Well it's a little more than that ... apparently the top latch on the cage was done but not the bottom ... my dog was seriously injured and required stitches ... the store did pay for the vet bill ... it's impossible in my opinion that this could happen and you not notice it ... then when we go to retrieve our other dog because we were busy tending the injured one .... You charge us for the injured dog bathe and then ask for a tip ... not yo mention your attitude was like oh well you don't care? ... the other reviews stated there's a poor attitude I choose to overlook it .... I wish I had a good report about this "grooming" facility…read more My dog was "ready" in 25 minutes. She's a 60 lb labrador mix that was supposed to have received a full groom which I was told included anal gland suppression and her teeth brushed for an extra fee - which was paid. She was bathed. I picked her up soaking wet, and an hour later it was obvious she needed her anal glands suppressed. Her teeth hadn't been brushed, and she got 3 sores on her sensitive skin over the next few days. They talked a great game, but for $35 I will continue to take her to my favorite self-groom spot and allow my Vet to take care of the rest. When I bathe her, she leaves smelling good and completely dry. Very disappointed. I gave them 2 stars because the facility seems clean and a gentleman there was especially sweet to my dog at drop-off.

I recently called to make another Saturday appointment and she told me that they are no longer taking those and it would have to be on a week day (I work mon-fri 7-4) that's impossible but I decided I did not feel like looking elsewhere because she does an okay job and was affordable after making a Friday appointment she says in a nasty tone and make sure you pick him right after I call this time because I don't run a doggie day care. Ummmmmmm ma'am I never insinuated that you did but when you don't give an expected pick up time I have to figure out something else to do while I wait hence get my nails done i am not going to hop out of the chair as the nice lady is doing my nails because you called.

She genuinely cares…read morefor each animal that walks through her door, and you can tell she isn't just somebody going through the motions of her job. No, she is obviously following her passion, and that is shown through her customer service and love of our animals. We have been taking our dogs to Nicole for years (before this store even opened up), and recently one of our dogs passed away. It was only one night after her death did we know that someone had to phone Nicole to let her know. She wasn't just a groomer, she was a friend. She was so sweet to us and actually teared up when we told her of our dogs passing. Before she died, our dog used to walk freely around the store while Nicole finished up other clients. She loved coming to Nicole's to get pampered. I know this review is getting long, but I can't give enough praise to Nicole. She is very professional while also being extremely personable. Worth the price every time. :)

She was quick to point out a problem Ralph had that I hadn't noticed.
