I also notice him constantly bossing around other employees at the drive-thru window, which makes the experience unpleasant. On the other hand, Director Christie is always a pleasure to see. She's polite, professional, and supportive of her team, and it's clear she leads by example. Her presence makes a huge difference in the overall atmosphere. I truly don't understand how the other gentleman is in a management role, as his behavior is the opposite of what I've come to expect from Chick-fil-A's usual high standards of customer service.

She didn't even take the chance to look herself but rather stated, "I dont know you can check." Anyhow, I thank her. From the moment I pulled up, his energy was infectious. He was incredibly polite, upbeat, and genuinely seemed to enjoy helping customers.
