Met up with a friend for lunch and we decided to go to Scoozi's... The food was ok, but not the best. I feel like it was busy and they did not have enough staff working for how busy it was. The restaurant seems lovely on the inside but could be renovated.

Food... 10/10 Service... 10/10 Location... 10/10 Located right in the heart of downtown cork, you have to make this your stop for lunch! We were in a tour, and had just 90 minutes, but we were in and out in under 30 minutes. The food was fresh and the pasta was full of vegetables and mix-ins. The pizza was a great portion for people looking for something quick.

Very disappointed w/ the takeaway experience -- this is the "pesto pollo" burger takeaway. But the manager gave me a full refund. I do NOT recommend take away but the food is usually decent and familiar comfort food

Vegetarian lasagna served with garlic bread and salad and a barbecue chicken pizza

Having lunch with a friend and it was really really good and fulfill! My friend ordered a barbecue chicken pizza and I took the vegetarian lasagna served with a salad and garlic bread! It was good and the restaurant atmosphere was nice and warm! Then we shared a wellbaked tart made of frangipani and raspberries ! Was perfect but we ate a LOT! I totally recommend it

2persons stater with garlic bread, yummy! You'd better be very hungry

Not fabulous but okay, dishes size were correct but it wasn't that tasty, too much promotion about their homemade sauce, should I have put some in my burger to taste something?? We also took the home speciality (burger with mushrooms sauce) the sauce liked like it was made with powder and water.... And the Scoozi chicken that was very dry... Lucky us, we took a 2persons starter that was good ... In brief, it's correct but not fabulous if you are looking for good cuisine

Each dessert has a homemade feel to it and they are mouth watering- especially the pavlova and cheesecakes.

Worth the hype! Let's just say it was approximately 5 days into my Ireland trip and I was sick of…read moremeat and potatoes. I desperately needed some variety. I had heard of Miyazaki because their sister restaurant, Ichigo Ichie, has a Michelin star. While Ichigo is expensive and difficult to grab a table at, Miyazaki is more affordable and offers both takeaway and dining in their small seating area. I've also heard that you can also take the food to go and eat it at O'Sho, the pub across the street, as the two spots have a partnership. I asked for the staff members' recommendation and she said the Hake Don was her favorite. I took her suggestion and enjoyed the fried whitefish over white rice with cucumber, green onions, sesame seeds, and a delicious sauce. I was lucky enough to grab a stool and eat there but the place quickly filled up as the night continued. I would definitely recommend adding this place to your list when visiting Cork. I was impressed to find such amazing Japanese food place (in Ireland of all places???) and would totally return if I'm back in the area.
