able to fit me in and remove most of the debris. I got this done yesterday and feeling better already. Once my gums heal, it's two more steps to getting my final crown. I'm still really nervous chewing with it but at least I won't lose my tooth. My gums feel swollen but they checked on me today and were really helpful with explaining the process to me. I was so nervous that they wouldn't be able to save my tooth, but they were able to. At least for now, that tooth eventually needs to be extracted but I need to buy time with it. Thanks to everyone on the team for all of their assistance.

Liz and I didn't have a great experience but with her genuine way of communicating and listening to my concerns, she convinced me to give them a chance and so I did. I came to realize that we are lucky to have a private owner versus so many dental offices being corporate these days makes Doctor Leclaire office unique. They really care about dentistry and the customers teeth health. Maurice is one of the best hygienist and really does great work. For the skeptical people out there, give them the opportunity to prove to you that they are the best alternative for the North County. The whole staff makes it happen as a team they will have success. They even charged $50 for "photos" of my teeth (which in normal dentist offices they normally take these as a part of your routine check in to help explain to patients if they have a cavities or anything). The office then proceeded to try and have me commit to a treatment plan for over $1,400. I would not go to this practice this are trying to upsell you on everything. My teeth were in good condition and didn't need a treatment plan that was confirmed by my new dentist. A crazy side fact is that my friend a couple months ago left for the same exact reason and never returned to this practice because they also tried to get them on a treatment plan for $1600.
