While most of the staff are pleasant and helpful, there is one manager -- a gentleman with red hair and braces -- who is consistently difficult to deal with. If something is missing from an order and I mention it, he responds with an attitude rather than helpfulness. I also notice him constantly bossing around other employees at the drive-thru window, which makes the experience unpleasant. On the other hand, Director Christie is always a pleasure to see. She's polite, professional, and supportive of her team, and it's clear she leads by example. Her presence makes a huge difference in the overall atmosphere. I truly don't understand how the other gentleman is in a management role, as his behavior is the opposite of what I've come to expect from Chick-fil-A's usual high standards of customer service.

From the moment I pulled up, his energy was infectious. He was incredibly polite, upbeat, and genuinely seemed to enjoy helping customers. It's rare to encounter someone who brings that level of positive attitude to their work, but Marlon made the whole interaction feel personal and fun. He was very quick and attentive.
