Good service. Quick ordering. Great location and ambience. Biscoff and Tiramisu flavors were great! Definitely recommend this spot!

Small portions on the gelato thats my main gripe. On a hot day, those small scoops are gonna melt away in no time. Cones are also skinny and small and I guess that is the trendy Italian chic manifested in gelato form. It's central location in Amalfi makes it the de-facto gelato shop and while the gelato wasn't bad, it wasn't memorable either. They do this interesting thing where they put a tiny cone on top. Doesn't really change the optics but it's a nice try. The coffee flavor we got was fine though a bit runny. We tried a lot of gelato in Italy, multiple times everyday, so Savoia not standing out in a good way says something.

Caramel & strawberry cheesecake gelato. Incredible.

3 euros for a small cup, typical price throughout Rome as well. The men here spoke a bit of english which helped the process of getting the gelato quickly :) Lots of choices and I learned that most people picked two flavors. Creamy and light and every bit delicious. I tried the caramel and the strawberry cheesecake. I highly recommend both! They had a bunch of other desserts/ pastries in the cases but a girl should really limit herself when she's having gelato almost everyday day she's in Italy.

Medium gelato (€4.50). Tiramisu, panna cotta, vanilla cream. Not great.

I wish I liked this gelateria more than I did, but I think the hype around it is wrong. I shared a medium (€4.50) which comes with three flavors and we got the panna cotta, tiramisu, and vanilla cream. The tiramisu was a letdown; it didn't have any chunks of dessert in the ice cream like I had at another gelateria. The panna cotta was definitely the worst here than I've had at any other place (and we ate a lot of panna cotta gelato on this trip...). The vanilla cream was fine. Everything started to blend together after a few bites so it turned out okay, but others' reviews led me to believe that it would be amazing, which it wasn't. Try another gelateria when you're in Amalfi. I bet it will be better.

Good: that this is a gelateria ;) I think I may have formed a bad habit of trying chocolate gelato at different gelaterias and now have a good sense of what is good and ones that are just run of the mill. Bad: Tried the dark chocolate and lemon gelato. The consistency of the gelato was slightly different from the good gelatos I have had in Florence and Rome. 3 euro for 2 flavors which is a little high compared to the prices seen in other big Italian cities. Other: The store has other sweet treats and pastries instead of gelato. May try them when I visit Amalfi again tomorrow.

This place carries so much more than gelato! Think pastries, donuts, cakes, and pies! I enjoyed a light and airy donut, wonderful service, and friendly staff. My husband enjoyed his chocolate chip gelato...which carries a lot of weight as he has managed to stop at most gelato establishments in Italy! Hahaha.

Hmmm we have been to every major city in Italy so this isn't special gelato but for Amalfi coast, a tourist trap, its actually pretty good. I like my gelato heaver, creamy. This is a bit lighter, more airy than I like. Pistachio my favorite, was rather flavorless. The winner is their limoncello. Pretty decent. We paired this with coconut, pretty good but lacks in texture. Overall for Amalfi not too bad for Italy well I would pass. My favorite gelato is in Bologna btw.

I think it's funny to read some reviews saying, "This place is a tourist trap!" I hate to break it…read moreto you, but this whole city is a tourist trap. Once, you come to terms with that, the price of stuff becomes relative. Was this place a bit pricey? Yes. However, it compared to the other stands surrounding it and it had some really excellent sorbet, granita and fresh fruit. We first took notice of this place while we were walking up the stairs to get to lunch. I knew I wanted to check it out after lunch because the guy working there was seriously out of control, in the best way possible. He was working the stand, trying to get people to come in and I respected his hustle. He got me. The outside has examples of the lemons and oranges you can get in the region. I liked that this was a way to decorate. There isn't any seating and the stand is very small, the 4 of us couldn't all fit in at the same time. The granita I got with strawberries on top was seriously amazing. My friends husband got the Amalfi Dream, which was essentially orange sorbet. It was freaking amazing, so rich and creamy I thought it was a sherbet. It wasn't. I'd gladly pay 20 Euro for the 4 of us to get these treats again, especially when a fancy cup of gelato in Vegas is getting close to $10. Gladly.

Pretty pricy, we were charged 10euros for sorbets. The owner was standing outside and approached…read morepeople walking by. We were already looking for sorbet so it was fine. It was very tasty!
