This was just the beginning of a dining experience that included family recipes and culinary traditions. We started with a delicious roasted cauliflower dish with almonds and raisins, grilled Romaine served over beet hummus, roasted beets with feta and strawberries and their signature hummus with Persian pickles. Every dish with colorful and full of flavor. We also had Merza Ghassemi which is an incredible eggplant spread served with the most incredible Barbari bread. For our entree, we shared the Chelow kebabs. A beautiful silver platter is filled with grilled and spiced meats -chicken, beef, and lamb- and perfectly grilled vegetables. The rice was also flavored with fresh herbs. There is a spice jar on the table of sumac, a Persian staple, which was suggested to enhance the flavors of the food. Everything was delicious and served with care. The staff is eager to help us experience and explore the flavors and food combinations. For dessert, we shared the best baklava that I have ever tasted. It was so flaky and filled with honey and nuts. Lemon Press is a wonderful dinner experience and should not be missed. All their meals are fabulous but there is something unique about sitting in candlelight, enjoying a Mediterranean dining experience with your friends and family that is truly special.

We always go to the Juice Bar for ice cream when visiting Nantucket, but gave this place a try last…read morenight and WOW! The peanut butter pie ice cream was amaaaazing. Every bite had a chunk, it was creamy and full of peanut butter flavor. We smelled the chocolate waffle cones earlier in the day when they were making them and they were good but didn't really taste much like chocolate. Next time will do regular. I also got a cappuccino and it was one of the best I've had-seriously! This place is a hidden gem- both times we went we didn't have to wait in line. Highly recommend!

I had an everything bagel with egg and cheese. The egg and cheese bagel ended up somehow projectile squirting yolk everywhere on the first bite. It was kind of crazy how it managed to get all over my coat, jeans, shirt, and even my shoes. Bagels with egg and cheese are kind of my go to everywhere I go and I can honestly say nothing like this has ever happened. It was kind of ridiculous lol. My perfect egg and cheese sandwich has fluffy eggs and gooey cheese which is what I'm used to but as I said this is an ice cream shop. A really expensive one. Having said this the staff were really nice about it, and washed my coat for me and offered me a stain spray. They even offered to wash my shirt and jeans if I come back later. We will probably come back for the ice cream since they were so kind and they have a really cute backstory, but for ice cream not breakfast.
