I've never had a problem with the dry cleaning service. I haven't used their laundry machines or dryers, but many people do and the ambience is calm and purposeful. I don't hear a lot of complaints about machines not working, nor do I see a lot of signs saying that a machine is out of order.

There is a heavily soiled option on each washer, I didnt use it because I was concerned it might be a more vigorous cycle, which would not have worked for the clothes I had.
