I was surprised how wide the aisles were. was impressed with the canned goods and also the K-Cup offerings. To my delight, they had my favorite fruit, Raspberries on sale. I grabbed two pints for $5. They even had fresh cut flowers for $5. The cashier was friendly and professional. After ringing me out, he gave me a coupon for $5 off my next purchase of $50. That's a 10% savings. It was showing a much higher price . We took the 50.00 bike to return desk to see if they could sell it to me for price showing where the bike was in the rack .I was told that they did not have the authority to do so, that manager would make that determination. I asked if I could speak with him. The desk called for him to talk with me. About 15 minutes later a person walked up . His personal appearance lead me to believe he was a customer not the manager. I asked him if I could buy the bike for the price that was listed . In no certain terms was he willing try to work with me . I went home and contacted Godfrey Walmart and was able to get a bike shipped to me that slightly cheaper for $50.00.Very bad experience !!!

The customer service was top notch. The shelves were always well stocked. My local Walmart now is referred to as "the out of stock store." If you have a list you are guaranteed to leave with only 2/3 of the things on that list as my current Walmart WILL be out of stock. My local Walmart must have a beacon atop of it that calls out to all those crazy "people of Walmart" to go there. We have more than our share of these people. We may have 2-3 lanes open. All the serve yourself checkouts are open. Those checkouts are backed up because no one wants to wait in the couple other services lanes actually open. Many of the staff are rude or cranky. Who could blame them? Working in those conditions. Enjoy your good Walmart because they're not all that way. We quit going except when we feel we have no choice....maybe once every couple months.
