She told me she thought it was already short and to come back if I wanted them shorter. I went back today after deciding I needed them shaved down and let me tell you, the girl who came to talk to me is lucky that I have anger control. Because boy was she asking for a fight. She mocked me, spoke to me sarcastically, rolled her eyes, gave me a death glare, and basically called me stupid. I got up and told her she was so f**ckin rude, and walked out before something bigger happened. All because I wanted my nails shaved down. Which by the way, I was absolutely overcharged for. Somehow, my mani pedi was $130. Anyways, the place appears clean at first glance but all Of their instruments are reused without washing or sanitizing and dirty. When they brush your nails off with the large kabuki brush, you can literally feel everyone else's nail dust on the brush. The tools used for the woman who had just left were put on a cart and rolled over to be used on me. Those sanitizing autoclaves are just for show. They're not actually on. Not a single tool was pulled out of a clean package. So if you want attitude, to be talked to like you're an idiot, and have dirty instruments used on you, this is the right place for you.

Holly said that with hard gel manicure it's an additional cost so it would be total of $41. While my sister did the gel manicure (by Gina) & gel pedicure (by Helen) with cat's eye color which has an additional cost of $30. They offered a free drink of your choices of wine, beer, tea, water, etc. which I thought was really nice since I have never seen any nail places offered that before. I went with green tea while my sister went with herbal tea. They were all very friendly and helpful. I felt very refreshed and clean after getting this done. The nails came out pretty, but only thing I didn't get from the manicure was lotion and massage. I just noticed Vivian used the oil to put on my hands and arms. I was waiting to see if I get lotion and massage, but had to hurry up and leave since my sister had an appt after this. When we got the pricing, the total for me and my sister was $236. I wanted to get clarification of the pricing, but didn't have time since we were in a rush. Next time we come, will make sure to do that since I was trying to look at the pricing menu and I couldn't figure it out what the cost to make it to that. We showed Tiffany an inspiration photo for my son's girlfriend's birthday nails. She said she couldn't do 3D nails, which was completely understandable, but what was frustrating was that she still proceeded with a design that looked nothing like the photo and ended up messy, smudged, and rushed. By around 7:10 PM, Tiffany said she was leaving. When I finally got a good look at the nails, I told her they weren't what we asked for. Her response was basically that she didn't have time to fix them and that we could just come back the next day. Unfortunately, that wasn't possible because we already had plans. Her response was simply, "Oh well," before walking out the door. We still paid around $80 for a full set that we didn't like and ended up having to go next door to another salon, where she got the nails she originally wanted done correctly. As for my own experience there, Tiffany is my go to and she's really good at what she does (which makes this situation so unfortunate) but the male nail tech who works there is extremely rough when removing gel. He aggressively scrapes healthy nail beds and cuticles with the metal tool instead of properly soaking/removing the gel. Every time I went, I had to repeatedly ask him to be gentler. My nails became very thin and weak from it, despite the fact that I always tipped well. This review isn't out of spite. I just think if a design can't be done, it should be communicated honestly from the beginning instead of rushing through something and charging full price for work the customer clearly didn't ask for.
