They should have replaced the whole section of flooring. The cut they made, which made it worse, caused more things to catch on it and looked worse than awful. Horrible pride of workmanship. Horrible. Never, never use these people. They are either clueless or do not care. Either way, never, never use them.

The shop Ray did is cracking and peeling after less than 2 years. It took about 4 months to get Ray out to repair it, to which he said "no problem" . I showed him where the epoxy is cracked and peeling, and also showed him how the clear he used completely yellowed and he said he would make it right. He spent a total of about 45 minutes trying to patch it and it looks worse. Plus 3 days later and the clear is still tacky. I'm guessing he for got to add the hardener.

Terrible dishonest company…read more I hired Delia's company Danny's Hardwood Flooring, to install new hardwood floors. The installation was a terrible with chipped boards and wide gaps between planks. I have several main areas that have squeaks in the floor. I saw Delia personally tried to hide the poor installation with wood filler, which made the areas worse During the installation process my drywall, pantry support shelving and furniture was damaged. There was no dust containment system and my entire condo was covered with a layer of sawdust, including my clothes in my closets. I have many photos and videos of the damage her company has caused. When I spoke with Delia she agreed the flooring was unacceptable and needed to be removed with total replacement. Delia agreed to refund my money the next business day. Two days later she stopped responding and provided no refund or further explanation Delia stated she provided her insurance information to my condo association which was required but I later discovered she did not and her company is not licensed. I have filed a complaint with the state attorney consumer protection agency so others aren't taken advantage of by this unprofessional, dishonest company and owner.
