Spaghetti

Lovely Italian spot inside the Cosmopolitan that works just as well for a team dinner as it does for a romantic night out. The vibe strikes that perfect balance between upscale and comfortable. We ordered the calamari, arancini, spaghetti Scarpetta, and bomboloni--and honestly, you can't go wrong with this lineup. Everything was delicious, comforting, and exactly what you want after a long, exhausting day at a conference. The spaghetti Scarpetta in particular is a must-order if you love a great, simple pasta done right. Definitely worth leaning into the carb coma here.

What a beautiful restaurant tucked in rather discreetly. With beautiful views of Bellagio fountains and The Strip. We were seated in a very private booth that allowed for easy conversation without the background noise of the restaurant. Starting off we ordered a cocktail. Berry Smash and Italian dirty martini. Both were amazing. But hands down the crowd pleaser was the berry smash. Started off with a beet salad. Each roasted to earthy perfection and bread service delivered about same time. Some of the best bread service ever. Focaccia was delicate pillows with light Italian seasonings. We ordered the shrimp scampi, the scampi was with house made fresh pasta the 16oz ribeye with crispy fingerling potatoes. The steak was charred perfectly and the crispy fingerlings are worth ordering the steak for. The potatoes perfectly crisp and just the right amount of seasoning. Will definitely add this restaurant into our rotation.

Arancini short rib

High end modern Italian located at the Cosmopolitan, with pretty nice views of the city. Started with the short rib arancini, really good, almost looked like a large meatball. The calamari fritti was crispy and served with a spicy marinara and aioli dipping sauces. Veal Milanese was tender, and served with a topping of arugula and parmesan slivers, simple but expertly prepared. The gnocchi was served with a mushroom brown butter sauce, very tender and melt in your mouth. The scallops were also tasty, well cooked. The big flavor bomb was the polenta with mushroom fricassee, the polenta by itself was great but the addition of the mushroom sauce elevated it. Worth a visit just to try this dish. Overall great experience, friendly waitstaff and will visit again in the future, most likely for a special occasion. 5 stars

Truly truly enjoyed this place. Their pastas were amazing. Ordered the black ink pasta. My husband ordered their veal and side of spaghetti. Started with yummy roasted beet salad. They start you off with delicious basket of assorted bread. We ordered two desserts. Everything was just so yummy! Service was exceptional and I love the ambiance of this place. Music was low and not loud at all and just perfect Italian dinner.

Small Italian restaurant at The Cosmopolitan. The view was good if you get a chance to see the Bellagio fountain show from your seat, and service was fast. It's a smaller restaurant than others. Limited vegetarian options: spaghetti, gnocchi, and the tableside pasta for two. Prices are steep for pasta. The truffles were blended into the sauce, and if I'm paying a premium for pasta, I want to see the truffles shaved on it. The flavor profile was good but not a restaurant I would be returning to. Apparently the spaghetti is a go-to for people, but it's something I make homemade, so I didn't order it. The braised lamb shank was also ordered and not really enjoyed. The bread basket was a highlight, and the rosemary focaccia was great.

If you're having fun at the Cosmopolitan, Scarpetta is the perfect place for delicious italian food. It was our first time here, and the vibes were definitely upscale and very romantic. Hospitality was spot on, attentive and all the dishes we ordered were delicious. Crispy Fritto Misto, Beef Carpaccio, paired well with Cavatelli, and Squid Ink Tagliatelle with Lobster.

I stopped in here for a quick dinner. Since I was dinning alone tonight the options were bar seating only. I came early so there was plenty of space and the bar filled quickly. The menu has many options and everything sounded delicious. I very much enjoyed the Cesar salad the charred lemon added a burst of citrus to the salad and it was lovely. The Sea Bass was cooked perfectly, but that sauce they topped it with was outstanding. It was light and I can't exactly describe the flavors, but an enhancement it was. The only dish I didn't love was the gnocchi. The pasta itself lacked texture it was a little too soft for me, but flavor profile was excellent. As most places in Vegas I recommend a reservation. The bar was extremely busy and the bartender had many rotating guests grabbing drinks so service lacked but understandably so. This was a great place with a great menu, highly recommend making a stop here.

This is one of the best hidden gems we came across at cosmo. First, the service was amazing and top tier. The servers are well seasoned and so conversational. My boyfriend treated me to dinner for my birthday weekend here and I was so surprised with how the night went. Our server even split one of our pasta dishes into two plates to share! I thought that was thoughtful of them since they pointed out that we might be swapping and sharing our food. The view made the experience amazing. I will note that I thought we would receive a complimentary dessert for my birthday celebration that day. I noticed that other reviews stated that they received this and a birthday candle. However, I would definitely come back here to share how great this restaurant is. Thank you!

Limoncello cheesecake and Nutella filled donuts. And the toffee crunch dessert Mike provided us was AMAZING.

Best Italian restaurant I've been to - period. The food was so good and the service we got from Mike was so outstanding, we went back the next night. Jason was our server night 2, and he was phenomenal as well. Mike was even kind enough to buy us dessert night 2, which is a memory we will cherish. Can't wait to come back to Vegas so we can dine with Scarpetta again. Can't say enough good things about the restaurant and staff, and I will recommend Scarpetta to everyone - and free plugs on my podcast.

Agnolotti

Scarpetta has 1 of my fave pasta dishes. We came here for our 1st time and for a 7 pm reservation on the weekend, we had a good seat. The ones right in front of the window were reserved, but we had a seat on the row right behind them. We got to watch the Bellagio water show and it was a very peaceful and nice experience. We ordered the Salmon Carpaccio and it was good, but we didn't realize how many olives and capers it had (yikes). As olive haters, this kinda threw us off, but it's our fault for not reading the menu closer. The fish itself was good though after we removed all those olives. The bread basket they give you at first also has great bread. We both ordered the Agnolotti as our main course. It was extremely rich, flavorful, and truly divine. The cheese, the bone marrow, the little dumplings. That's basically what they were. I thought I wouldn't get full eating it, but I couldn't finish. It was extremely rich, in a good way. I loved it. Service was alright, not bad.

Favorite Italian Restaurant on the Las Vegas Strip! Delicious food with quality ingredients you can taste in every bite! Service was 10 stars, top tier! The wine and sparkling water did not touch the bottom of the glass that's how good you know the service is on point! The ambiance had a very romantic vibe with a modern twist. The prices are a bit on the upscale side but definitely w Highly recommend to anyone who loves Italian food to check them out!

This was - hands down - the best Italian restaurant I've experienced. From the smiling hostess, informative and attentive wait staff, and the spectacular food! I was seated at a window in the corner which had a partially obstructed view of the Bellagio fountains. Scarpetta has the most unique complimentary bread and accoutrements. A variety of warm and savory bread - You read that correctly, complimentary - First Class! I ordered : Beef Carpaccio - 5*. The perfect bite of paper thin beef, arugula, caper and crouton. Cleaned the plate. Calamari Fritt - 5*. Hot, crispy - not chewy - with two dipping sauces. A very large portion, definitely meant to share, I couldn't clean that plate! Cavatelli with lamb ragu - 5*. Best pasta I've ever put in my mouth! Thanks to my waiter who chose this dish. The pasta had the right amount chew with a savory ragu with a depth of flavor that is unmatched. I was so full already I sadly could not do that bowl of heaven justice! I loved the experience so much, I have another reservation for my mother/ daughter trip in April. I can't wait for my daughter to experience the perfection here.

Strawberry tartlet
Jenna D.

We had a party of 8 and service was attentive and flexible. Good place for a professional dinner. Fav dishes: Starters: short rib arancini was melt in your mouth good. Beet salad was pretty and tasty, but no twist. Pasta: taglioni Nero was a squid ink pasta with generous lumps of lobster meat. Divine! Others loved the short rib pasta with bone marrow. Drinks: French 75 was well balanced and not too sweet Dessert: the strawberry tartlet with gelato was a surprise hit! It is gorgeously presented with many textures and a subtle flavor. Highly recommend!

What I love about supporting this place is that they explain why tiki culture is popular with Italians. I had no clue. When I saw a tiki bar attached to the restaurant, I just thought it was a gimmick, but after reading about it, I thought it was the coolest thing. I love how they preserve this unique collaboration and influence of Polynesian culture. Also, my hubby is a big fan of the Jersey Shore. We had to check it out since they filmed there several times. A True Las Vegas Italian Institution…read more Ferraro's is the kind of restaurant that reminds you why certain places survive and thrive in Las Vegas for decades while others come and go. From the moment we walked in, everything about the experience felt elevated, authentic, and incredibly polished without ever feeling stuffy or pretentious. The ambiance here is absolutely beautiful. The dining room is elegant, warm, and modern while still maintaining that classic upscale Italian feel. The glowing wine displays throughout the restaurant are stunning , the décor is classy and sophisticated, and even the cigar selection at the entrance adds to the old school luxury atmosphere. Every detail feels intentional and refined. Ferraro's is clearly known for authentic Southern Italian cuisine , handmade pastas , expertly prepared meats , and one of the most impressive Italian wine programs in Las Vegas , and after dining here it's easy to understand why they have earned such an incredible reputation over the years. The service was outstanding from start to finish. Every staff member we interacted with was attentive, professional, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about the experience they provide. Their sommelier was especially fantastic and incredibly helpful navigating the massive wine selection. Instead of making the experience intimidating, they made it approachable and enjoyable while helping us select an excellent bottle that paired perfectly with dinner. The food was phenomenal across the board. The Ferraro salad was fresh, crisp, and beautifully balanced with mixed greens, pistachios, parmesan, and their balsamic dressing. The Caesar was another standout with rich authentic flavor and perfectly dressed romaine. The Spaghetti al Scoglio was absolutely loaded with seafood including shrimp, scallops, mussels, clams, lobster, and calamari in a delicious light tomato sauce that tasted incredibly fresh and vibrant. The Osso Buco completely lived up to its reputation. The veal was unbelievably tender and braised perfectly, sitting over a rich saffron risotto that was packed with deep comforting flavor. Easily one of the best dishes of the night. The Cavatelli Boar pasta was another huge standout. Rich, hearty, flavorful, and perfectly cooked with incredible texture throughout. You can absolutely tell Ferraro's takes their handmade pasta seriously. The Lombata veal chop was massive, beautifully cooked, juicy, and packed with flavor, while the grilled asparagus side was simple, fresh, and the perfect complement to the meal. Dessert finished the night perfectly. The tiramisu was light, creamy, and authentic, while the Cioccolatissimo was rich, decadent, and absolutely incredible for chocolate lovers. What impressed me most about Ferraro's is that nothing felt rushed or overly commercialized. It felt like true hospitality. Amazing food , beautiful atmosphere , exceptional service , and an overall experience that felt genuinely special from beginning to end. Ferraro's absolutely deserves its reputation as one of the premier Italian restaurants in Las Vegas , and we cannot wait to come back again.
