Was able to get in a couple weeks later and I am so glad we waited! Dora, the owner was very easy to work with. I let her know I wanted a puppy cut with round face, short ears and just a clean up. She did a fabulous job with both of my girls! The best part is they weren't stressed afterwards! They got to come right into the house and they were so happy. Definitely not going anywhere else anymore. Dora is our go-to groomer from now on! Prices are pretty standard to other grooming salons and actually very reasonable for being mobile grooming. I have been using Petaleashous Mobile Pet Grooming service for a couple of years until the recent passing of my 16-year-old Golden Retriever. First impression you cannot miss when you meet Dora's at Petaleashous is her caring approach to the pet she is asked to groom. Indeed, she is more interested in the welfare of our beloved "fur balls" that anything else. Sometimes and it happened to my senior 14 years old Golden Retriever, she did cut short or totally not proceed with certain grooming services in order not to stress out my dog or hurt (arthritis) in my Golden's case. That was very considerate of her and I am sure my Golden did appreciate it as well too. When this happened, Dora was cognoscente and adjusted her service fee accordingly.... Her services have always exceeded expectations, and it showed that she really takes care of the well-being of the pet, "the pet first" I remembered her saying to me once. Before using Petaleahous Mobile Pet Grooming, I used to take my Golden to the PetCo's of the world and was charged more and with okey results... I was looking for a mobile groomer due to my fear of my dog contracting the crazy dog cough/pneumonia mess going around. I really wanted my puppy looking great for Thanksgiving which was in 3 days so after looking up several mobile groomers that serve my area & contacting them, I finally got a call back from Petaleashous! They said they might be able to fit us in the following day at the end of the day & would follow up with me closer to the time. The day of I got a call that they could fit my dog in first thing that morning & gave me a heads up an hour before they arrived. It was a pleasant grooming experience & my dog looked great. It cost me less than my usual at PetSmart! I totally recommend but don't wait last minute like I did because they're booked and busy! read more

UPDATE: After multiple attempts and reaching out. My boyfriend was able to get in contact with the owner and he just had his cut done. She did a great job I just wish that the correspondence was better. It would have made a much better experience. I'm extremely disappointed I saw that this was highly rated Mobil groomer and saw nothing but good reviews. I contacted this groomer awhile back and she had reached back out about 2-3 weeks later apologizing and asking if she had gotten back to me... at this time I had completely forgotten I had contacted her. After that text we spoke and she had given me an appointment about a month out. I had to check my schedule and was disappointed how far out she had offered. She then maybe a few days later had texted me random instructions that were accidentally sent to me. I then asked her what the availability was and she took a few day to later tell me mid next month but due to her taking very long to reply I had asked my boyfriend to reach out to her and he somehow landed a spot for today.... I was fine with that. Of course she then texted him by the wrong name in the beginning of the text to say she had to cancel last minute... at least she got the name right at the very end of that same text. Very poor service and terrible communication. Booked a dog grooming 3 weeks out as everyone was getting booked way in advance. She texted me back after I reserved for my address information. As it came close to my appointment I texted her just to confirm, she texted a one line response "my van need servicing" I texted back and she later responded it should be fine by then, that she would be an hour and a half later than planned, but the appointment was still on. Next day we are waiting, waiting, waiting, then finally I text to see if she is still coming. An hour after our already postponed time she finally texts back that she has just picked up her van and sorry she didn't have time to come for our appointment. Extremely unprofessional, did not bother to call at the appointment time or when she knew she would be late. No courtesy at all and clearly cannot be trusted, so why would I trust her with my dog? This lady is sooooo unprofessional! I booked my dogs appt with her over a month before his actual grooming day. She never confirmed or anything!!!!! I reached out to her the day before my pups appt and she did not respond to my text messages or voicemails. Now it is the day of my pets appt and she still has not reached out!!! My pups appt was at 230pm this lady did not contact me back till 2:56pm saying she could not make it due to her van needing service. She should have reached out before the day and time of his appointment, I am beyond frustrated with the inconsiderateness and unprofessionalism. read more
