I always board and train with Michael Kelly and could not be happier!!…read more I have tried all kinds of trainings with my rescue pups, but they all ignored the problem I came to them with, Dog Reactivity. My dog loves to play with other dogs but is a bit selective and can get upset quickly. I felt at a loss for how to approach the problem and what I could do to help my pup move past it. I tried OLK9 and other intensive bootcamps, with no luck. My dog can sit and come, but I want to learn how I can let him PLAY. Michael was my answer. I feel very lucky to have been connected to him. But, enough about me, this is what is awesome about Michael: He understands dogs and truly loves working with them. He has worked with a wide range of dog issues and personalities. He can do all the obedience and trick training you could want, I'm sure much better than most others. However, what makes him a unicorn in my opinion is his ability to help you understand your dog and figure out what is making them tick and work with you to help them move past their issues, fears, and blockers your dog might be encountering. Michael is patient and thorough. He provided probably over 100 videos throughout my dog's 2 week stay with him (I got 1 from OLK9...). Each providing valuable insights into what he was seeing, his thought process, comparisons to other dogs he has worked with, and tips and insights into how I should perceive my dog's actions and work with him to improve them. My dog spent more time playing with dogs in a safe environment where he can learn socialization and proper play then he's probably gotten throughout the entirety of his life prior. Hours of training and play that I thought was never going to be possible... until I found Michael. After my dog's stay, Michael met with me in person and walked me through everything he saw and provided feedback on my pups next steps and how to continue the progress he started. I have worked with Michael on these issues and also boarded Nik with him several times. Michael is an excellent trainer who really understands dogs. I've been truly amazed at what Nik has achieved and by how much I've learned about Nik. As I've told all my friends, I feel like I found a "dog whisperer" who has performed miracles with Nik. I am 100% confident boarding Nik with Raja and the Ruff. Nik is very excited when we arrive at Michael's place with its huge fenced-in yard. I can tell from the many photos and videos Michael sends me during his stay that Nik is having a great time with Michael, his staff and the other dogs. I have to drive over an hour to drop Nik off at Michael's place, but it's totally worth it because I know Nik will be well cared for, get the attention he needs to feel secure, and come home a happy, tired dog. I have been going to the Groomery for over 20yrs+!!!!!…read more Once the original owner (ROY) sold his business, things went down hill rather quickly. At first I used a guy (Quinton) who was great! Left to groom somewhere else. Then I took on another groomer there by the name of Isabella. Used her a few times and was very happy. Things started to change every 6/8 weeks when I brought my two Mini schnauzers in to get groomed. Each time the price kept going up. From $65 to $95 dollars in a matter of months. She also stated each time that my dogs had mats, which they did not, and tried to charge me more for that! Last appt was at 10am, and my dogs were still sitting in cages at 3PM with Isabella nowhere to be found. Again, tried to charge me $95 per dog!!!! Had an appt on 5/25, Isabella cancelled on me. Made the appt for Tues. 5/26 at 10am. Still waiting for Isabella to arrive and it was 10:40. Next thing I know, the lady at the front desk calls Isabella, then proceeds to tell me that Isabella doesn't want to groom my dogs!!!! Bottom line, DON'T USE ISABELLA!!!!! NOT RELIABLE AT ALL!!!!!! USE TINA, GREAT GROOMER ALL-AROUND!!!!!

Kat was reliable, efficient, and immediately struck up a trusting connection with our 'boys'. It was challenging work for her, because she had to administer an inhaler treatment twice a day to one of the cats, Marlow, despite not having known him before. She did an absolutely wonderful job. He was actually in better shape and coughing less, after we came home than before we left. Both cats looked happy and relaxed. The cat area was left clean and tidy. I will look no further next time we need cat care. We also loved the photos and updates we got each day....it helped us relax much better while away!

We decided to try home care with three visits each day. One of my labs is very nervous with strangers. They were like dog whispers. They did an amazing job.
