He was very good with laying down expectations of what could and could not be done to restore the cars (which he exceeded, but we will come to that later). The newer Highlander had scratches and artwork from sidewalk chalk all over with significant damage. Mike worked his magic and restored it in a day (and was even gracious about me nervously checking up on his progress through the day). The car came back looking shiny and bright with no signs of the vandalism it had endured. 10/10. The second car was an old black sedan and while I didn't have much hope for it, Mike managed to get the chalk scratches out from that one as well. He also cleaned the headlights (which was a nice bonus and not part of the job). He was very professional throughout the process and gave me a good price for both the cars. I hope my cars are never vandalized like that again but atleast I know who I would go to now if they ever are!

I scheduled an appointment to bring my RV in at 10:00 a.m. When I arrived, there was no one present. I returned at 10:20 a.m., and an employee had just arrived. He had no knowledge of my appointment or the purpose of my visit. I left a parts brochure for the individual responsible for ordering parts, along with my name and phone number, and was told I would receive a call. I never received any follow-up. Two days later, I returned to retrieve my brochure. At that time, nothing had been done and no one was able to provide any information or assistance. The facility itself is extremely unprofessional. The yard was full of mud, and the office and parts department were located in a dirty trailer. During a previous visit, employees tracked mud into my RV and made no effort to clean it. Overall, this location appears disorganized and poorly managed. There was no communication, no accountability, and no respect for my time or property. Someone had gone through all the drawers and cabinets and stolen a Harman Kardan sound. Bluetooth Speaker It was a gift that I could not afford to buy myself. I'm a newbie to camping and did not realize you have to completely empty your camper before you take it to somebody. Do yourself a favor and take your vehicle somewhere else.

Heard about this shop through an acquaintance in a Facebook car group I'm a part of. The way that…read morethe guy described this shop instantly had me wanting to book service here; it was described as very meticulous, fair, and thorough. That's exactly the kind of service that I like to do when I work on my vehicles myself. I needed to have the brakes flushed on my 2019 Jeep Wrangler. The price that was quoted was less than the dealership wanted, and was very fair. The owner was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to drop me off and pick me up from the local coffee shop, where I was able to work while the service was being done. When we got back to the shop, he showed me the brake test that was performed, as well as showed me some of the other cool vehicles in the shop. I am already in the process of booking a service for another one of my vehicles here, and see no reason for me to look anywhere else in the foreseeable future.

Scam artists! I had…read more$1600 work of work completed in my car. JACOB - the sales advisor or Store manager was the one that went over the work with me. He said "I don't know how this car is breaking. The brakes are at 0%." I told him to do the work that he deemed necessary or was a safety issue but not the brakes because my husband can do the brakes. When we went to pick up my car he told me the timing chain needed to be replaced that day and that would be another $1900! Not thinking my car was not even worth all of that work, I told him no. Fast forward a few days later my husband bought brakes and went to change them. They were at 55% and didn't need to be changed yet. We took the car another mechanic to double check the work that he said was done. The air filter was not changed. I have pictures of that. The brakes didn't need to be changed, I have pictures of that. The timing chain didn't need to be replaced, it was a lie. He didn't do an oil change or flush. He simply added oil to the existing black oil. I also paid for new lug nuts for the tires, so he charged me full price for used lug nuts?? my car has not been driven so it's clearly visible that they are used. This car takes my kids to school everyday and I was so worried about safety issues. So for them to lie is diabolical. I am disputing all of the work that they said done and I will take them to court if needed! More pictures to come!
