Bartenders are rude and need to remain calm when busy and act like they want to be there. Slamming drinks and rolling eyes is not acceptable. Customer service is very important rather busy or not, remain calm, smile and have patience. Need to fake it to make it. Food is pretty good, give that a higher mark than customer service. Bathrooms need to be cleaner very disgusting in the stalls and floor. A cleaning service would be good for the business. read more

Pretty Good! We had been here about a year ago and had their Broasted Chicken Dinner and remembered it was very good so we stopped in a couple more times this past month. It's a very large sports bar theme space sitting at one corner of a strip mall on Rt. 12. Pool tables, a large bar, big screen TV's and the usual gambling machine area. On one visit, we had the Italian Beef Egg Rolls as an appetizer ($9.25). Their own Italian beef with mozzarella cheese and giardiniera rolled in an egg roll wrapper, deep fried and (2) served with side au jus. Excellent Italian beef flavor, tender, thin sliced and seasoned like a true Chicago beef. The giardiniera was a little too hot for my wife so I had to finish them. I'm sure they could leave out the giardiniera if asked. On that visit we both had burgers and they were very good, but the bun did not hold up well from the juiciness of the burger. $2.75 twelve ounce Miller Lite on tap is a pretty good value. Signs all over the place advertise their daily specials and $7 Italian Beef Sandwiches on Sunday ($11.25 regular menu price) drew our attention, especially after trying the egg rolls. So we stopped in on a Sunday. The beef sandwich was amazing! Piled high with the tasty Italian Beef on the perfect roll. I asked for the hot giardiniera and my wife had sweet peppers. I had fries, my wife got a side salad. Our server asked if we wanted cheese on the sandwich, we said no, but we both got it anyway. My wife had them remake her sandwich - no cheese and I just ate mine. The side salad is huge, plenty of crisp greens and goodies for two people to share. The fries were tasty when first brought out as they were super hot. They are not twice fried to make them extra crispy so they got pretty soggy as they cooled off. As our pictures show, this is a monster of a sandwich and we each brought home half to enjoy the next day. As for the $7 deal, the sandwich itself is $7. Then I think you add $1 for giardiniera or peppers, another $5 or so for fries, maybe another $1 for cheese and not sure what they charge for the side salad. The servers don't tell you any of this so ask or be surprised. We will make this our Italian Beef spot! read more

We stopped in and we greeted immediately. We were seated by friendly staff and they were constantly checking in with us but not overboard. Pizza was very good, there was a nice variation of beers, and it wasn't too noisy. It's a much larger space inside than what it looks like from the outside. We'll be back. read more

Not my first time here but... Came on a Friday for the Salmon special. Out of salmon. Got the fried fish with potato pancakes. Fish was good, tarter sauce was basically mayo. Potato pancakes tasted "burnt" so I asked for apple sauce. Received apple sauce with mold. Asked to see a manager and was told there was no manager on duty. Place was packed, birthday party and a wedding party... but no manager? Felt sorry for our pregnant server who seemed to be the only one working the tables. She was very nice. We went out for pizza on a Tuesday night, 7:30. This place was quite busy, very loud music, pool tables all in use and several people outside the entrance smoking and on cell phones. We couldn't even talk to each other because of the noise level, so we turned around and walked out! Didn't try the food! Good luck here, maybe if you come early it will be more enjoyable. read more

My husband and I wanted pizza for dinner, and as this place was new and their sign listed it as a Pizza & Pub we thought we'd give it a try. We were disappointed. The beer, the bartender kept trying to pour, was overly foamy and she dumped out about as much as gave out. Not her fault, but their system needs some work. As far as the pizza. I've honestly had better frozen pizza. It was seriously lacking cheese and ours was overcooked. If the 2 items you advertise on the outside of your building are not working, I would suggest going back to the drawing board. read more

The food is good, we have visited multiple times and used them to cater a party as well and it was a good experience. HOWEVER, the staff has never been friendly unfortunately- in person as well as on the phone. We have also been told about a request that "the cooks complain if we ask them to do that" referring to using 2 kinds of peppers instead of 1.. so take it as you will. read more

Tried Saylor Mick's for the first time with the family and it was very good!!! Place is huge with lots of seating and a big bar area too! Food and drink prices were good too. We have been there several times, and even held a birthday party in the lower part. Food has always been good, but getting better with experience. Different things like alfredo pizza was great! Tried the fish fry and potato pancakes last Friday and it was done just right. New Staff is learning and it takes time. Found them very helpful with the menu for the party, and they kept the pizza coming out a little at a time so it was hot. read more

I want to give it 0 stars, but not an option. We arrived about 1230 on a Sunday, put in our order, and 30 minutes later half of it came out. We saw people who had come in after us get their food, and when I dared to ask why, we got major attitude from the bartender/waitress. Still waiting for our food, she sent someone else over to check on us...30 minutes later another waitress delivered drinks. Finally got the other half of our order. BLT and the bottom of the fry basket, and really bad wings. The bartender/waitress was extremely rude...all she had to do was say sorry, I'll check on your order, but she just made excuses, and then didn't show up until she brought the check. Went for Sunday half off pizza. Ordered a pizza that came with sausage green peppers and onions. The pizza came with burnt edges raw center crust and had to use six napkins to blot up the grease . The sauce was just tomato paste. Worst pizza I have ever had read more

Tried twice and will not be returning. First time we tried the pizza it was good but they put the wrong ingredients on it and had to remake it. This time got the chicken and Italian beef.
