Only been here twice... Food is okay. Service is not. Panaeng curry with Tofu was ok but short on tofu. Then, staff was trying to rush me out a few minutes after getting my dish by offering my bill without an option for dessert or seeing how the dish was. Over priced. read more

First off I'd like to say that I am big on ambience and customer service. When we first walked through the door it smelled really funny. We told the "hostess" that we would like a table for 5. She told us she had a table for 4. Mind you, the restaurant was not full and clearly had enough tables and chairs to seat 5 people. Maybe her tables seat max of 4 but she didn't even offer to make adjustments i.e. add another chair to the table. Me, looking all dumbfounded started counting all five of us. I agree with all the other reviews about portion size very small ( kids portion) It will not fill you up at all. As far as taste it wasn't authentic at all, my husband order chicken pad Thai and I order shrimp Thai fried rice it was definitely lacking of flavor. Even though I was placing a To-Go order the hostess/waitress offered me a seat when she saw that I was pregnant and brought me water while I waited. I really appreciated that small gesture. 3.5 stars- we tried this place for lunch today and thought the food was good. We tried two different appetizers to start out with, Gyoza and MeeGrob. The Gyoza was perfectly done and the sauce served with it was great. We kind of went on a whim with the MeeGrob and although it was totally different from anything I've ever tried, it was actually pretty delicious. I don't think I would order it again, but am glad I got to try something I've never tried before. My husband and I both got the Pad Kha Prow (he got the beef and I got the chicken) since that is usually my go-to dish at Thai restaurants. While the flavor was good, the portions were pretty small, especially for a big eater like my husband is. I'm assuming that's for lunch only and am curious as to what their dinner portions are. We did notice the decor on the inside and that really stood out. Maybe I'll try it again on my own since the prices are pretty good. read more

This Thai restaurant is the only one my husband and I go to out here. The proportions are a bit small, as is expected with most Thai places, but the food is absolutely to die for. I did not like Pad Thai before we found this place, but when I tried it here I was blown away. It has the perfect combination of lime and ground peanuts (if you use all of what they give you) and the noodles are a nice texture. Their Thom Kha Kai soup (a coconut and lemongrass broth soup with tomatoes, chicken and green onions) is so delicious; I have to get the fire-pot every time we come. The waitstaff is friendly, and the decor is beautiful. Definitely a place worth checking out. read more

I absolutely love this Thai restaurant. I can't attest to the "authenticity" since I'm not Thai and I've never been to Thailand but this restaurant tops my list of favorite places to eat. The "fresh rolls" are delicious enough to forgo the rest of the menu but then I'd miss the drunken noodles!!!! The only down side was that I'm in north augusta and they were in Warrenville-- but even that 20 minute obstacle has been removed with the newer Augusta location-*insert happy dance here* read more

I dropped in to grab an order of shrimp pad thai to go - the server was very nice and offered me a glass of water while I waited. Food was made promptly, and the portion size is good. The shrimp were a bit on the smaller side than I'm used to, but there were enough of them that I didn't feel like I was slighted. The owners are courteous and the place was clean. I waited for my take out. I ordered the massamun curry with coconut soup. The portions were huge. Massamun curry tends to be subjective in what potatoes are used, or avocado vs pineapple, so I'll withhold any specific expectations I had for the dish. The vegetables, which I ordered, no tofu or meat, were well cooked. The sauce was on point. The coconut soup was one of the best I've had, abundant in vegetables and mushrooms. The food is delicious. I love the pad Thai. However, the customer service there is hit or miss. Also, the portions seem to get smaller and smaller and the prices stay the same. The main waitress as I stated before is hit or miss. She is either extremely friendly or rude/unprofessional. The last few times there I got the latter. She barely said any words to me while giving warm smiles and convo to the next table. Walked past my empty cup twice to take that other tables order when the lady stated she was still waiting for others. I go there too often and she recognizes me for me to receive that treatment. First time here, and probably the last. The smell of bleaching products immediately hit us as we walked in and was bothersome throughout the night. Portion size of noodle plates are smaller than expected and definitely not worth the $11. But, they are tasty. Meatballs in the Thai Pho are straight up the frozen meatballs you get at COSTCO! Went there for lunch with a group from work. The service was kind of funky (not enough menus, chopsticks etc took a while to come out etc etc) but the food was very tasteful. UUUM well this past experience having lunch here totally changed my opinion of this place. I have had dinner here before and have carried out their lunch special a few times and have been pleased. However after this past experience of bad food and awkward dining environment I will not be coming back. This past time I ate there i took my mom there for a quick lunch and was very disappointed. Somehow when you eat in their portions are ridiculous! My bowl of curry I got was the size of a small cup of tea! I was shocked because I had taken out the same curry for lunch before and it was not nearly as small. I guess I just felt shorted for the price I paid. We also got drunken noodles and my mom was shocked at how the meat seemed to have a weird old meat taste. I thought it tasted ok/ a little weird but I trust my mom since she is a very very good cook - growing up helping her mom and grad mom cook in China. My mom cooks with chicken, beef, and pork all the time and she knows fresh since she has a very sensitive palate. I mainly thought that the meat was somewhat over cooked (a bit tough and rubbery). The most upsetting thing about our experience was how the older lady who seems to be always there treated a new waitress she was training. I just have no respect for people who treat people like idiots when they are clearly new and still learning. I just hated to see the lady treat the new girl with so little respect and patience. I also was disgusted to see the lady treat the girl this way because the first time I ate there the older lady was serving many parties all alone and was understandably very frazzled and slow to serve us. At that time I think all the patrons saw how swamped she was and were very patient with the extremely slow service. The girl the older lady was training this time I ate there did not even seem to be doing anything wrong - she just seemed like she was a little unsure of herself but she was super sweet.
