She's upbeat, friendly, and always welcoming with a smile. Erin does an excellent job staying attentive and making sure guests feel taken care of throughout the meal. We started brunch with coffee and water while looking over the menu. My wife ordered the Brussels and Eggs, and I went with the Belgian waffle with a side of hash browns. Our food arrived within about 15 minutes, and everything was fresh, hot, and very enjoyable. The service was phenomenal. Erin checked on us several times during our visit without ever being overbearing, which really added to the experience. After two great visits in less than a week, I think we may have found our new go-to brunch spot.
