Fettuccine Alfredo with broccoli
Kim R.

The food taste was amazing got the Alfredo with broccoli as well as the appetizers, got the calamari and the spinich dip. The short of 5 star review was because for some odd reason they ran out of lemons. But other than that I have no complaints

Carb cravings... Since I was in the area I decided to give them a visit as it's been quite some time that I've been to Olive Garden and this Kamakana Alii location is nice as it's not totally part of the mall and with lots of free parking just steps away it was a nice and convenient to give them a visit. Walking in I was surprised to see how filled they were and though that there would be a long wait but to my surprise they also have outdoor seating which is actually better as it's not as noisy inside and it was rather more cooler and nice but I was seated right at the service door as it creaked with every swing it got quite annoying. Ordering food I decided with the create your own which was Rigatoni with Five Cheese Marinara and added broccoli which also comes with never ending soup or what I chose is salad along with breadsticks the salad was absolutely delicious as I do love the toppings but the breadsticks were meh no olive oil or balsamic vinegar it didn't do much for me and here's my pasta looking like it was made in a cafeteria blanched pasta topped with a scoop of sauce an topped with blanched broccoli...what a sad presentation it tasted okay nothing it wasn't even hot or spectacular and my server came to check on me once as she was busy but she was very nice and polite but just the very basic just like their food. I remember why I don't come here as often though I do love the decor and vibe the food needs much improvement...just come for the salad and chill out at the lanai. Thanks!

Warm lasagna

I normally enjoy Olive Garden and have had plenty of good meals here, so this review is specific to the lasagna. It was very disappointing. The dish was warm, but it did not taste freshly baked. There was no browned top, no crust, no crisp edges, and the overall texture felt flat and unappealing. On top of that, it had an odd aftertaste. I still like the restaurant, but I would definitely skip the lasagna.

I like going to Olive Garden the food is good and the service is excellent today I had the spaghetti and meatballs and I took my mom out to there cause she never ate there before she like it the restaurant was mellow, place is clean it's a good place to go for lunch and dinner it has a lot of parking if you haven't been there yet you need to go

I must say service and food is always consistent and enjoyable... even though many put down Olive Garden, we've always enjoyed Olive Garden. Prices are higher but that is to be expected nowadays. Our server Valkyrie was outstanding. The restaurant always has a good atmosphere and is clean considering how many years it has been at Ka Makana Alii Mall. Came on a Saturday at 11 AM for lunch. Reading all the low ranked reviews, all have some unreasonable expectation. Either entitled or assuming Hawaii prices are the same as the mainland, all are a bit silly.

Added our name to the waitlist & instantly received a text giving us an estimated wait time of 30 minutes. To our surprise it was quicker than that! Seating is a bit tight & tables are somewhat close to each other in the indoor dining room. A handful of booths but majority are freestanding tables. Plenty of choices on the menu, decent adult drink choices also. Service here was great as well! Quick, efficient, friendly. And this place is friendly on your pocketbook!

Rigatoni with spicy three meat sauce

We went to Olive Garden for the Never Ending Pasta Bowl after seeing it advertised on Hawaii News Now for $13.99 per person, which sounded like an amazing deal, especially in Hawaii. When we got there, it turned out to be $19.99 instead, but we decided to try it anyway since we had already driven out for it. I ordered the salad and rigatoni with the spicy three meat sauce. The salad was just as good as I remembered from when I first tried Olive Garden back in college: crisp, fresh, and perfectly seasoned. The pasta, however, was a little strange. The sauce made my mouth feel tingly or slightly numb, almost like an "acidic" sensation, but not spicy. The service was absolutely amazing. Our waitress was kind, attentive, and really made the experience pleasant. The ambiance was cozy, smaller than most Olive Gardens I've been to, but still nice. Unfortunately, the pasta didn't sit well afterward. Both my partner and I had some stomach issues for the next day or two . Not sure if it was just an off day for the kitchen, but I'd probably try a different sauce next time if I ever go back again.

It's been a really long time since I've been to an Olive Garen. My son wanted to try so we stopped by here for lunch one day when we were in the area. I was pleasantly surprised at how good ever was! Not that it was ever disappointing, but for a chain sometimes you don't expect a whole lot. But the service was really impressive, the staff was really attentive and friendly. The food was also delicious and I forgot how big the portions were. My son really enjoyed the breadsticks and he ordered a kids meal, which was huge, but ended up eating mostly the fettuccini alfredo. I'm sure we'll be back.

Great place for a causal lunch at the mall. Inside was very loud at lunch time on a Saturday so we opted to sit outside, was amazing because we were the only ones out there! Sunny, breezy, no overwhelming noise, we had the best time talking and enjoying our lunch. Soup and salad was yummy and quick, no surprises there. My Chicken scampi took a while to come out as well as my Bellini but it was hot and fresh when it came, delicious. *I would note the table we had outside was irritating because the legs were off and it kept moving up and down.. All in all a nice Saturday lunch.

Service was amazing! Between my kids being alittle hyper, over talking me as I'm trying to order Kaylee-Rose(our server) was kind and patient. I also had my sister with me who has special needs and Kaylee-Rose was sweet and patient with her! The food was ok. I ordered their new Calabrian Steak & Shrimp Bucatini. It was ok. Wasn't a fan of the spaghetti noodle with it and maybe the steak could be thin sliced, that's me personally. But overall is was good!

Spinach artichoke dip. Yum.

Awesome experience. Our server was great. Food was great. We were able to eat outside where it was nice and cool! Definitely going back since we love olive garden and it's close to us!! Thank you for great experience!

I highly recommend making a reservation, as their hours are limited and they fill up quickly. The highlight of our meal was definitely the ambiance. The setting is beautiful and feels very special for a night out. However, for a fine dining restaurant, I did find the pricing of the menu items to be extremely high for what you receive. We came in expecting an experience, but ultimately left feeling that the food did not quite match the price point. We ordered the baked Kona lobster ($82) and the pasta al forno ($65). For the price of the lobster, I expected it to come with some sides, especially since there wasn't a ton of meat once it was cracked open. As for the pasta, it was good but not particularly memorable, and the flavor didn't quite wow us. Overall, we're glad we tried Noe and enjoyed the atmosphere, but considering the food and pricing, it's not somewhere we see ourselves returning.

From the moment we walked in though, the staff catered to us so well, was super attentive, quick with orders, refills, taking plates out of the way--just superb service! That deserves at least 4 stars on its own, but the food took away from that. Let me start with the mangotini cocktail. It was tasty (smooth and strong)! The food...in our group of 6, consisted of the chicken alfredo, combination seafood alfredo, veal pasta, pesto pasta (I forget what kinds specifically), steak and mushrooms, and spaghetti and grilled chicken. Our alfredo had no flavor (insert cry face). The seafood tasted like they were blanched or added as an after-thought. Our pasta tasted like it was watered down and my son took 2 bites of his chicken alfredo and didn't want any more. It was disappointing. Everyone else ate a good amount of their food though, so I'll assume it was alright and they weren't all just hungry. I might give this place another try, but honestly for the price, I might just go to Olive Garden or make some at home. We'll see.

This establishment is fairly large and have a regular seating tables area and a bar area. The bar area was pretty popping with people watching the on-going football game. (they do have tvs all over the bar so you should be able to watch in most seats. It is fairly cold in here, like I was kind of freezing and had to grab a jacket from the car. Our server was super friendly and we got our orders in: We ordered: * Brick Oven "Super" Pizza: 7/10. We ordered this without black olives because I do not like black olives. This was okay. There were many toppings but since there were so many, there were much less of each topping (which meant that you'd really only get a tiny sprinkle of like beef for example). I felt like the pizza was just mediocre. The crust was unique, a twisted shape but it just made the crust more dense and not as enjoyable to eat for me as I liked a fluffier doughy crust. I also felt that there weren't enough cheese for the amount of toppings on this pizza. * Pepperoni, Sausage, and Jalapenos Pizza: 7.2/10. My friend ordered this so I didn't really eat as much of it. It was ok, same complaints regarding the crust. I think due to it having less toppings the cheese ratio was much better this time around. * Buffalo (Hot) Wings: 9/10, my friend said the main star of the show would be the wings and he was not lying! These wings were large and meaty compared to the tiny wings you'd often get at bars and most establishments. They were fried to perfection and tossed in the chosen sauce. The buffalo was perfect and I enjoyed it with ranch. * Lemon Pepper: 8.2/10, same positives, I just don't care for the lemon pepper flavor. * Garlic Parm: 9.2/10: same positives, I love the garlicky flavor of this wing along with the cheesiness from the parm. * Chicken Alfredo Pasta: 4/10. We do NOT recommend this. The chicken quality was terrible, it was like stringy. We think it is the premade chicken meant to be shredded for pizzas recooked into the pasta. The alfredo sauce was also not very good, just tasted poorly made and overly peppered. Honestly I would totally come back for the wings and only the wings. Recommend this spot to grab some wings and watch a game with some friends!

We asked if there was outside seating as the inside was already crowded and he checked and there was a table ready for us. Our waitress came gave us menus, didnt ask for our drink order than left. She came back maybe about 5-8 mins later to take our order, not before we requested if we could get water. Fastforward, like i stated at the beginning it was crowded on the inside when we walked in, well we get our food and mid way thru realize that our drinks were never filled, no one came out to ck on us or the other tables at that matter. We ordered extra carrots and celery that never came out, at that point I was like forget it. We needed boxes and refill of water since NONE came throughout our whole dinner. I decided to go get the boxes and request water, tell me why when I walked inside, the only table that was occupied was the party that was there in the corner. The rest of the place was empty and tell me why ALL the workers were literally just standing near the bar/kitchen. they see me walking in, no one seems to think "oh we havent checked on them" they waited till I approached them and asked for a box and water. Up until me going inside I gave them grace because like I mentioned I knew they were busy. But once I walked in and seen every single staff just standing there, I was disappointed. The food was good, but lets just say, the customer service was not it. Glad I got my fixed, as I havent eaten at Brick Oven in years, it will probably years before I come back....
