However it was a problem, bcuz he is not part of the insurance plan after confirming i was little surprised my bill was $466 for my prescriptions. So I had to make a hard decision to go to Costco where my copays are 0.. so I went into pick up 2 last prescriptions I was told by Marcelo that if Costco won't fill i can't CAN NOT return to MedEx.that's horrible! If my stuff was covered i wouldn't be doing this. I've brought soooooo much money an business to Emad only to be treated horrible when I left.!! Emad said he would have no problem with my new insurance..before I left Marcelo said he wouldn't transfer on Monday although Costco called an faxed friday Jan 23 Costco did request for my transfer yet MedEx said they never received anything . So now I have to wait about a week to get all my important medications. This is incredible sad .!!

MedEx is always on point with filling and ordering anything that is needed for me and my family. They are so helpful and caring for our needs. Pharmacy Techs and Pharmacists always strive to make sure their patients needs ALWAYS come first. Specially Emad the pharmacist, he trains all his Pharmacy Staff to be knowledgeable and caring about everything thats needed to help have their patients prescriptions filled on time. If anything goes wrong (which is VERY rare!!!!) he will do anything in his power to make it right. I wish more pharmacies would strive to be like them. I want them to know we APPRECIATE, TRUST and VALUE what they do for us everyday! Thank you so MUCH, Family Carrillo

I wish there was a map at the front of the store so I didn't have to walk around so much, especially, because my mom walks slow. We were able to find certain items that are not easy to find in the Bay Area. The workers were all pretty nice and respectful. The other customers were also polite. I appreciated that the drivers waved us on to walk, whereas in the Bay Area I've had cursing matches with drivers. Got to yell "I'm walkin' 'ere!" And a lot of flavorful words for lame drivers I'm 80% sure cheated on their driving test or paid someone to do it for them. I had no issue with people in the store and everyone was pretty polite. No one hit me with their cart or purposefully cut me off or physically try to intimidate me. And the store was clean. There were some items that looked like they had been opened, some items looked dirty. Other items didn't have prices (because they were hanging but there was no price tag on the rack) and a lot of things were placed on the wrong rack. So minus one star for that. This location is also conveniently located by the highway, our hotel, and some restaurants. And if you can't find what you need, there's always Target across the street.

I am handicapped; I have neuropathy pain in my feet and the severity comes and goes. I can hardly walk today I'm in so much pain. I pulled up in front of the sliding metal doors to the nursery to ask the guy sitting right at the door if they had Clematis vines. I was parked 6' away from him with my hazard lights blinking. I smiled and said hi and I asked him through my car window if they had Clematis vines. He was cold and unfriendly and works in the garden department but he didn't know what Clematis was and instead of opening his phone and looking it up, he said "what's that?" I explained and then he pulled out his phone and he asked me to spell it for him and I did, and then he showed me a picture and he said "is this it?" and I said "yes" Then he said "okay, it says we have one". I said "I need three, so all you have is one?" "No, (he said impatiently) no, it says we have 10." I said "okay, thank you, but you said you had one". Then I said "I need three, and I'm handicapped and there are no handicapped carts on this side of store. So will you please walk in and get three for me, and you put them in my car for me?" He said "No I can't. I can't leave my post here." I said "okay I understand, will you please call customer service and ask them if they can send someone to come and help me?" He said "No, I can't do that." I asked an older couple walking into that door if they would look to see where they are for me, and they couldn't find them. When they asked him where they were, he pointed to a stand with pack of seeds in it. They told him I wanted the plants. He said "well all we have seeds." OH MY GOD, ALL OF THAT FOR NOTHING!

The new male pharmacist is good, but the previous one was terrible. They've hired new staff and…read morethey are friendlier and a little more knowledgeable but in general, most have been cold and rude, plus they never get my costs correct even though they have all of my insurance information. When I get there, they tell me something's going to cost $400 or something like that, and then when I press them and ask them if they have checked both my Medicare insurance, and my Blue Shield supplement, plus my discount cards often I only end up owing $10 or $15. And that is time-consuming and frustrating!! I just found a new pharmacy today and transferred all of my prescriptions there and I am so happy to never have to go here again. The only benefit is that they are open later than most independent pharmacies which usually close at five or 6:00 PM.

This has been my experience today …read more I called the pharmacy this afternoon because I've had 103.7 fever , body aches and severe flulike symptoms for about three days . I thought my medication was going to be delivered to my residence in lemoore ca , but something went wrong . The first girl that answered the phone call wasn't rude . She was just confused . She just put me on hold for 15 minutes . She didn't understand how to help me and took off because it was busy . The second girl that answered identified herself as Caspean. I'm not sure if I'm pronouncing her name right or not but she was rude , disinterested in helping a sick customer get their meds and extremely unprofessional. I told her I was going to put her name on yelp and Google because of how horrible she had treated me when I was sick . I'm making good on that . It was miserable but I ended up driving from lemoore to Hanford and I showed up to Walmart pharmacy. I called cooperate on the way and opened up an investigation on what had happened not knowing it was only going to escalate . I felt dizzy . I waited in line . When I explained to the girl helping me with my meds (who actually was nice and professional)my interaction with Caspian , I noticed another girl smirking in the back. She seemed to think my distress was funny . I pointed it out to . She continued to grin . I thought it was Caspian and I think I even asked if she was Caspian the rude woman from the phone , but this other girl identified herself as Melissa and continued to smile . Apparently Caspian had suddenly gone home. This is pretty disgraceful to treat sick customers like this . If I'm being treated like this , I can only imagine how they've treated others . I asked to speak to the store manager and I explained what happened. I walked with him over and showed him the girl Melissa . She aggressively approached us , smirked and opened the door of the pharmacy while smirking and then closed it . Her behavior reminded me of a mental patient that was escalating . Was she trying to fight me or inviting me to a fight in the medication room ? What was the purpose of opening the door and closing it in our faces while smirking . Im a customer and I've gone to this pharmacy a long time . I am also a sick patient with 103.7 temp ? It seemed to be an attempt to intimidate me and a very strange thing to do on the clock handling medication? Should someone that unstable be around medications ? The manager seemed surprised she did that as well . I spend a lot of money in that pharmacy. While protecting my own HIPAA , I will say that one med I purchase once a month the pharmacy makes about 1600 on ? At least that's what one of their techs told me while we were chit chatting last time . This incident is isolated . I've never been treated badly by the staff there before These two girls should be working jobs that require no interaction with the public or anything that involves health and safety . Handling Meds or any job that requires emotional regulation is probably appropriate for them as evidenced by today's interaction. They haven't grown up and conduct themselves in their professional environments like they are on the streets. This isn't a bar fight or a bathroom stall brawl . This is your job . Your job is to help people and assist them with their meds . I can't believe I was treated so poorly . Today my service was a 1 . The pharmacist there heard and saw . He needs to grow a pair . Seriously. He did nothing . Stephanie helped me . She saw I was sick . She had empathy . She could tell I was upset and understood why after I explained my situation. She's the only reason that I'll give a 1. Today to Walmart pharmacy belly flopped . Get rid of staff who conduct themselves like those two girls and go back to the good service you guys had before with employees like Stephanie .

I would have to call my doctors office to have them resend it. I did this, but then received a message from the pharmacy saying that the prescription could not be filled until the 30th because it was counting as a refill, not a reroute. So I called the pharmacy themselves, and spoke to a pleasant young lady who informed me that Julian was mistaken, and he could have switched it over from the very beginning. An hours worth of phone calls back-and-forth between my doctors office and the pharmacy, all for something that he could have done in the first place. When I returned to pick up my prescription, Jillian was again working the drive through window. This time, he was busy purchasing a Gatorade at the pharmacy's checkout counter, and having a conversation with the cashier. He motioned his finger up for me to wait for him, which I did, for approximately three minutes while he finished his conversation and purchase., I let Julian know what had transpired and let him know that in the future, he's able to take care of that himself and not cause such a hassle for his customers. He curtly replied."ok" and promptly turned his back on the window, got my medications and told me to sign the slip so I could be on my way. I had an irritated tone to my voice, but was extremely respectful in the way I delivered my message. An apology would've gone a very long way in the situation instead of an abrupt OK and sending me out the door.
