Grilled cheese

Service was good and it was a Togo order and usually never have any issues. Just have one this time around and it's my son's grilled cheese sandwich. The bread was hard and barely any cheese on it. I have attached pictures.

I went in with a guy (mike) that works for me and my husband to order food for the three of us. I ordered an original, giant, and the woman waiting on me said, "It's $16 you know that right?" I said yes? (The menu with prices is literally right in front of you) So I then ordered a small Turkey and potatoes soup for my husband. My employee ordered a medium roast beef and then ask the Schlotzsky's employee if they came with drinks. She said, "oh you want the meals?" So we added 3 large drinks and chips, and Mike decided he wanted the Cinnabons center of the roll cup. I get my card out to pay and The Schlotzsky's employee then tells me the tab is $61.43!!! Then tells me to add the tip! Like what!!?? When I bypassed the tip, she grumbled, grabbed the ticket and immediately looked down at it to verify I did not tip them to allow me to spend $61.43 on three meals. She handed me a number to place on my table. Well not sure why because when the food was ready they called us up there to get it. I guess since we did not tip that was our punishment. I spoke with my daughter today and she went online and brought up the website for the exact same location Schlotzsky's and put in our exact order and the total came to $54.56!!! So obviously the employee added her own tip onto my bill!!! A $6.87 tip!!! Which btw she did not offer me my receipt!!! Maybe the woman (who btw was African American and I am white) should not be working the register :(

Filthy unkept store. Every time I come here.

This place does not need Schlotzsky's high standards. I have been here four or five times in the last two years and every time it has been opened for internal dining it is filthy. Today I decided to give it one more chance. Every single table was dirty at 5:15 p.m. on a Sunday with only four or five patrons in the store. It took the front counter clerk 7th 10 minutes to get to the front to wait on me. I was here a total of 45 minutes and never saw anyone take and close the trash receptacle. Neither did I see anybody can clean the tables. I won't come back to this location.

No one at the counter. Like. Ever.

Showed up to the Round rock location on east Palm Valley Blvd.  There was no ice.  We stood for 3 minutes to let them know.  They said they knew.  They had just turned it on this morning.  He delivers our food to us.  No napkins.  I stand at the counter for 5 minutes waiting to ask someone.  Finally, I reach behind the counter and grabbed some on my own.  Others came in.  They tried to get ice.  The man behind the counter didn't tell anyone they were out of ice.  However, he continued to sell drinks like we should all pay full price. Ridiculous.  Should have eaten at Torchys next door.  How about someone buys ice to compensate for the store not having any?

This is one half of a Meatball Calzone. Medium drink for scale. These are Huge and I could only eat half of one.

For the main course we each order 10 lemon pepper wings with a side of Thai Chili sauce--it's a delicious combination! The service is usually fast and efficient. While not every visit has been perfect, I can't recall any specific experience that left a bad impression. Overall, it's a great spot for wings, and we'll definitely keep coming back!

Our server was friendly, the restaurant was clean, and the place has a cool little vibe that feels relaxed but still energetic. We got there around 11:00, and by 11:15 or 11:20 the place was already lively and noisy, which honestly tells you people know where the good pizza is. I had the House salad with Caesar dressing, and it was fresh and loaded with tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, mushrooms, black olives, mozzarella, and crunchy garlic croutons. For pizza, I ordered the City Pie, and those toppings were giving -- pepperoni, Italian sausage, spinach, mushrooms, onions, black olives, and bell peppers. I'm not usually a huge fan of super thin crust pizza, but this one worked because the toppings and flavor carried every bite. The girls ordered the Queen Margherita, and it looked just as good as it sounds with fresh mozzarella, Roma tomatoes, Parmesan-Reggiano, and basil. We also tried one of the house sodas, and it was really, really good. Everything paired together perfectly. Definitely a spot I'd go back to again.

Any beer connoisseur will understand the technique the demands and the workmanship that goes into creating draft beer and what I really love is I fell in love with the Hill country kolsch, it's a blend of a light beer so I prefer light beers like ultra or Miller so to me it taste like a more full flavored Miller light and what I really appreciate is that it's not like a heavy IPA so it allows me to free up space in my stomach so I can go for the killer pizza. Hands-down, one of the best cheese, breads, high-quality cheese crispy, crunchy cheese bread with what I really love are those crispy crunchy edges that are on the crust it's addictive. And then you're able to dip each cheese bread into that jalapeño ranch or that creamy queso. I'm telling you this right now their house made jalapeño ranch is like crack. They should bottle it and sell it if they decided to bottle it I would buy a bottle should I say I think it's better than Wingstop? Go try the pizzas as you can see. I ordered the works pizza we can see all the beautiful cuts of meats. All fresh meats, all beautifully individually, sliced fresh crunchy crust with melted cheese. Just a great bite. If you're a carnivore this is your pizza. I wanted to jazz things up and go for the honey bear pizza and I requested that they add white sauce as the base and then drizzle on top of the olive oil. I'm happy they made that pizza for me because you can taste the white sauce mixed with the olive oil and the nice salty shavings of prosciutto.

Had their Chapli beef burger, chicken burger, hunter beef burger, tikka pizza, pistachio ice cream and classic falooda! Even though there is limited seating and mostly a take out place we decided to dine in. Very attentive service to make sure we were taken care of. Chapli burger - (didnt have the sweet chili sauce that it comes with since it was primarily for my kid)very decent sized patty, chapli had the flavor reminiscent of a traditional chapli - i think there was no egg in it but very good! Crispy chicken - again patty size was good. A little saucy but the sauce complemented the chicken well so cant complain. Good chicken piece and crispy without too much breading with a fresh bun, what more can you want! Hunter beef burger- a rare find. The hunter beef quality was amazing. The sauce is what brings it together. Its their mustard based sauce with some spices that give it quite a bit of kick. Im not a fan of mustard but would have this sauce again! All in all a very solid burger! Reminds you of the OG but the sauce is different for sure! Chicken tikka pizza - very fresh and gives you the vibe of a very nicely done home made pizza. Flavors come together with the sauce and cheese even though its chicken tikka. The spices on the tikka do not overwhelm the pizza which i think is the key to it being as close to perfect as can be! Pistachio ice cream was on point has the nuts in it which give it the natural flavor. There may be a slight bit of pistachio essence but very faint. Alot of ones available do not do justice like this one! Classic falooda - as good as having it anywhere in Pakistan. Not too much fuss and with all the ingredients that go with it and balanced and as they say truly a Classic! Definitely will be my go to whenever in Austin!

This time we tried a few different items including the Hunter Beef Sandwich, Club Sandwich, and a large pizza half BBQ Chicken and half Gyros. The Hunter Beef Sandwich was packed with flavor and layered generously with tender beef and fresh toppings, all served on soft, fresh bread. The Club Sandwich was a classic done right--stacked high with chicken, egg, crisp veggies, and creamy sauce, making it hearty and satisfying. For the pizza, we went with a half-and-half option. The BBQ Chicken side had smoky BBQ flavor with juicy chicken and melted cheese, while the Gyros side was loaded with gyro meat, veggies, and a creamy drizzle that tied everything together perfectly. The crust was nicely baked with a great balance of crisp and soft. Everything paired perfectly with their seasoned fries, which were crispy and well-seasoned. If you're in the Round Rock / Austin area, this is definitely a spot worth checking out. Consistently great food and a place I'll keep coming back to.

Backyard patio has some big bricks for the kids to play with. Parking is a bit confusing at first but there's additional parking to the side if the entrance lot is full. We sat outside and ordered the following dishes: Coxinha (shredded chicken croquette) was excellent and very kid friendly. Crispy on the outside while incredibly creamy and soft on the inside. 9/10 Bolinha de Queijo (fried cheese balls) were my son's favorite, basically their version of mozzarella sticks. 9/10 Pizza Queijo, cheese pizza with crust stuffed with Brazilian cream cheese, really good. 8/10 Espetinho de Chicken Heart, my wife's choice and she loved it. Dense, slightly chewy, and best with lime and the creamy pepper sauce the waiter brought after I asked. 8/10 Strogonoff de Frango, the standout main dish. Rich, creamy, perfectly seasoned sauce with excellent rice and crispy potato sticks. 9/10 Caipirinha Tradicional, solid and paired well with the savory dishes. 9/10 Caipirinha de Caju, my wife loved it, perfectly balanced sweetness. 10/10 Brigadeiro (dessert) taken to go. Small but tasted as expected. 7/10 Pricing is mid range and actually lower than expected overall though drinks can push the bill up quickly. Overall, great vibes and a very enjoyable experience. Best suited for dates, special occasions, or family outings. I would definitely come back, especially to try more appetizers, different pizza options, the Strogonoff de Frango again and try some new dishes. 4.5 / 5 rounded up!

Luckily, they were able to seat me anyway. This is a casual restaurant with a full bar. I was going to eat 4 times today, and needed to pick something light, but ended up with the escondidinho de carne, a shepherds pie like dish, chicken skewers and a dragonfruit caparinha. Cocktail- served in a lowball and looked great upon presentation. This tasted pretty good, but ended up being so small with a lot of ice, unfortunately. Skewers - these were pretty good with a nice grilled flavor. I loved the texture. Escondidinho de carne - this is a really good dish with ground beef that doesn't have many veggies like the Irish version, but still very good. The visit was not without a miscues though. I asked the waitress for an extra plate when she brought the entree out, but she never returned. Then, at the end, I finished my meal and nobody was coming to my table to give me my ticket. I had other places to be so I had to walk to the register and ask for my bill. Another person at the bar, who I had never seen come to my table, prepared the bill so I could pay. This was a little bit awkward and just seemed like the employees were flustered due to the holiday or something and just forgot about me entirely. If I ever return, I will have to come back and try the steak on my next visit. It looked really good!

My girls are begging for anchor wings nightly, the 9yo loves their retrial and the 7yo loves the jerk, I personally love the honey siracha and babe alert ranch. Now the honey siracha, it's listed as like the one of the hottest, no sir it's barely spicy at all, I still love it but just saying. Wait staff is always awesome, friendly and super helpful. Only complaint is we saw they have .99c wings on Tuesdays, it says limit 10, which was perfect for the girls and I since we can't eat more than 6. The waiter said it's a misprint and supposed to say 10 minimum. That was frustrating and sad because we would go every Tuesday if we could order less, 10 is way too much for all 3 of us and all 3 like different flavors so sharing won't work either. Love the hand cleaning station, although it looks like it could use a cleaning itself lol. But 5 stars because yesssss, the food and the service are so good. Wait one more complaint, sorry! The skillet cookie, way too expensive for what you get AND the skillet is tiny it's impossible to eat without getting burned.
