We called a couple of towing services, I even tried AAA and they were non-responsive. I called Johnny at KB. He looked the situation over and towed us from Tracy to Walnut Creek. This was late at night and we were just happy to be home He took extra time to make sure he didn't scratch the bottom of the car or any parts of the car. I drive a Porsche so I was concerned about that and he was very good about that. My wife and I and Johnny had a great conversation all the way back to Walnut Creek where he unloaded our car I hope they never need a towing service again in Tracy, but if I do, I will absolutely call Johnny at KB.

Tuan and BD Towing: Angels in Disguise…read more I can't say enough about the incredible service I received from BD Towing, and especially their driver, Tuan. I found myself in a terrifying situation, stranded in the Caldecott Tunnel during rush hour with a dead car and a wife who was about to become a widow (just kidding, honey!). Car is fine but I ran out of gas *i am an idiot. After calling multiple towing places and 911 but no one showed up, the situation was getting dire. As if by magic, Tuan appeared like a knight in shining armor. Not only did he rescue us from a dire situation, but he went above and beyond by driving us to a gas station and charging us half the price of other quotes. Tuan is a true hero and a shining example of humanity at its best. BD Towing should be incredibly proud to have such a compassionate and skilled employee. I asked if we could speak with the GM and she said he's not available. I took one of the cards and asked when Gary would be available to speak. She said the new GM, Sam isn't available and he won't be back until tomorrow (so another day of $115 added to the bill). I asked if she could write Sam's number on the card so I can call him and she wrote the office number where she was at! She was trying to be sly. I called the number and she answered. I wish you the best of luck if you ever have to deal with that thing or this place. She's definitely a pit bull.
