I had a very disappointing experience with one of the pharmacists over the phone. I called to check…read moreif my prescription was ready, and instead of receiving help, I was met with rudeness and attitude from the start. The pharmacist initially scolded me for something my doctor supposedly didn't send--only to realize she was looking at the wrong prescription. When I asked about a different medication, she noticed I was paying out of pocket and told me I should have informed them. I explained I had done so last month, but she rudely replied, "They're not going to remember what you told them last month." When I asked how I was supposed to make sure they knew, she ignored my question and just told me to come get it tomorrow--with more attitude. She also made several unprofessional comments about my doctor and lectured me about checking my bottle for refills, as if I wasn't already doing my part by calling to confirm. The entire conversation felt condescending and dismissive. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable, especially in healthcare. I've never been treated so poorly by a pharmacist, and I'll be switching to another pharmacy. Patients deserve respect and professionalism, not to be talked down to when trying to manage their health.

The minute I said I had a return, the girl said "you can't return it here because you did not purchase it here", yet on the receipt, It says you can return at any nationwide location. then she said she can't return the item because it's not in the box, the item never had a box. then she said she needed to have a scan bar to return it, and I showed her that it has a scan bar. And then she said she can't return it because it's over 30 days. on the receipt if you haven't got a receipt, you can return it for the lowest price within the 30 days so how about if I just throw the receipt away? Now what? I'll be back

However it was a problem, bcuz he is not part of the insurance plan after confirming i was little surprised my bill was $466 for my prescriptions. So I had to make a hard decision to go to Costco where my copays are 0.. so I went into pick up 2 last prescriptions I was told by Marcelo that if Costco won't fill i can't CAN NOT return to MedEx.that's horrible! If my stuff was covered i wouldn't be doing this. I've brought soooooo much money an business to Emad only to be treated horrible when I left.!!​ Emad said he would have no problem with my new insurance..before I left Marcelo said he wouldn't transfer on Monday although Costco called an faxed friday Jan 23 Costco did request for my transfer yet MedEx said they never received anything . I wish there was a map at the front of the store so I didn't have to walk around so much, especially, because my mom walks slow. We were able to find certain items that are not easy to find in the Bay Area. The workers were all pretty nice and respectful. The other customers were also polite. I appreciated that the drivers waved us on to walk, whereas in the Bay Area I've had cursing matches with drivers. Got to yell "I'm walkin' 'ere!" And a lot of flavorful words for lame drivers I'm 80% sure cheated on their driving test or paid someone to do it for them. I had no issue with people in the store and everyone was pretty polite. No one hit me with their cart or purposefully cut me off or physically try to intimidate me. And the store was clean. There were some items that looked like they had been opened, some items looked dirty. Other items didn't have prices (because they were hanging but there was no price tag on the rack) and a lot of things were placed on the wrong rack. So minus one star for that. This location is also conveniently located by the highway, our hotel, and some restaurants. And if you can't find what you need, there's always Target across the street.

I am handicapped; I have neuropathy pain in my feet and the severity comes and goes. I can hardly walk today I'm in so much pain. I pulled up in front of the sliding metal doors to the nursery to ask the guy sitting right at the door if they had Clematis vines. I was parked 6' away from him with my hazard lights blinking. I smiled and said hi and I asked him through my car window if they had Clematis vines. He was cold and unfriendly and works in the garden department but he didn't know what Clematis was and instead of opening his phone and looking it up, he said "what's that?" I explained and then he pulled out his phone and he asked me to spell it for him and I did, and then he showed me a picture and he said "is this it?" and I said "yes" Then he said "okay, it says we have one". I said "I need three, so all you have is one?" "No, (he said impatiently) no, it says we have 10." I said "okay, thank you, but you said you had one". Then I said "I need three, and I'm handicapped and there are no handicapped carts on this side of store. So will you please walk in and get three for me, and you put them in my car for me?" He said "No I can't. I can't leave my post here." I said "okay I understand, will you please call customer service and ask them if they can send someone to come and help me?" He said "No, I can't do that." I asked an older couple walking into that door if they would look to see where they are for me, and they couldn't find them. When they asked him where they were, he pointed to a stand with pack of seeds in it. They told him I wanted the plants. He said "well all we have seeds." OH MY GOD, ALL OF THAT FOR NOTHING!

Two of the pharmacists who I've had conferences with have been very helpful, but no one working there is friendly. There used to be a beautiful young Hispanic woman there who was very friendly, but I haven't seen her the last several times I've been there so maybe she doesn't work there anymore. I certainly wouldn't want to work there in that atmosphere. They don't smile at you, they don't greet you, they don't make eye contact when they're talking to you, and their tone is rushed and impatient. I don't know how the rest of you feel, but that can ruin my entire day when someone just makes me feel completely invisible. I'm going to switch to one of the other CVS pharmacies and see if I'm treated any better there.

My doctor prescribed me a 90 day supply of a prescription that Jennifer deemed should only be suspended 30 days at a time. some how she believes a DOCTOR's order should be overridden based on her own opinions. i was shocked she somehow thought she should overrule my doctor! a 90 day prescriptions saves me money and is helpful when out of town. She didn't care and again she somehow wanted to control what my doctor prescribed!! what??
