I decided to start using a cleaning service because I like living in a clean environment, and I'm also really lazy. Started looking around on Google and reading Yelp reviews and came across SC Cleaning Service among many others. These guys had great reviews and I decided to call them. Jocilene answered, was extremely professional and even showed up a couple of hours later on the same day to take a look at my place to give me a quote. The plan was to do a deep cleaning once and the regular cleaning periodically after that for maintaining the cleanliness. She looked at my place and gave a fair quote. We scheduled a time and she showed up promptly, along with 2 others to help out. All 3 of them worked for nearly 2.5 hours. This was longer than the originally anticipated 1.5 hours, but she did not increase the price when they were done. She could've stopped sooner, but they stayed longer and did a great job. Of course, I paid more than the quoted amount because it would be unfair not to. I live in a not-so-big 1-bedroom condo and didn't think it would take a total of nearly 7 hours worth of work (3 people, 2.5 hours total is about 7.5 hours on average) to get the place cleaned. I didn't think it was even that dirty to begin with. However, Jocilene and others did a fantastic job and cleaned the house really really well. Based on other reviews, I was confident that they would do a good job, but what they did exceeded my expectations. They wiped down doors, windows, blinds, heating vents and thoroughly cleaned the fridge, oven, microwave oven and even my exhaust fan in the kitchen. I have never seen it that clean before. The bathroom was squeaky clean and my wooden floors in the living room and bedroom were shining. They actually move furniture and appliances around and clean the spots they occupy. So it's not just cleaning what you see, but even cleaning parts that you don't see. Jocilene is very polite and professional, as were the other 2 people who came with her for the deep cleaning. I was connected to SC Cleaning services through a breast cancer patient program, because I desperately needed my home deep cleaned before starting treatments. I'm physically incapable of cleaning right now. I was delighted when Jocilene contacted me within just days of my request being processed, and then cleaning was scheduled to be completed within just a few days. I have to admit, I wasn't expecting a completely immaculate house, but my goodness, that's exactly what I got! I'm no stranger to cleaning companies, when I was healthy, working full time, and had a disposable income, I hired a house cleaner and was happy with the results. But walking into my house today, after SC cleaning worked their magic... no words are adequate enough to describe how incredibly clean my home is. It's NEVER been this clean, ever. The crew wore masks (without being asked!) knowing they were in the home of a cancer patient. When I am healthy again, when I'm cancer free (and I WILL be!), and I'm back to work, one of the first things I'll do is hire SC Cleaning. I can't recommend Jocilene highly enough! We had some painting done at our house which required quite a bit of plaster repair leaving huge amounts of dust everywhere. Usually, my husband and I take care of cleaning ourselves, but I had just had hand surgery and wasn't at all up to dealing with the mess. So, I got on Yelp to find someone to help. All of the reviews for SC Cleaning service were so high that I thought I would give them a try. I called Jocilene and she came over within the hour to look at everything. She gave us a folder that contained her insurance information, references, etc.... She contacted me later that evening with an estimate and was there with her team the next morning at 8:00 am! I can honestly say that my house has never been so well cleaned in the 14 years I have lived here! She and her team were here for at least 6 hours moving furniture, polishing appliances, dusting picture frames......you name it, they cleaned it! I will be using them in the future for bi-weekly cleaning. They were so thorough. My only regret is that I hadn't called them sooner! read more

I reached out to a dozen cleaning services about a move-out cleaning of my apartment and didn't hear back from anyone, until Jocilene- who called me back immediately and was able to schedule a time for two cleaners for the next morning! They were on time, brought their own supplies, and Jocilene kept in text communication with me all day- they spent nearly 7 hours going above and beyond a normal deep clean. The apartment was completely spotless and they had thrown out all the trash we left (our ratty old shower curtain, etc) while neatly organizing things we wanted to keep (they cleaned and re-organized all the stuff still in our freezer!). Jocilene texted me before, during and after pictures so I could see that they had gone the extra mile- moving the stove out from the wall, even taking down a wall-mounted rack in the bathroom. They clearly know how to make an apartment move-out perfect. I also loved that I could easily pay via Venmo and leave tip for the girls that way too. I contacted Jocilene a few weeks before the SuperBowl regarding a deep-cleaning. It was our first time having guests to our new home so we wanted everything looking perfect. She was very quick to respond to my message, and quoted me a price that I felt was really reasonable considering it was close to what we paid for our one bedroom apartment in Cambridge, whereas now we have 3-4 stories to clean! The crew spent about 3-4 hours cleaning the place, and the results were fantastic. (I used to work as a stewardess on a mega-yacht, so I'm extremely particular about what constitutes "clean!") I checked every surface, nook and cranny... everything was sparkling and fresh smelling! We didn't have any intention of getting regular bi-weekly services, but the price Jocilene quoted us was so reasonable that we decided to go ahead. I explained our cleaning needs, including a deep clean of the fridge and freezer, which hadn't been thoroughly cleaned in a while. I was thrilled with the result! They not only cleaned, but organized the house which made a big difference. They used my natural products per my request, and had no issues taking off their shoes in our shoe-free house. I bring up the shoes because the last company didn't always respect that. After a long day at work, coming home to a clean house felt amazing. I would give more stars if I could. We had a fire on top of the kitchen range with a lot of smoke and soot. The condo was uninhabitable and we were staying in a motel. Jocilene called back immediately, met us, inspected the job and gave an estimate. She got a crew in and did the job in one day for a very reasonable price (a whole lot less that the national chain fire cleaners wanted). Her crew went above and beyond, cleaned every surface and all of the stuff on the shelves. She came back afterward and made sure we were satisfied. Jocilene knows what she's doing and she does it well. The condo is large with three bathrooms and needed a thorough cleaning before the fire. Jocilene and her crew did an AMAZING job on a move-in deep clean of our new home. Jocilene was incredibly flexible with timing - at one point I actually canceled the cleaning because the seller told us she had cleaners coming, but after the walkthrough it was clear that hadn't happened. I texted Jocilene to see if it was still possible for her crew to come, and they came with less than 24 hours notice. Given the condition the seller left the house in, it was a huge job - it took the crew over ten hours to complete across two days - and we are SO happy with the results. We recently hired Jocilene to clean our home. When she came out to give a quote, she was on time, personable and very detailed in her quote and what her work would entail. We hired her. For the first cleaning, she did a deep clean of the home. She did a fantastic job. I was shocked when I went upstairs and noticed that furniture had been moved to clean behind armoires, bureaus, etc. She was at our home for over 5 hours and it was spot less, which is no easy feat as we have three kids and a hairy cat. I am very happy that we chose SC cleaning service as our house cleaners. I work full time, have a 1 year old, and 4 dogs, I tried for a long time to keep the house clean on my own but it was very time consuming. I rarely ever post reviews but felt a need to rave about the service SC Cleaning provided. I just bought a home and the previous owners left the house a complete mess. Jocilene and her team did an outstanding job getting the house clean. They cleaned walls, door jams, behind the washer and dryer, scrubbed the floors, cleaned the carpets, and disinfected the house. Jocilene also was very concerned with the well being of myself and family and asked if anyone had allergies to cleaning products and sent over a list of all the cleaning products she was using.
