Left my big toe nail crookedly shaped. Then I had asked for a design to match my acrylic nails on my big toe and she did nothing of the sort to try to match what I asked, she did what she wanted and it totally came out horrendous. And lastly, my total was $35 and I gave her a 40 and she she took it upon herself to keep the five dollars change without me even telling her or without her even knowing what I was gonna give her as a tip. Oh, and I also forgot to mention that the slippers that they put on me for my toenails to dry left the bottom of my feet stained pink, and when I brought it to their attention, they told me to go home and wash it off and I stated to them that I did not just pay $40 for a pedicure for me to walk out of the shop with pink under feet. (the picture that I will be attaching below shows the design that was put on my big toe that did not even closely match What is on my acrylic nail.)

What I liked about this place is I could make a last minute (2 hr notice) appointment and it is open late. For some reason a ton of other local places are closed Monday's. I was only in town a few hours and needed a mani-pedi treatment badly as I was trying to grow out my nails and wanted them shaped properly. The owner has a ton of patience as you pick out colors and if you change your mind (like I do) with colors as you sit and look around. They also have a great selection of nail polish colors. The owner is very accommodating and friendly. She's fast at what she does, but does it to perfection because if you're unhappy with anything, she will fix it and if you don't like a color you picked she will redo it for you if she can. She will look at your facial expressions to see if you make any gave of concern or are looking at anything. I don't think nice ever had a manicurist ask me "anything wrong? Tell me :)". So I wanted another coat on and said it and she did it right away. She also helps you with everything from taking shoes off, opening zippers on your purse, moving things over so you don't get your nails ruined. This time I came straight from the airport and has a small suitcase, which she took to the car for me! Just very nice lady, overall. For the pedi, some of the other ladies don't speak much but they take they're time and do a good job. They also give you a foot massage and then when your pedi is done, a back massage as you let your feet dry. At some more expensive places, by have you chose a massage of foot scrub and you get it all here. Overall, I'm happy with my mani-pedi and the pricing and excited to have such an accommodating place close to home.

As of 2024, these have gone up more than $10 since the Covid pandemic, and lately Zoe has implemented these really annoying nickel and diming charges for basic things like takeoff of dip and a polygel patch for a toe with a chip in it at $5 a pop. Moreover its very irritating to not have my appointment times kept, while they hound you with reminder texts and lecture you being a few minutes late when it's obvious they took a walk-in who has been there awhile, and hasn't had their color done yet when you arrive for your appointment 5 to 15m early. Ended up waiting 45m while someone else started the takeoff and pedicure, it really is touch n go, and some of the techs do half ass work or have a less than stellar attitude. The second time this happened, I asked loudly why I bother making appointments, especially when I had been reassured this was not going to happen again when I made this one. Of course it did... Im also tired of being asked if I have the day off. Why so concerned about my schedule? Final straw and really rethinking my patronage. I said I want square and very long (I said long 4 times) & I did not leave with long nails... I put on my appointment that I wanted a design but due to delay, we ran out of time for the design. so now I spent $190 on nails I made an appointment for & not what I anticipated leaving with. There are so many other choices in the area.... This is a luxury service for most people I was hoping for a better experience.
