She describes the tilapia as limp, slightly watery (although supposedly baked), barely warm, had a nice spice to it, but the fish had a rather fishy taste. Tilapia is supposed to be mild. It gave her the impression of being prepared earlier and had been sitting on a steam table for awhile. Definitely not cooked in the short period between our order and the time it was served. They use a tankless heating system and there are signs all over the hotel informing people of that fact.
