They barely put anything in the sandwich! What a rip off!! Not worth it! They are very slow!

Place is shit and DoorDash is shit too no way to get 31 dollars worth of food and my cc doesn't go through with an incorrect address!

We can think of nothing negative to say. Price was very reasonable ($10.49) and delicious. I usually order thin cruist because I don't want the crust to overwhelm the pizza. This crust was not thin and it complimented the pizza perfectly. Mine had lots of vegetables and my husband's had lots of meat. Service was just right. Cashier was helpful and friendly, she really seemed to care about getting our order right. We ate in at lunch time and there was a consistent line of customers. It was about 5 minutes for someone come in, get their order, and leave. It was peaceful, cool and quiet as we ate our lunch. read more

went today and waited over 30 mins for one sandwich. ended up having to walk out with no food even tho I already had paid. there was a family of 3 that ordered before me and was was still as well. So I knew I was gonna wait even longer. which was time I don't have. Excellent food. My son and I stopped in after a long, hunger inducing visit to a local museum. We were greeted quickly and enthusiastically. We happened in on the free kids meal Saturday so even better. The food came out fast and fresh and with a smile. The drink machine is super fun to use from your phone and our sandwiches came with a yummy pickle spear. Highly recommended! read more

So don't get me wrong I love there sandwiches but I guess if you go in for anything then paying for a 10-15$ sandwich sometimes up to 30 for 2 sandwiches and chips. But god forbid you go in ask for help ( change to dry clothes ) they refuse to open the drawer and help you out So I guess I'll take my business else where kind of crappy customer service. This is the spot! You can order online and it will be ready by the time you arrive. They have a table to pick up the orders. No need to have contact with anyone! It is perfect! The manager is awesome! The food is good. The weird red headed chick is gone she was the only downside previously. They are clean. They require mask. A bright spot on the fast food landscape of Canyon. The category should be changed to "sandwiches" as this is not an Italian restaurant by any stretch. Have come to this location several times, the staff is very friendly and the food is consistently good which is all you can ask for in a chain fast food restaurant. The manager made my special sandwich request, and was very patient and nice. I always get 1/2 sandwich and salad which is hard to go wrong with, but it's always good. Would be just 3 star if wasn't for the staff, but they've always been accommodating and friendly, which pushes them to a solid 4 star experience. read more

I love schlotzsky's....but not this one. It's always a gamble with this place. I kid you not, they always manage to screw up my order 90% of the time. Every time I order, I wonder if my food will be right. I think they make sandwiches fine, but if it's a salad or pizza, it's a straight up gamble. I had a pizza from here the other day, and it actually was edible and made correctly. I had it again yesterday, and it was undercooked, and had all the ingredients on it that I wanted taken off. I have never had a bad experience at this location until today. I ordered the Turkey Cobb salad, it came to me with eggs that were frozen solid, the whites of the egg were almost clear because it was basically ice. The corn relish was also frozen and the turkey chunks were almost the size of my fist. I asked the young woman working there if I could get an egg that wasn't frozen and she said they didn't have eggs that were not frozen. I asked another lady working there if it was common practice to put frozen eggs on the salad and she said it was. Both women acted as if it was no big deal. I have actually ordered this same salad multiple times and never had anything frozen on it. Super disappointed by this experience! We usually love to eat there, but we definitely won't be going back for awhile. read more

The manager at the front with long hair and glasses and tattoos should not be working in customer service at all. She was working on my sandwich and when I got it, there was a long hair in it. When I took it up to her she said she'd make me a new one and I asked why she wasn't wearing a hat or hair net. She told me she didn't have to wear a hat because she was a manager. I work super close to this location so I eat here frequently. Lucky for me they have my favorite salad here the staff is always friendly when I stop in and after frequently calling in the same order they know exactly who I am when I call and I love that! Knowing someone who frequents your business is quality customer service & not something you find everywhere so that means alot to me as a consumer. Their app that gives me discounts after a certain # of orders is a big bonus as well, who doesn't like being rewarded for something they will be doing anyway!? read more

My husband and I were doing laundry and a few doors down from the restaurant and it was much time. Rather than go to the franchise pizza place next-door we decided to try it try this restaurant. We were not disappointed. I got the Cobb salad which had turkey and avocado and lots of other good things. It was so fresh it was scrumptious. John got a Sicilian sandwich and again was delighted with their freshness and the taste. The restaurant was clean. parking is convenient and spacious. It is in a convenient location to the University, to the museum and to other comfortable shopping or exploring in Canyon Texas. read more

Not once has this place got our order right. We like the convenience of the online ordering , but of you cant get the order right them what is the point. We have tried 6 times, and every time, EVERY TIME, they have forgotten something and or gave us the wrong thing, what really did it this time was when I drove back to the place, the manager ( or it seemed like the manager, nicer looking shirt, different from the other folks working, ) seen me, heard me say I was there to pick up the rest of the order they messed up, and instead of saying anything just turned and hid in the back so the kid at the counter had to deal with me. The kid did not apologize or anything just said "you want a free cinnamon roll"? I told him no, I did not want anything extra just what I paid for , instead of trying to give stuff away, maybe just get it right the first time.
