Came back, love it here!!! Came here with a friend for brunch. Highly recommend! P.S. the tower is to S-H-A-R-E!!!!!

We came to Sunday brunch at Savoi We made a resy which is definitely recommended since it's a very busy restaurant And we weren't seated until our entire party arrived Drinks were not great they were made with cheap liquor There was a smell of vomit on the main floor The bottom floor is where the DJ and Hookah happens The food is subpar, salty and not presented well Service was friendly but there's no communication with the front of the house and the rest of team The dj was okay but should play more variety Hookah is good and lasts for a long time. This place needs a lot of coordination and better food for sure.

This bi-level restaurant was a perfect place for my friends to do a Friendsgiving. We had a large party and sat downstairs conveniently where the DJ was playing great music for all. They lost a star for the customer service in the end . The food was delicious and filling and DJ was really good. Huge portions, seasoned-to-perfection bites, and endless drinks for $49 (thanks to Pulsd)! brought the perfect mix of great food, drinks, and vibes! The wings were finger-licking good, the salmon burger was seasoned to perfection, and that Savoi tower? Definitely big enough to share with three! They also have daily specials so go check them out. Came for brunch, from the IG and yelp reviews I couldn't get much info on the vibe of the place but I recommended it to my friend anyway just to try it. The hostess was welcoming and pleasant. The decor on the ground floor is cute; downstairs as well. The seating flow downstairs for the booths should be like upstairs to eliminate seating issues; the two female servers made a big deal. Both floors have a bar, but downstairs is smaller. Justin is the bartender downstairs he was very nice and pleasant; as was our server, he was attentive I didn't get his name. Service was lacking but not too bad. Food came out cold, we had the breakfast tower on a pulsd, and it was ok. (I was expecting the tower from the pics 2 years ago because the presentation looked good). Tower came with fruit and yogurt two fried eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, and french toast. I asked for red velvet but i don't think I got It. (My friend attacked it before i could take a proper pic). The rum punch was good, but a little too sweet and red sangria was good as well. Both were strong. The vibe was good, The dj was on point. There's no dj on the ground floor i guess because, it's a quite neighborhood. I asked him for Afro Beats he didn't play any but music was good. I would recommend it. I definitely return to try out the menu.

I wanted to like this place because the decor is very pretty however, the service was terrible. It was so bad that I don't even know who is our waiter. We were seated and we didn't get serve for 30 minutes. It might due to short staff or a busy night but no service. We had to grab someone to get our order. The food was alright, nothing to hoot about. For upcoming restaurants, don't promote on social media if you cannot accommodate the crowds. One and done.

We stopped by Savoi around 4pm because the outside decor looked really inviting--very cute and stylish. Unfortunately, that was the highlight of our visit. There was only one server working when we arrived, and no one greeted us, so we had to seat ourselves. Once we sat down, we noticed the floor under our table was dirty, with a used plastic cup and straw just sitting there. A fly kept buzzing around our table, which got so annoying we decided to move--but the new table was super wobbly. We ended up having to stuff napkins under it just to keep it from rocking. I ordered the strawberry lemonade, and it honestly tasted sour and kind of dirty, like it had been sitting out too long. To make matters worse, someone from the bar came over three separate times asking if we wanted hookah--even after we said no the first time. It felt intrusive and pushy. Oh, and my friend found something floating in her water. Really disappointing overall. With better service and cleanliness, this place could be great, but as it stands, I wouldn't go back anytime soon.

Here in Williamsburg to celebrate my friend Jessica's birthday. This place isn't very big but it's loud and the food is good .Our server was a cute girl I just can't remember her name. She did her best to assist us with everything we needed. Lobster Benedict was excellent along with the taco appetizer. The margarita pitchers were .

My friends and I went for brunch on a Saturday and had a time! We ordered the calamari and beef & cheese empanadas. The calamari was just ok - a little tough for my liking, but the empanadas were perfect. I ordered the steak & eggs for my main. I asked that the steak be medium-well; it came out well done, but was still pretty tender and flavorful. Now to the main event: the bottomless drinks. They offer bottomless mimosas, rum punch, and margs. I expected a carafe that would be refilled during the course of our brunch - nope. They brought out pitchers for each of us. I expected them to be watered down given the amount, wrong again! Full strength. They also had hookah, which I always appreciate. I had a ball and we'll definitely be back.

10/22/23: Based on IG pics really wanted to try. Planned trip to Lowe's of course I asked will food be part of the excursion after. Yes.. bingo let's try. Imagine my disappointment upon arrival and seated was told brunch all day. Now my desire to dine was based on dinner menu and if you're like me you review menu ahead of time and have your heart set on what you will order. Honestly, we were thinking of leaving as nothing was appealing on brunch menu when your belly seeks dinner menu. Food gods were on our side. While waiting for my bonus mom by the bathroom started talking to the chef..how random right. Explained my dilemma, he asked what I wanted told him the Paellla and he stated no problem I can do that just let the wait staff know I spoke to the kitchen. Whaaat.. now that's customer service. Appetizers: Crispy Calamari thinly sliced kind of reminds me of onion rings. Very tasty but what I enjoyed most was they were not over-breaded. Sweet plantain one of the items my belly wanted. Thought it would be a plantain boat but instead it was kind of like a baked plantain pie.. can you say yumm. Mains Paella with shrimp, mussels, chicken and chorizo. It was a healthy portion and I was pleasantly surprised regarding the quantity of shrimp and the size. Very flavorful, was a bit salty for me but otherwise enjoyable. Skirt Steak. My friend enjoyed. I'm not a steak eater but I did sample and it was indeed tender and flavorful. Drinks El Matador equally yummy sweet yet tart. Great combo. Staff attentive and friendly . Wasn't crowded as I think we arrived around the tail end of brunch. Decor cozy and cute. I believe there's a downstairs but didn't venture, at times my knees are not my friend. All in all cute neighborhood joint to grab drinks, food and if in season catch the game. Bonus: They are on seated so of course we receive seated dollars on our bill. I saw a nice new restaurant on Instagram and just had to try it. Even being on the waiting list was not a turned off, but when we got in and sat at a middle table in between the bar and other tables getting knocked around and having to constantly move, I was very irritated. I think my friend and I were the only people eating a full meal. I'm not a smoker so I did not like the hookah smoke while I was eating. The hostess was not accommodating, even when another table became available so that we can comfortably eat our food. This location to a crowd that is either pregaming or looking for after hours; food is not there money maker. The food that we ordered was tasty. Every course came at the same time which was cumbersome at the already small table. I probably wouldn't go back, especially at night maybe in the afternoon as we went on a Tuesday and it was packed! I serve it was pleasant, but forgetful because they were making sure the shots were coming for other table as we were focusing on our food. There is a prefix menu that is cute that has some items that aren't on the regular menu. The decorations are pretty inside, but this is not my crowd. Be wary of the "Instagramable" places they are not for everyone!

This is very fun spot. Very affordable. I went during brunch for a fun vibey spot. Everyone was dressed sexy. I also went after work and the vibe was chill. I liked the brunch better.

Christina S.

This place is amazing! On Tuesdays, from 2pm-8pm, they offer $2 shots, $2 tacos, $2 Hookah & 2 for $10 margaritas! Best happy hour in Williamsburg!

FYI, their calamari is different from Mediterranean. Service was great! It was my first time to Ecuadorian restaurant. The server was very kind to explain everything and made a great recommendation. Notes- Most dishes are a bit more, so see the photos, but not by much…read more I have been to this Ecuadorian restaurant twice at this point, though last time was long enough ago that even with my usual vast food memory, I barely remember what we ordered outside of it all tasting good. The most recent time was a few days ago, and it was excellent. The staff is nice, and the portions are generous for the price point, with two of us taking home leftovers out of the four people dining. To drink, three of us had shakes, or rather batidos, with the prices being $7 en agua or $8 en leche. I went with Lulo, which is listed as Solanum online, but really refers to naranjilla. As per the name, it means a little orange, but it is closer in flavor to a mix between pineapple and lime. Others had Maracuyá/passion fruit and Guanábana/soursop, and everyone enjoyed their drinks. They gave us some chulpi/corn nuts on the table, along with some aji verde, a lightly spicy green sauce which went with some of our heavier appetizers. Our heavier appetizer was two orders of the Bolón Mixto for $10. Bolon refers to a green plantain ball, and they offer the traditional cheese version along with chicharron, or with camarones/shrimp. The mixto combines the cheese and pork, and it was delicious, but very filling. One was more than enough, but we still enjoyed it, with the aji verde helping to reduce the overall richness. There was also the $6.50 Yapingachos/Llapingacho, or pan-fried potato cakes. These came two to an order and came topped with an onion and tomato salsa, along with some lettuce below. The potato cakes were a lot lighter by comparison to our other appetizer, but still flavorful. I would recommend them, as with other people who go here. Our smaller main dish was the Ceviche de Pescado for $17.00, or fish cocktail served either with rice or, as our choice, chifles or fried plantain chips. This was also available as a mixto, but I didn't order it as I have a pulpo allergy. There was a large amount of fresh fish inside for the price, making it very worth it. As with most ceviches, there was some sourness from the lime along with some fresh chopped herbs, onions, and tomatoes. It lacked a bit of heat I usually prefer, but I still liked it, and the whole thing was devoured quickly. Our other main dishes were all $19. My favorite of the bunch was the Seco de Chivo, with goat stew slowly cooked in home-made sofrito and beer, served with yellow rice, sliced avocado, and sweet plantain. The goat was cooked down until it was extremely tender, but still had a bit of chew, and there was a good amount of meat, even with the amount of bones in there. The broth was savory and mildly sweet, being warming, comforting, and perfect on top of the rice. This was excellent. For most of the other group, their favorite was the Chaulafan, a mix of stir-fried rice with chicken, beef, shrimp, egg, and veggies served with sweet plantain and avocado. The rice had a nice texture with some lightly crispy portions and was mildly salty. The meat inside was mostly very tender, regardless of what meat it was. This was excellent as well. The remaining dish was the Sango de Camarones, listed as a tropical dish and a purée of green plantains, slowly cooked in peanut sauce and shrimp, and topped with citrus red onions served with yellow rice and sliced avocado. The dish had a unique, almost gruel-like texture, which was a bit off-putting to some, but others like myself liked it. The shrimp inside was tender, and the dish felt a bit richer than the other mains. This was probably our least favorite main, but it was still good. We were quite full, but got some $7 Flan for dessert, which is in-house made. It wasn't overly sweet, which is my preference, and the texture was semi-soft. It was a good version, and the portion was large for the price. We liked this as well. Not many complaints here. Friendly service and good, reasonably priced food.

I walked onto this small storefront where they had a squeeze rubber chicken hanging upside down to grab their attention inside (which I thought was funny & ingenious). And it really did work - from personal experience. The staff member came straight away. And I got to ordering my food. I decided to order the BEEF & CHICKEN SALTENAS. The saltenas really are empanadas x soup dumplings collab. It's like they put a hearty stew inside an empanadas looking incasing. It was mostly savory, but had a slight sweet kick. The exterior is well made & crispy. The shell is quite thick that the soup doesn't really soak through and really does hold the soup inside really well. All considering, I only got a few drops of the soup coming out when I ate it for the first time. I also added the green sauce inside and it really did deliver a spicy kick. Overall, I like both options. But I do prefer the beef if I had to choose one to buy. If you don't feel like braving the cold and waiting outside in the cold like I did, I suggest you order ahead.

Unfortunately I'm having to recant my previous 5-star review as I've had TWO bad experiences since…read moreoriginally publishing my review.... The first incident was 3.5 months ago when I ordered food to-go and requested extra Salsa Criolla sauce for my jackfruit sandwich....but got home and discovered NO salsa criolla sauce was given to me at all. This was extremely upsetting as this sauce COMES WITH the sandwich. Without it, it's very dry and not as tasty. Today I decided to give them another chance and ordered via Uber Eats. I included a note on my order, "SALSA CRIOLLA - plz don't forget". The food arrived 15+ minutes after the delivery window (which it's exactly their fault as it's a third party delivery service), however I was dumbfounded when once again I discovered NO salsa criolla sauce in my bag. WHAT IS GOING ON HERE?! It's absolutely ridiculous that they completely left out something that COMES WITH my sandwich a second time, especially since I wrote an extra note about it. My receipt shows the phrase "salsa criolla" twice (see my photo), meaning there is no excuse for them to have forgotten it this time. This is so unfortunate, because I truly do love their food! However I can no longer trust them. Note to management: train your staff to double-check orders before sending them out. Your receipts literally list out every single component needed for an order to be complete, so there is absolutely no excuse for incomplete orders to keep being sent out like this.
