We have been working with Jim for 4 years straight now. Can't think of anyone else when it comes to our home. Jim is very particular about his work, transparent and very competitive in his pricing. Carpet cleaners goes to the very inside of your house so I was looking for someone who is courteous and trustworthy - Jim is just that person and we are happy to have found him ! read more

Mr. Graham was prompt, did a great quality job at a good value. He cleaned a 15 year old white rental carpet with hideous stains and darker shades of white. We thought we were going to have to tear most of the carpet out but he made it nice again! And he got the major stains out. One room could not be recovered but most of the carpet in the house was saved! read more

Jim was easy to reach by phone, he always answered right away, I never had to play phone tag with him. On the day of my cleaning he arrived promptly (actually a little early!), worked efficiently and did a great job. I called Jim this morning to inquire about his services after inspecting my newly leased apartment and finding the carpets in worse than expected condition. Since I have movers coming in tomorrow with all of my belongings, Jim offered to swing by later in the day while the apartment was still empty. He was able to accommodate my schedule perfectly and showed up exactly at our agreed upon time. Although my landlord claims to have cleaned the carpets, I was amazed at the amount of dirt Jim's equipment was able to remove. He was extremely thorough to the point of using additional heavy duty machinery to take out some supposedly permanent stains. I am very satisfied with the results and found his rates to be more than reasonable. I highly recommend Jim to anyone needing professional, friendly carpet cleaning services! read more

Graham Carpet Care - I had no idea the carpet was supposed to be that light of a color (upper-left vs. lower-right). - Carpet Cleaning Near Me

Good communication prior to the job. Prompt, competent. A pleasure to do business with Jim.

After a year of us mostly indoors due to Covid, our carpets needed help. I selected to try a local business for my carpet cleaning over a larger business out of the area. I was very glad I called Graham Carpet Care. They were punctual, professional, and the cleaning was excellent. Denise R. read more

The owner, Jim, has helped clean my carpets on several occasions. He does a very good job and is very responsive. One time he was running about a half an hour late and he called me before hand to let me know he would be late. I deplore businesses that give to a large block of time in which they will arrive at your home, so I appreciate when trades people let you know their approximate E.T.A, so I can plan accordingly. Jim is also able to give you an estimate over the phone (if you give him measurements of the rooms being cleaned), so you can decide whether he is within your budget. He is reasonably priced, but will not be the cheapest out there. However, his work is very good and worth a little more, in my opinion. read more

I already recommended 3 people in the real world, so I thought I thought I would share the love on Yelp! Fast, great quality service and a great personality to work with. My other cleaners bailed on me last minute before an apartment walkthrough and he showed up within in hour and actually came to my place of employment so I could pay him. Fabulous! read more

Jim cleaned our living room and did a fantastic job! He was able to come same day, was punctual, and very professional. We told him about a problem spot and he made sure to spend extra time focusing on the spot. He was very quick and was really wonderful! I will only use him in the future! read more

Jim did a great job on our off-white carpet. It looks fantastic, I actually laid on it for the first time in a year and a half :P He got out wax with an iron and rust with who knows what, but he definitely put some elbow grease into it. He uses a van-run machine with a really powerful motor. Go horses, go! Although Jim did not make it at our agreed time, he did communicate well with me and was only 2 hours behind schedule. Luckily I only wanted to sleep in and didn't have to be anywhere! I think his rates are very reasonable for the great results, he is definitely recommended! read more

Jim has been maintaining our carpets and upholstery for many years. He was recommended by one of our neighbors and what a great referral. Jim is honest, dependable and thorough. Our Pottery Barn sectional was looking dreadful after the lockdowns of was pandemic but Jim was able to return it to a pristine, clean state. Highly recommend! read more

Jim Graham does an amazing job turning the most sickening carpets into the most pristine spreads you have ever seen. Jim is on time, professional, gives great estimates, and is considerate for the home owners. I have used him for a variety of listings and for my personal residence. Jim has also done work for countless other agents and clients, and I have always heard good things. Not only that, but he is hilarious! Jim has some great stories to tell. read more

If there were more stars Jim would get more! I called Jim's website number yesterday afternoon, he was here at 9:00am as he had promised to be. He gave me the best price of all 4 companies I called. He came and got to work right away, once he was done the carpet looked brand new. I have two dogs, who live in the room where this carpet is, lots of hair, stains and one of them threw up twice on it yesterday morning - TMI. And today it looks as if no one has ever walked on it. I'm really happy with Jim's work and he will be coming back to keep my carpet nice and clean so my toddler can play in that room even though my dogs use it. Don't waste your money or time calling someone else, I'm sure you won't be disappointed in using Jim. read more

We put our condo up for sale and assumed we'd have to replace the stained, matted down carpet. Other carpet companies hadn't helped it. We wouldn't even walk on it barefoot. Our agent said, " Jim might be able to save it." We were skeptical. Wow, the difference was amazing. The carpet was fluffy and colorful again. All the awful stains had disappeared, and it was heaven to walk on it barefoot. And the new owners looked it over and decided they don't need new flooring. Not bad for a 17+ year old carpet! Jim. you're a miracle worker! Great bonus - he's honest, reliable, friendly and professional. We'll be calling him again. read more

I have been using Graham Carpet Service for years. He does top notch reliable work and charges quite reasonable rates. The reason for my yelp is that he lives in Napa. I know some of you have family there or are in the area. He primarily works in the bay area and pretty much anywhere else but it would be nice to see the gentleman get more work near home. I urge you to try his services, he has top notch equipment:Commercial carpet cleaning, residential and rentals. Wow! Our carpet looks amazing! We have 2 toddlers and a big dog, so our carpets were a wreck before. Between play dates with 10 toddlers running around, sippy cup spills, baby food spills, messy crafts, potty training mishaps, muddy paws, and lots more... we thought our carpet was a lost cause. We do own a (rather expensive) steam cleaner, but it never really got our carepets clean. So, we finally decided to let the professionals have at it. After looking around and asking friends for reccomendations, I got a good feeling about Graham. And I was not dissapointed! Jim, the guy you talk to on the phone, is the guy who shows up at your house, and is also the owner. He is friendly, honest, and very reasonable with his pricing. He took his time and did the job right. What a concept, right!? ;) We will definitely be using Graham Carpet Care again, and will happily reccomend them to others! read more

Graham should wear a red cape, this guy is a crusader. So friendly, professional and was really quick to fit me in and we live all the way up in the Santa Cruz Mountains. My disgusting tenant left and we found cat urine and vomit all over my nice apartment carpets. The carpets are in great condition but have been down too long to charge her to replace so Graham worked his magic and went over them twice. Fantastic job, can't see a thing now and the black light brings nothing up either. Loved his pricing and will use him again in a heartbeat next time a tenancy ends (I might even insist they use him in the Contract) read more

Jim turned up a little late but did an awesome job. The stairs in my townhouse where really bad. He took extra time to get out all the stains and he managed to get them 99% spotless. After paying last year for a different company that was twice the price and didn't get out any stains was super happy. Recommended. read more

I had a great experience with Graham Carpet Care today! Jim was on time and super professional. He even drove all the way to Campbell from Napa! That's dedication which goes a long way with me. Jim takes a lot of pride in his work and it shows. I haven't had my white carpet cleaned in over a year, and I have a big dog who can stink at times lol! The Job Jim did was top notch, it looks like it did the day we moved in. We also had Jim do our upholstery, which looks amazing as well. I will never use anybody other then Graham Carpet Care in the future. Highly Recommend!! Logan read more

Graham showed up on time and did a great job for a fare price. I work overseas and my wife did not want the carpet cleaners she has seen in San Jose in her home. I asked around for a reputable cleaner and was given Grahams number. We were taken care of just as we hoped and will not hesitate to call Graham for the next cleaning. read more

Jim was a great referral from Lambert & Sons Flooring. He cleaned the carpets and got rid of the fish tank water smell. He even managed to get the spit-up stains from my baby, something the other guy carpet cleaner didn't do (a month earlier). I was very pleased with the rates he gave me and the honest and hard working manner he took to ensure my carpet was just like new. He didn't just go through the motions, he really deep cleaned the carpet - none of this steaming crap from the other guys offered in the coupon mailers. I definitely will be recommending his services to everyone and anyone. When carpet cleaning is such a shady, multi-contracted business, it's nice to know someone that has been doing this trade for 20+ years, a one-man show, he does the work himself and has high-powered equipment in his own van. Extremely pleased with the results and happy to play with my baby on my own carpets again! read more

Jim Graham is a find. Was referred to me by the guys at Armstrong Carpet on West Portal in SF. He did a great job - Several rooms of wall-to-wall Berber and sundry area rugs. Hate to admit that it was the first time in 9 years that I bothered to spring for a carpet cleaner (and, yes, i have pets - so shame on me.) Jim is a down-to-earth, sweet & conscientious guy who knows his craft. My allergies are in remission and the carpets look great. I may even start entertaining again. read more

Very professional, friendly, fast and effective! Jim came, install everything and, in a no time, my carpet in my studio healing room was cleaner that I ever saw it before. Jim just left, and I want the first thing I do now to be to give him a fantastic Yelp! Here's why I will call Graham Carpet Care again and recommend them easily to my friends: (1) Jim does a fantastic job! He removed stains that I never expected any carpet cleaner to be able to remove. Not just run-of-the-mill pet stains, but the stains left after our dog ate a half a bag of chocolate chips. I won't go into graphic detail, but these were the worst carpet stains I have ever seen anywhere. And (I'm embarrassed to say), these weren't fresh stains. We tried everything at home to clean them, but only seemed to make the spots worse. They are now gone! (2) Jim was easy to schedule. I called 2 days ago after seeing his reviews on this site. Expected I'd be scheduling him a week or two out, which would have been fine. But instead he said, "How about Wednesday?" (3) Jim has integrity. When he needed to replace an equipment part this morning before coming to my house, he called immediately to let me know, and he stayed as long as it took to get the carpets clean. He is also very obviously a good person. I've had some vendors in my home that I've felt I need to watch closely around personal items. It became quickly apparent that Jim wasn't anything like this. Though I didn't have to leave my home, I would have felt completely comfortable if I had. He is honest and fair and trustworthy, and you can't put a price tag on that in today's age. (4) Jim's rates are beyond reasonable. On the phone he gave me a quote based on what I told him was the sq. footage of carpet to be cleaned which was an amazing price. But he didn't know how bad they really were. When he came in this morning and did the walk-through, I was honest, and asked him if he thought he'd need to charge me more. He was hesitant, but said, "Well, maybe just a bit..." and then only raised his quote $35 more dollars. I watched him work so hard for four hours, upstairs, downstairs, and the stairs themselves, and knew that even that quote didn't match the quality of the job he'd done, so I added a bit more. And even then my final cost is still comparable to what I once paid Stanley Steamer a few years ago for much less carpet. I don't Yelp very often, but I would love to see Jim get people's business, and I know people would love the job he does. read more

Jim, cleaned the carpet on our stairs today. My wife was embarrassed by their appearance and would even avoid inviting people over because of them. Jim did a great job in my home! One of my carpets is over 15 years old and had many stains from pets, art projects and even paint. He went out of his way to spot clean those tough ones and even got the majority of the stains cleared or at least less visible. He also did an area rug and a small special oriental rug for me. The house feels so much cleaner now! Jim is friendly and helpful, very reliable and priced fairly. I highly recommend him! R.Witte read more

Jim was great! I got many compliments on my carpet after it was cleaned that it looked like a dog had never lived there (as we have a one year old chocolate lab). The schedule for the cleaning had to be reset after a few complications but once set was executed wonderfully. The carpets look like they did when we first moved in. Jim worked hard and went over problem areas several times make sure to do the best work. I would have my carpets cleaned by him again and would recommend him to anyone. read more

today Jim Graham came to my cottage and steam cleaned my carpet. I keep telling my self what a great job he did. The carpet is totally clean except for one spot. I found Jim by studying the content of various ratings on Yelp and Jim sounded like the man to do the job. I will not say how long it has been since I had my carpet cleaned but I will surely have Jim do our office in Campbell. Jim cleaned our office carpet after all the earthquake damage was repaired. He did such a good job, I asked him to clean the carpets in my home, which were pretty awful.
