My wife and I have been coming to Freedom Automotive for a few years. The staff are consistently friendly, always greeting you with a smile. They are helpful, always wanting to ensure you walk away satisfied. And they are knowledgeable, able to answer any question posed to them. Recently I was purchasing a used vehicle on the other side of Houston. Naturally I wanted Freedom to inspect before the purchase. But the dealership wouldn't allow the car to be transported. So, I called Freedom and the owner, Sunny, answered and said he would perform the PPI. This was all last minute. Another time, I was stranded due to a vehicular issue. After talking to Sunny he went way out of his way to drive to where I was to inspect and resolve the situation. That is how dedicated and how much he cares about his customers. I can't recommend any other place above Freedom Automotive

It isn't the cleanest shop but it's the clean ones I worry about - I feel that is what we are paying for, to have a nice clean place. I had a part in my car go out and another place in the area quoted me at $175 parts/labor. I was able to go to a car parts store and get the part that they were charging me $75 for around $30 then it took him less than 10 min. Instead of the $100 in labor it was going to be he charged me $8. I stopped by his shop the other day to look at my convertible top that is starting to separate from the back glass and leak when it rains.
