Came to Schilling Cider House and absolutely fell in love! Why can't you be closer to home?! Every special flavor I wanted to try was almost better than the last especially the dreamsicle one! Ugh! Honestly! I've already contemplated a road trip to get these guys home! Staff was super friendly and I also loved that you could just sit, sip, and play board games. What could be better?

You can never go wrong with Schilling! They have such a wide range of flavors and you won't be able to find those elsewhere. I definitely recommend getting a flight so you get the chance to try multiple! The staff is incredibly helpful and they will make sure to give you excellent recommendations!

Got some good ciders from this chill place in Fremont. It has quite a few on tap and these are as fresh as it gets. Schilling Cider House is a good alternative to having beers and liquors. Basically a slightly healthier way to consume some alcohol. The prices are higher than a typical brewery, but this is handcrafted and high quality kind of stuff. Came in later when it was busy. It's still got enough room for big groups. The bar is covered in books and games if needing something to occupy yourself. Cool stuff, but people come for the ciders of course. It's about $9 a pint. That's kind of a lot, but this is made in smaller batches so it's not as efficient to get these. Best one of these we had was the What A Peach. This is a pretty strong one, that's sweet, and is made with cinnamon extract, heirloom apple, lemon, peach, and vanilla. A pretty good variety to choose from. These vary in the alcohol content, with some of these being quite strong and getting you feeling tipsy faster than expected from just a few pints. Has a pretty laid back location in a cool area of the city. It's also got another location in Portland. This one is the original so it's the best though.

I've been a fan of Schilling ciders, so this was a great pit stop -- there's a pretty big tap list with tons of fun flavors! It was located right along the water with plenty of seating, plus a shelf of board games. The cider was tart and dry, perfect to sip on.

Loved my night at Schilling! Decided to have a girls night out and we each got a cider flight! And was under $20 to try out 6 different ciders which I thought was reasonable! The bartender working was so nice and explained the whole menu to me and even offered me to try the pickle back cider, but I was too nervous for that. Will definitely visit again.

From my well used tasting board.

We stopped in at the Schilling Cider House to celebrate Father's Day and finally drink inside this location. I've had the ciders out in the world like at Mariners games or from the local stores or pubs but I like going to the source to see what makes it tick. Schilling is a very good local cider made right here in Seattle. There are a large number of flavors offered on tap at the cider house and a large variety of refrigerated ciders in a long case along the wall. The refrigerated cases also have all sorts of other ciders from other companies for sale. Inside there are several long tables with high stools around them. There are lots of Schilling branded items around and games and coloring sheets with pencils and crayons for customers to enjoy. There is a small "garage sale" section inside that has some discounted merch and some cheaper ciders for sale. We had flights of our favorite sounding cider flavors and really enjoyed them. Our server was very helpful and descriptive of the flavors. She also helped me a bit with the Geocaching Adventure Lab Scavenger Hunt inside the cider house. I like the variety of ciders to choose from and the large drinking area here. It's worth a visit.

Schilling is a small tap room in Fremont. The staff were friendly and quick. We went on a Saturday afternoon, the cider house was moderately busy. The tap house had lots of board games. Great place to grab a drink with a friend. Their cider are one of my favorites. They offer pre chosen flights or build your own!

The Big Zesty hard cider from Schilling Cider!

Steve and I had Schilling Cider on a couple of different occasions. This cider experience is the first for this location and as usual it doesn't disappoint at all. On this cider outing Steve and I had the Big Zesty cider. This cider was fun as it has elements of guava, lemon, crispness and a natural sweetness. You can also expect to find aromatics at work which makes the Big Zesty a fun, complex and interesting cider to drink.

I do love a good cider, but usually am a little hesitant to venture out and try them because in my experience they're either too sweet or too cry. Schilling has a VARIETY of ciders that all fall within the range of sweet and dry. Our server was so kind and let us sample a few before we made our decision! I don't remember what the exact names of the ciders we got, but one had strawberry + rhubarb and the other was like a mule! They were both very well balanced between sweet and dry. The taproom is a good size and clean. Especially because it's smack dab in the middle of Fremont, it's accessible and around a lot of food places. I will be back!

One of my fav cider places in Seattle. This place is open until 11pm so stopped by and tried their plum & plucket, orange vanilla and lemonade ciders. Delicious and perfect to beat the heat! Dog friendly spot with decent indoor seating space for group. I can see this spot being busy on weekends and a crowd cider fav. Overall love it here and love their ciders.

Hard Ciders are always a great Choice! Good for digestion after a big breakfast-brunch. Stopped in before heading back home to Cali, and I think I just found my Favorite cider. "Excelsior Imperial Mango". Wowzaaa! So light, crisp and subtle. "Menor" the Cashier was very friendly & helpful.

The best selection of ciders, from super dry to really sweet! Got a flight of 6 ciders for $15 and especially loved the dreamsicle and mango flavors!

Stopped here for a quick drink will waiting for dinner. A fun space with SO many cider choices. We made a little flight of flavors recommended by the bartender. The menu is color coded based on how sweet or dry the cider is, though there are so many choices, it is a little overwhelming and hard to wade through. We loved the schilling grapefruit flavor, it was crisp and refreshing and almost a little salty. I also adored the vanilla bean flavor from locust, it was so different from any cider I have had before, almost more of a sweet peanut butter flavor. The mountain mule was nice as well, sort of a lime ginger flavor I think, I noticed a bit of a chemical taste from the lime but my partner liked it a lot. Neither of us were big fans of the peach bellini flavor, too sweet and too carbonated. We'll be back! We saw they have trivia on Monday nights and we are looking forward to checking that out!

We more or less stumbled upon it because we had parked in the garage just below. I really liked it. A great selection of ciders--I really like their Pub Dry--which you can flight. We opted to try a couple of varieties ourselves, rather than a flight, and they let us taste them before we committed. Food options were pretty sparse when we were there. They were out of all the folds (it wasn't even 6!), so all that we could get were sausages in a bun. Perfectly edible, but low-key. Locust's emphasis is certainly on the cider, less on the food! Staff was friendly and helpful. When my girlfriend accidentally spilled her full glass because the table was slightly rickety, they replaced it without question. That was so nice! The place is pretty open, with lots of natural light. Has a really good vibe. There are plenty of options for seating, but the place could easily accommodate more tables and seats. There's a lot of unoccupied floor space. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm downtown or near the Market.

On tap they have the ciders, some non alcoholic options like a cream soda as well as cbd drinks! They also have a fridge with more non alcoholic or cbd beverages which was awesome as I was a fan of the variety. Limited food options like bags of chips for sale and free popcorn. Outside food and drink is allowed which was nice. I saw many large groups bring in their own food. Atmosphere is friendly and accepting. Enjoyed the coloring supplies available and friendly strangers we chatted with. I ordered the cbd cranberry blood orange 8oz which was super light in flavor profile but a relaxing and tasty drink. My friend ordered the C.R.E.A.M soda and she said it was good. If I returned definitely I would try some of the ciders like Cinna-Bear as that looked popular. Free parking in front of the building is limited but beside the building and behind the building are more spots available. We enjoyed our experience here and my friend felt accepted and safe wearing her fursuit and also received many compliments. Fun and safe place to go on a Saturday night! Would recommend.

It was really refreshing and good! It was nice and light bodied and had the presence of apple and of course ginger which I always enjoy. Service was friendly and fast and it was nice having the complimentary popcorn while I was enjoying the cider!

I had sort of assumed that the kids would get bored quickly and we would leave right away. But they were so entertained playing in nature that I couldn't get them to leave for hours, which made for a relaxing afternoon for me and my wife as we sipped cider and watched them play. The cider itself is some of the best I've ever had. I consider myself a bit of a connoisseur and I would rank dragon head as my top cider in the state.
