The roasted garlic, barely tasted of garlic. We also bought the pepperoni pinwheels, which the guy working suggested tehy would be good as a burger bun, we bought 2 packs. We were disappointed with these as well, very little pepperoni flavor. At least we could see evidence of pepperoni. We bought rosemary sourdough, but never tried it. The location in the beautiful Heritage Hill District of Grand Rapids was central to the ambiance of this establishment. The vintage facility and simple decor were quite pleasant. The gentleman waiting on us at the counter was very personable and did a good job. It was late in the day for them as they were within an hour of closing. Hence, they were out of a couple of things we would have otherwise like to have tried. But they still had Pecan Schneckens, a chopped pecan-covered caramel-glazed spiral pastry. We tried this and it was to our liking. I had a Redeye to drink while my wife had a Coconut Creme Iced Latte. We were happy with our respective choices. Our visit to this place was a great diversion before our tour and ended up adding to our experience to this neighborhood. The treat was tasty, the drinks were satisfying and the prices were reasonable. If we have the chance to make a return visit, we will certainly do so.

Absolutely scrumptious. Soft, sweet, delicate, and packed with flavor. The sugary crystals on top were the perfect touch and honestly took the whole thing to another level. And the texture? HUGE win. They added tomato to my sandwich after I made it pretty clear that I did not want it on there. It was not apparent if the person taking my order missed that part or if it was the people on line. The veggie sandwich on the Rosemary flavored bagel was pretty good overall. The other part that was kind of annoying was that I ordered my coffee hot and half sweet. It came iced and fully sweet. I ordered through the crumbl app a box of cookies for my nieces first day of school since I…read morecouldn't be in Michigan due to living in Vegas and work not allowing me to have the time off. Of course crumbl uses door dash to deliver their cookies and the driver was unresponsive. I've uploaded a photo of the text conversation with timestamps. I would have asked to wait for a fresh batch of cookies to mitigate any tantrums or arguments between the two young children the cookies were being delivered to. The options for this week were a little sus but she deserved a sweet treat before going to her very first day of school ever. I've ordered from crumbl before and thought the gesture would be nice. I have two nieces and they are both young so I ordered 2 strawberry swirl since I thought they'd both go for those, 2 unicorn cookies, because that was the second option I thought they'd fight over and two of the chocolate cupcake cookies because that's what I would have chosen if they were for me. Since I ordered from the crumbl app I can't rate the delivery driver but I guess I'll leave that here as well for one she was unresponsive two she didn't listen to customer needs and upon arrival the cookies reeked of weed. I didn't know I was ordering edibles for my nieces. I'm not one to ask for refunds I usually just accept it and move on I would have asked for a refund for the monstrosity my nieces received. Unicorn cookies: these ones were cute on the app cute little blue lines a lil shimmer to the cookie but what I receive was not appealing Strawberry swirl cookie: looked closest to the image on the app and the one I thought my nieces would fight over but you only had one in stock and go figure, it was the one they fought over. If you guys are going to take a brand like Little Debbie in attempts to profit off of them you should take more pride in the work you're putting out.

There were lots of pastries, but it looks like maybe cream puffs are the stars here. There were a few different flavors of cream puffs, including chocolate and even matcha. I'm not the biggest fan of choux pastries, though, so I didn't pick a cream puff. Instead, I got a pistachio creme brûlée! I love that first tap to break the hard, sugary crust. Underneath is smooth and creamy pistachio custard, just the slightest shade of light green. It was decadent but not too much! If I lived in Grand Rapids, Gaby's would be getting visits from me frequently. But as it is, I'm glad I discovered this little gem in the market.
