This place never seems to amaze me. I can't believe Lemoore does not have a better pharmacy with faster service and friendlier customer service. It has already happened in the past where I have waited on the phone for over 45 mins. Today I waited on the phone for over an hour and when it was my turn they hung up on me. I can't believe that this place hasn't figured it out yet, so many years with the same slow service. You would think that with RiteAid closing they would have one person for the drive-thu and one for customers inside but they don't. This place doesn't even deserve one star read more

Terrible, absolutely terrible. Was on hold for an hour just to ask if my medication was ready and for them to tell me it's been ready for 2 days. THEN WHY HAVEN'T I BEEN TOLD?! I'm on my second day trying to reach Walgreen's pharmacy on the phone. Yesterday I was on hold for 35 minutes before I was hung up on. Today it has been 17 minutes. It's has 'switched over' a couple times, but just rings and rings and rings. And I'm trying to left them know they have given me the WRONG MEDS!! If there is any way to avoid Walgreen's, do so. OK, they just cut me off at 20 minutes. I am going to have to make a trip there just to get them to FIX THEIR MISTAKE. I am also going to have to find an other pharmacy. THE WORST!! Since the closing of Rite Aid the influx has been heavy on Walgreens. Some grace is necessary but WOW. You're regularly on hold for hours (not exaggerating), some calls never get picked up, in line for 30-45 minutes. Orders get mysteriously cancelled, they tell you that orders are ready having not ran the insurance, and everything is a come back or call back issue. Meaning being on hold or back in line forever again. Go anywhere else. The people are nice though, when you do get to finally interact with someone. Bad experience! I called the Walgreens pharmacy during open hours just to cancel an order. My reason to cancel is my medication was being worked on for a week and half till today not ready. A gentlemen answered put me on hold I was on hold for an hour. I finally decided to drive to Walgreens while still on hold. To show up with the pharmacy being closed I was on hold prior to the pharmacy closing. The gentlemen knowing they were closing could have just informed me of them not taking calls or not answered. I've been trying to get my medicine for a week. I have waited in line for over an hour everyday and had to leave because of it. This is the horrible. Cars are lined up and no one ever moves. The parking lot is full too so you can get out and get your medicine inside. read more

Usually very good but their hours of operation is wrong. Saturday they close at 5pm not 10pm. Sunday they open at 10am and close at 6pm.

Update: in the past year I have to make an update: the drive thru is not even as slow as answering their phones. I'm never ever ever on hold less than 30 minutes to talk to someone. Almost always between 40-55 minutes which is just unreal! 2 callers ahead of me today for 36 minutes...finally after a year I'm moving it all to RiteAid, they answer my calls within 5 minutes and it's so refreshing! I am a physician locally. I just attempted to return a phone call from the pharmacist who did not leave his name. I sat on hold for over 42 minutes on 2 different phone lines trying to get ahold of them and they still did not answer. I will recommend my patients go elsewhere. Walgreens needs to hire more staff if they cannot provide good service for our patients. read more

The pharmacy seems to have completely lost any interest in customer service! I was on hold for over an hour and a half when I finally hung up and called the store manager, Russell, who promptly got the tech on the phone. That was, as usual m, an exercise in futility. Chris, the pharmacy tech proceeded to inform me that my medication could not be picked up until the 29th even though my doctor had specifically ordered it for the 21st. I was going out of town for the holiday so needed it a bit early. I had already cleared it with my insurance and there was no reason not to fill it. I explained to Chris that both my insurance and my doctor had approved the early fill when he decided to make up a new law that it didn't matter what the doctor wrote, it had to be 30 days! I politely asked to speak to the pharmacist and Chris became irate stating " I'm telling you what the pharmacist told me!" I told him there of course was no such "new law" and finally got to speak to the pharmacist. The pharmacist was perplexed as to why I was upset as he was already filling the med to be released on the 21st!! Why would Chris put me through this? Sadly for this store that is the rule not the exception. Rude, inaccurate and thoughtless treatment! I literally had my last radiation treatment this morning and am looking forward to time with my family for the holiday during a very uncertain time for me health wise. wnt online to schedule 2nd shingles vaccine, didn't have password etc., so called, pressed usual numerous buttons getting to nowhere, finally option to talk to someone, after holding 5 minutes decided it was quicker to walk to store to schedule in person. Upon arrival was PRHIBITED from making an appointment , not then , not in future. Everyone uptight like how dare I think that I could do such a thing in person. I walked home called Hanford and was invited to drop in anytime, no appointment needed. No worries Lemoore Walgreens, I'll transfer my prescriptions and never set foot in your store again. Beware of getting your COVID shot here. I had an appointment scheduled for Friday evening. I had been receiving email updates throughout the week so I knew my appointment was still scheduled. When I arrived for my appointment they told me they were "out" of shots and that I'd have to come back the next day (I live out of town 30 minutes away). Clean, open store, always a plus for a drugstore...I remember days when this chain was just packed to the brim with overflowing aisles and endcaps! The staff is friendly enough, didn't care for the woman who licked her fingers multiple times as she was checking me out, but that was a previous visit that kept me away for months...didn't see her tonight. Will come back, no reason not to, they always have everything I need at decent prices. read more

This is probably the worst pharmacy I have ever gone too. First off, they incorrectly filled my prescription. I noticed this the next morning, and called to complain. I was told they took quantity of their own stock and they apologize and to come in when I could. So I come in that day , and am told they can't fix the problem because they are unsure what to do and only the manager can fix it. So I'm told to come in the following day at 1 pm, I explain that might be kind of hard because of my work schedule, and they tell me the manager will be in at that time. So I move around my schedule, and come in for the pharmacy just to be closed. I called back later that same day complaining, and got responded with rude attitudes that made me feel like I was talking to a 15 year old girl with an attitude problem. I do not recommend this place at all, they have no proffesionalism, and don't even fill your prescriptions properly which is a pretty big red flag if you ask me. read more
