We reached out to Critter Control and they offered to come out that day. I couldn't make the appointment, but they came the next day and evaluated the area, noting where the raccoons were likely coming from. They set up a trap in the most affected area. We caught a poor local cat the first time and they released it. Then caught three raccoons. They're responsive, professional, and do a great job. Highly recommended! PSA: don't mess around with raccoons. I'm a biologist and discovered that a lot of raccoons in the area have a parasitic roundworm. Eggs can live in the soil for two years. Resistant to bleach, ethanol, cleaners, etc. Almost the only way to kill the eggs is to heat them to 143ºF/63ºC. A weed torch (being careful around any flammable structures) or boiling water can be helpful.

Michael arrived right on time and was just as capable, professional, and pleasant as before. After thoroughly inspecting the attic and crawl space, he shared over a dozen clear photos showing that everything inside was spotless and in great condition. He even noted how fresh the air was, remarking that it felt like "we were here just yesterday!" Since my room doesn't have an attic or insulation directly above it, Michael explained that the noise was likely coming from animals on the roof. I'm so relieved and thrilled that the quality work Attic Bro completed in 2024 is holding up so well. Thank you, Michael, for your expertise and genuine care, and thank you, Attic Bro, for setting such a high standard!

The crew showed up on time and did a very thorough job. They also showed us before-and-after photos, so we could see exactly what was done. We've definitely noticed a difference since the work was completed. The house feels quieter and more peaceful, and the temperature is much more even from room to room. We're really happy with how everything turned out and would definitely recommend Attic Bros!

They sent someone the next morning for an assessment and got us scheduled right away! In the interim, they gave us recommendations to deter the rats, which worked. There was an issue with a short circuit because a rat chewed through the insulation that we didn't notice until the weekend, but Carlos responded immediately and came over to fix the issue. We are so grateful to Carlos and the Attic Crew for helping us with rats in the home, helping us feel more confident about keeping them out for the foreseeable years, and for all of their professionalism, knowledge, and expertise! The communication was excellent, even on a holiday weekend I got called back within an hour of reaching out with questions, which I certainly did not expect! They arrived promptly for appointments and were thoughtful about avoiding tracking dirt into our home. They worked with us to customize their work to our coastal climate and were very transparent about exactly what materials they would be using (all top of the line, industral-grade!). I have pets and toddlers and they took my concerns about chemical disinfects seriously and offered several options to make sure I was comfortable with what was used in our home. They really seem to take pride in their work and enjoyed sharing before and after pictures to demonstrate all the improvements they made to our crawl space. I could not be happier with my choice to hire them, and plan to work with them again when I'm ready to replace my attic insulation.
