I had to bring my dog and cat in for appointments at the same time, and they had two rooms for us. One to have the dog in, and one for the cat. Thank god. It was a wellness checkup for the kitty, Emmy. I was having concerns bout her weight, and how to manage it with another chonky cat at home. Both the vet tech and the veterinarian gave me solid advice I've been using since the appointment and we've found something that's been working. I know my fiancé had brought our dog, Bowie, in for an earlier appointment, in or around Jan/Feb. He didn't like how expensive they were, I'll add that in. I haven't ran into any major differences between here and any other vet. They were super great when I was carrying a cat and holding the dog. They helped me get all my stuff ready, get the prescription ready while I got them in the car. It was a very pleasant experience. This is a very nice vet, it's not super fancy. Has a small town feel, but it's located a little closer to Madison.

Ppl suggested we bring her to daycare once a week. We tried out DHU and they really met her where she was at when she arrived. She was so scared the first day and barely left her crate. Now months later, it is INCREDIBLE how much she's grown. The DHU employees are so kind and worked so hard to help her come out of her shell. She now runs to the door once she knows we are going there!!! She plays all day and we feel so confident she is safe and loved while there. Wish I could give more stars. Thank you thank you thank you DHU employees !!! -(Fancy Nancy's mom)

For daycare, my puppy and I are welcomed with a big smile and a big hello to us both. When he is picked up, the staff tells us who he played with and how he did. They even are helping us train him to get comfortable in a kennel. During his boarding stay the staff went above and beyond to say the least. They gave him extra love when he would get nervous- they even put him in a thunder jacket to calm his worries. Amazing. We are so thankful. They took Christmas photos of him after a complementary bath which were adorable! They communicated so well (and fast) so that we were at ease being far away. I recommend Prairie Pawz to everyone and will continue to do so! Thanks Prairie Pawz for taking such good care of my baby!

March 4th Phone call with Dogma team member to answer intake questions and share Nova's personality and traits. At the end of the call I was informed the team will reach out to me. March 14th I have not received communication from Dogma so I reached out to follow up. I was informed I should hear from the hiking team within a week. March 22nd I still have not received communication from Dogma so I reached out to follow up again. March 25th I hear from Lindsey the owner and was informed the next step was to schedule a meet and greet on (4/26/22) to introduce Nova and our home to a team member. April 26th Lindsey cancels our meet and greet. Reason was because they were training new team members at the time and didn't have the capacity to onboard Nova. I was told we can schedule another meet and greet in June / July. No meeting was scheduled at this point and time. August 15th I haven't heard anything from Dogma and reach out to follow up on the status. August 31st I still have not received communication from Dogma. I reached out to follow up again via text message and phone call. September 5th I haven't heard back from Dogma. Needless to say, the company is absolutely horrific at communication. Obviously we will seek other services because the lack of professionalism and communication makes me worried about the care they would provide to my dog.

Aunt B's did a great job making sure he was comfortable while also ensuring he got to celebrate the holidays. We got to bring a wrapped present for him to unwrap on Christmas. Really friendly service and helpful staff. Great facility with well-designed dog cottages to help dogs avoid the stress that can happen in the overcrowded kennels. Wonderful place! Loved the little added touch of a personalized note from each caretaker on what our doodle did during his stay. Five resounding stars for Aunt B's.
