I highly recommend making a reservation, as their hours are limited and they fill up quickly. The highlight of our meal was definitely the ambiance. The setting is beautiful and feels very special for a night out. However, for a fine dining restaurant, I did find the pricing of the menu items to be extremely high for what you receive. We came in expecting an experience, but ultimately left feeling that the food did not quite match the price point. We ordered the baked Kona lobster ($82) and the pasta al forno ($65). For the price of the lobster, I expected it to come with some sides, especially since there wasn't a ton of meat once it was cracked open. As for the pasta, it was good but not particularly memorable, and the flavor didn't quite wow us. Overall, we're glad we tried Noe and enjoyed the atmosphere, but considering the food and pricing, it's not somewhere we see ourselves returning.
