We are so happy with our gorgeous shower. He explained what was possible, what was impossible and what was maybe possible! Even when we chose hinges that happened to be the most expensive hinges in the hardware catalogue he explained that each component has a budget and those hinges were way over the shower door budget, but he wanted us to have them if we really loved them, so he would split the cost with us. They WERE pretty spiffy hinges (if you can believe that hinges can be that fancy) but when he told us we had picked out $750 hinges we said, oh no forget it! That's crazy. But he said, well before you say no way, i want you have what you like, so he offered to split it. We would not have added on $750, but for $375, we decided to go for the crazy hinges! We had a pipe in our condo building that needed repair which really took time to get approved for them to continue our project. Shai spoke with the building manager, several times, made them 2 proposals to fix the pipes, and very quickly (once the Board finally approved) fixed it in half a day. At every stage of demo and construction, Shai made sure we were happy and on track! And the price he quoted us on day one, was the price we paid. We needed more grout, more tile, and a few extra visits to change the recessed box and he never said yes but it will cost extra, he delivered what he promised on day 1, which was us, as happy satisfied clients.

Our kitchen used to have this awkward peninsula that basically cut the room in half. We got rid of…read moreit, opened the wall into the living room and moved the sink over by the windows. They built a pantry into an empty corner and added drawers under the cooktop instead of regular cabinets, which I use way more than I expected. We also had the downstairs bathroom redone while they were here. There were a couple surprises once everything was opened up, but they were handled without turning the project into a headache. Really happy with the work.

The responses to my questions were fast, and I asked A LOT of questions. All my questions felt welcomed by Shay and I am so thankful to him. Quality was superb. I asked Shay for help with adding a wall to my garage, change area of laundry air vent, demo carpet on stairs and on second floor , change subflooring on second floor, install laminate flooring where carpet was, new walk in shower, and upgrade our stairs to have risers. The finished job looked beautiful and well built. There were minor details that I wanted fixed and Shay had it fixed next day. It was amazing. As for the cost, it was comparable to other competitors.
