I use the app to get my rewards.. well I go to this location she takes my code for the 5$ medium sandwich, then tells me only 1 cent is being taken off, well now I can't even give her another code.. it's false advertisement! I asked her if she can honor the reward still? She told me she would need a code.. uhh you took and scanned my code Already! It's saying it'll only allow one code to be used!! Came in about 30 minutes before close and ordered a small Smoked Turkey Breast sandwich and a bag of chips to go. Customer service was great. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and the gentleman who took my order was patient while I decided what to order and got my app working. Although it was so close to closing time, I never felt rushed and the employees were polite and helpful from the moment I walked in, until the time I received my sandwich. Only reason why I'm giving four stars as opposed to five, is because the lettuce on my sandwich was a bit scarce; I wish the gentleman making it would've added more. People came in even after I did, and were ordering when I left and the gentleman were still polite, again not rushing customers and ensuring they had a great experience. I came on tax day because you got a free small original sandwich with purchase of a drink and chips. This was my first time at this chain because it's not really located anywhere on my way. Nonetheless, I was hungry and didn't really feel like cooking. Plus, who doesn't want to take advantage of a deal when you can? I had no issues with the tax day deal (unlike Great American Cookies in the Fountains who did not know what I was talking about). My order was ready within a few minutes, so it was very fast. I paid $4.32 for a small bag of chips and a lemonade. I thought this was expensive, but hey, I'm getting a sandwich for free. Interestingly enough, the menu has generic names of small, medium, etc., but no one tells you the actual measurements, like Subway. The small is about 4" in diameter and about 3" in height. It's a pretty decent size, better than the small at Quizno's in my opinion. The most surprising thing to me is that the sandwich is hot. It is not like Subway or Quizno's where their cold cut sandwiches are cold. It's a pretty decent taste as well. My sandwich had a bit of a crunch to it, most likely because of the toasted bread. I liked it. I would probably return again if wanting a sandwich, especially for the convenience of a drive-thru. This is by far one of the worst establishments of Cinnabon that I have ever been to in my life and will never return. Point blank! Do not expect your Cinnabon's to be hot. I ordered a Cinnabon from this establishment only to be sent home with the cold rockhard dried up barely iced cinnamon roll. Because I do not eat in my car I took it home with the intention to eat it but the Cinnabon was so dry and hard as a rock. I return to the store to give my complaint in which they did not apologize they did not want to take responsibility they mentioned that nobody that they complained about those Cinnabon's and they refused to provide me a new Cinnabon. A few months ago we held a coworker's baby shower here. The owner happen to be at the store the day we called. We wanted to be sure it would be "ok" for us to hold the shower and if they would be able to cater to a large crowd. With this being a last minute surprise shower, we were not quite sure what or how much to order or how many people would show up. He went over the menu with us and suggested a few different items on the menu. We weren't sure if they would be too busy on a Sunday afternoon, but just to be sure we showed up earlier to set up. Turns out, the owner had put aside a section with "RSVP'd" signs on some tables for us!! He was also on hand to assist us with any requests we may have. The surprise shower was a hit! And we all enjoyed the variety of sandwiches he put together for us. The owner, Henry, even threw in extra bags of chips and orders of cinnabons for us! Thanks for a great time!! We'll be back! In my small home town (Sahuarita, AZ), Schlotzky's opened their doors and I opened my mouth to a favored kids pizza every month. Last week, I was happily surprised to find that this old Sugar Land, TX location served up the same, childhood memory tastes that I loved so much! Of course, such quality and consistency comes at a price, so be prepared to dish out 20% more than comparable for these "gourmet" dishes. It's not the best place for a bite, but it is fast, deli-cious and comparably healthy. They have a drive-thru as well, with a large dessert (Cinnabon?!) menu. Another location caters my company lunches on occasion, and I will say that I was, again, pleasantly surprised at the freshness and quality their box lunches provided. If they could get their prices down, this would be a much more appealing choice for cheapo taste. I noticed this place was going up about a week before they opened. I'm so glad it's close to home! The food was fantastic. I had the original sandwich and it was so crispy and fresh when it came out. This location also carries Cinnabon products (that's a no brainer, get the cup that has cut up cinnamon rolls inside), there's Carvel ice cream (which for some reason I didn't get), and they also have Fuze tea drinks. I think because this location is at the end of a shopping center, it allows more daylight inside, giving it a nice feel. There is free wifi, and there's also a television that gives it kind of a loungy feel. I will most definitely be back. read more

This restaurant has such welcoming staff. They are always polite and always check on their customers. Staff definitely keeps the store clean; it is spotless every time I come. The food has always been great and up to my standard for fast food. Sometimes when I finish ordering and I'm still gettin go my drink my food is already prepared! I love their bread! I was served by the owner (I verified) and she said that it didn't work. I purchased other items as well because I understand a place cant stay in business if they give away food and don't get any sales out of it. The ideal schlotzskys food is good. But I feel it would be appropriate to have a camera in the back. The food is good, but in my cheesy pasta I noticed slimy fiml that didn't look like cheese and felt a bit of a gruffness in my throat afterwards. I believe the staff would spit into your food. This particular location of Schlotzsky's is NOT GOOD. Their prices overall are higher than other Schlotzsky's I go to around town. A large drink is $2.87. $8.00 for a chicken pesto pizza that is in the $6 range at other locations. And other food items are just more expensive. I was very annoyed this evening when I went in their drive through around 7pm, very hungry, too busy today on Monday to eat anything at all. I asked if they could put only white swiss cheese on the Turkey orinigal instead of yellow cheddar. To substitute it, not to add extra cheese. And they said it would cost an extra $1.00 to change out the cheese, NOT ADDING ANY EXTRA CHEESE. It' just too much on top of their already higher prices. I left the drive through and went to order food elsewhere. The food here is not that great to be paying these elevated prices. I will not be returning to eat at this facility. read more

Oh my goodness! I literally sat in the drive thru for almost 18 minutes while I watched the employees standing around laughing & messing around on their phones. There were only 2 other customers in the restaurant at the time, so it wasn't like they were busy. By the time I received my meal, The ice in my drink had already started watering down the beverage. I get the employees are likely minimum-wage employees, but if this is the work ethic we have to look forward to in our future, we are in trouble. My meal was not exceptionally warm, nor fresh.
