    Groom has groomed all 4 of Goldendoodles over the past 7 years and have always done an amazing job. The environment is warm and friendly and they do not crate which we especially appreciate. Our pups actually get excited to go in! We love Jennifer and her amazing team!!

    We are officially regulars. We love this place. My pup tore her ACL 5 weeks ago she is still recovering. The team was very accommodating and took great care of her and got her all cleaned up and nicely groomed

    I want to start off. I have been taking my babies to Groom Salon for over 3+ years now. I always had a great experience. Mirna my dog's groomer is wonderful. I have no complaints. But as for the company and management , I am appalled and highly upset. I always deal with Jenifer and she is normal very attentive and responsive. Initially the first incident was with my first dog Mochi. I always every time spoke and told Jenifer please and if you can keep my dog away from other dogs. JENIFER WAS VERY ACCOMMODATING and say every time and I quote No problem I will keep her in my office. Then one day when I pick up Mochi I saw her one left eye was blood shot red, I asked Jenifer and she just shrugged it off. My dog is small breed Pomeranian. I know that groom is cage free and all dog play together, but I informed her every time my dog is timid and small and don't want them around other dogs for there on safety'. After that first incident, I was very sad. I was worried I cried. I had to take my dog to the vet to make sure she was OK.. luckily she was OK nothing to it was just a bruise in her eye pupil that the blood had to dissolve. But I let it go and I was like you know their dogs accident happened, but I will make sure that I would inform Jennifer again and emphasize. Please separate my dogs. So once I got my second dog, Boba, I start taking her with mochi to get groomed all the time together same day.. it's been about a year for Boba and I always emphasize. Please keep them away from other dogs again and also this is a grooming business where they ask for medical record of the dogs. I also provide all the information needed and it stated mochi is spayed and Boba is not so I prefer both my female dogs to be together but away from other dogs every time.. one day after the Groomer in about a month and a half later I have an appointment for Boba to get spayed and I was shocked to find out that she was pregnant. I am emotionally, scarred, and sad. I stood there and froze and cry because I was worried about Boba. And I don't take my dog anywhere that encounter other dog their house dogs the only place that she went was the Groomer 100%. And I do understand that when dogs mate they get stuck someone have to separate them or else they will be stuck like that for a good 30 minute.. I was not informed about any issue or anything that happened and once I had to take care of my dog and she have to go through the process of the medical procedure. I took some time to calm down and contact them and email them to let them know my frustration and upset situation.. just to wait and wait. Two months now no response no call no explanation. No apologies nothing.. with service like this. I just want transparency and honesty. I've been going there for years, but how this situation happen and how they handled it I'm disgusted and I truly do not trust this company.. I just want everyone to know . My babies are like family to me the feeling stress anxiety that I had to go through and also my babies Boba that had to be sedated and have to go through surgery. It took her over a week or so to recover due to all the sedation cause she was so small.. I would respect them more if I had an email or call to let me know anything but not even a peep or a word is disgusting

    My dog is considered a medium/ large dog at the salon since he is about 45lbs, so I was charged $80 for a bath and dry (No haircut or nail trimming). It's a bit on the expensive side but he did smell great and his coat is shiny.

    I'm a groomer myself but I find it hard to pluck my own dogs ears I know it sounds weird but I come to groom to get my dogs ears plucked and they do an amazing job . Thank you for always doing an amazing job keeping her ears free from hair.

    It was a fantastic experience at GROOM! I have my late Mom's 17-year-old mixed-breed fluff ball Muffin that was a matted mess. He is blind deaf and sassy so not the easiest to deal with. While dropping him off they didn't make me feel bad (I was a bad dog mommy and let him get matted) and we're very understanding and compassionate. About an hour and a half later they called me to pick them up and he looks like a completely different dog. He loved his experience there. He was able to socialize with other dogs while he was there so it was a win-win for both of us. They take such pride in their work, and I highly recommend GROOM.

    Very responsive to my requests. I have a nervous dog who doesn't like his feet touched. They do a great job with him.

    I was trying to find the entrance to your shop and was told from Georgia Avenue, turn onto East West Hwy, then turn right on Blair Mill Road. One can only turn left onto Blair Mill Road from East West Hwy. How can I find you?

    If you go to the Light at Georgia and East West coming from N. Georgia going south you can make a U turn at the light on to East West Hwy, turn right when you see Papa John's pizza and you will see our Green/White sign.

    How long does it take for full service grooming on my corgi?

Danielle is friendly and reliable and most of all - she does a great job. We always go with a short cut on our Maltese for ease of maintenance and Danielle's cuts are very consistent. Our dog always looks the same, which is a big positive in my book. Other groomers have delivered inconsistent looks when we simply wanted the same haircut. The convenience of the mobile service is hard to beat too. It's a little more expensive than service at a brick and mortar building, but it's worth it in my opinion. You won't regret going with this business for your furry friend's grooming needs. Highly recommended. ***In the post-grooming photo of my pup, he'd had a recent vet procedure that resulted in a stitch in his forehead and a partially shaved right leg.     Okay, obviously having the grooming van come to your door is incredibly convenient. What you might…read morenot realize, it minimizes a huge amount of stress! Most groomers do multiple dogs at once--and your dog sits in a cage in the meantime. Not great. Maria is working with just one dog --yours--from start to finish--so it's way less stress for your baby. I should also mention that Maria is the best, kindest, most competent dog groomer in the DMV. Full stop. If you have a small dog, don't even *think* about going anywhere else! Not only will your furbaby be gorgeously groomed, you will have the peace of mind of knowing he is being cared for by 1) someone who genuinely loves dogs, and 2) is also incredibly talented and experienced. I don't trust my little guy with anyone but Maria.

Having been a long-term client since the previous management under Lincoln and his brother, I was surprised & frustrated by the unprofessionalism encountered during our visit (social evaluation). I recently requested a week-long boarding schedule for pet for next week. Following the request, a staff member emailed for a new social evaluation. Despite the stress of recent travel, my pet completed the evaluation successfully. However, the process was abruptly ended & pet was ultimately disapproved--not based on behavior, but due to a personal personality clash between myself & the staff member, TT. Furthermore, TT mentioned additional daycare fees outside of the standard boarding costs. It became clear the decision to reject pet was based on TT's personal opinion of our interaction rather than pet's conduct. My pet is friendly, loving & has historically been a model guest at this establishment. The current lack of a standardized, objective process for securing daycare & boarding is concerning. It is highly unprofessional for a pet's approval to be contingent upon a staff member's personal feelings toward a client. The level of service & care experienced today is incomparable to the high standards set by previous management. I hope you will review the evaluation procedures to ensure they are based on objective criteria rather than personal bias. I do not recommend the Dog Stat under the current management. New management has drastically changed its climate.

Things you notice when you first walk in...(1) No one is wearing a mask and its a tight space; (2) they quoted me $45-50 which seemed reasonable; (3) the place is NOT clean, there was what I assume was dog pee in the entryway that multiple people had passed but never bothered to clean up. They told me don't go too far he should be done in 40 min. Worked for me I went shopping and 30 min later I get a text that he's ready. I walk in and the man at the checkout desk greats me by saying "Its 50 but I should have charged you more since it took 3 of us to hold him down...." What the Actual Hell, then he goes into how we should be bringing him every six weeks so he gets comfortable with them....How about you take more time with the dog instead of doing a wash, dry, and nail trim in 30 min. The man upfront was so rude and crass that I would give a zero review but the dogs nails look good. I am going to have to think long and hard if this place should be reported for not following ANY COVID protocols. Also, I get home and take the below hair off him....not worth the money.

At first I was encouraged, they had a cat groomer that was very communicative and prices were reasonable. I would bring my previous cat for grooming but it was always difficult to schedule an appointment because they rarely answer the phone. On one occasion, I thought, let me go physically to the office to make the appointment. The door was open and no one was in the shop. The next day when I came again to make the appointment, the receptionist laughed and said they had someone new and that person didn't know how to lock up. Unfortunately my previous cat died and I got a new cat in late 2022. I explained the death to the receptionist when I booked the new cat for grooming. When I got to the appointment, she was calling the new cat the dead cats name--I had to explain to her again. Two additional times, when I was booking grooming, I had to tell the receptionist that the previous cat was dead. It was the same person but apparently cannot or will not update their records? Most recently booked grooming in November 2025. My cat gets the same thing every time and that was confirmed on the phone with the receptionist. When I arrived, the person at the front desk asked what the cat was getting done, and I answered confused, "she gets the same thing every time, do you not have the card?" Then she found the card, like "oh okay". Hours later, my mother called me to tell me she had a missed call from the groomers. I called several times, no one picked up. Now I'm concerned. If you don't pick up the phone when my cat is in your care, that's a huge problem. I drove to the shop. The receptionist is laughing with a client and a dog. Then I'm thinking, "is this why they're not picking up the phone". I ask the receptionist "is my cat ready" she responds, "good question" as if it's a joke?! She walks back and says, "I just got here". That's so unprofessional and irresponsible. When I talk to the cat groomer, I explained my concerns and that I have been a customer for years. He says they don't have a receptionist in the morning--which I did not know. Then he refuses to apologize for the gross misconduct. I got an email recently where they said they would be raising their prices--with this poor customer service and management they should not!

    Be ready to wait. Took my 8lb yorkie in for a bath and it took almost 4 hours to get him bathed…read moredespite us being the first ones into the building when they opened at 9am. The staff were nice but definitely did not expect the service to take as long as it did.
