My wife's wedding dress needed cleaning (long story), and she was panicked. When I spoke to Hannah at Best Cleaners, all our concerns started to fade away. She said to come up and see her at the Schenectady location when we landed on Friday. They checked out the dress while we were there, and felt confident they could do a good job. Hannah delivered the dress (and my suit) to us personally on Sunday, and the cleaning was perfect! I never thought a cleaning company could make a real difference in our wedding ceremony, and through that our lives. Hannah proved that it can. I don't think our wedding would have been the same if not for their kindness and quality of service. I don't live in the New York area, but if I did, I would never use anybody but best cleaners. I received a text message Thursday at 11am stating my order was ready for pick up. At 3pm I arrived to find the lights out and doors locked. So I called the Latham location to inquire. The woman who answered was very friendly and very scattered. She actually hung up on me twice and called me back twice, I believe unintentionally. She informed me that the dress could be delivered to my house that evening by 7pm and I agreed. The dress was not delivered Thursday night but instead at 830am Friday morning. Most importantly the lace on the dress and the tie around the neck are intact and the dress looks fabulous. The entire process at this cleaners seems unorganized. The first woman I dealt with during drop off is telling customers that the cleaner is open until 5pm when the clearner actually closes at 3pm. And the website does not have the updated 3pm Clovid 19 closure time.

The laundry is always clean to satisfaction, folded neatly, packaged appropriately, and smells fresh. The front desk staff has exceptional service skills - they always remember my name, inform me when I have credits on my account, and update me with changes. One time I needed my laundry done the same day but I dropped the ball by bringing my laundry over at 5:00pm knowing they close at 9:00pm and they may not be able to squeeze me in. The nice woman at the front desk told me she'd try her best and she did! She was able to get it done and even called me when the load was finished. I can not say more kind things about the staff and team - always helpful!
