This establishment came highly rated online and has been a local spot since the 1920s. I couldn't have been more impressed and happy to have met Paris who helped me right away get my clothing needs sorted and a pickup date to match. Great to make connections and new networking in our new city and def highly recommend Commodore Cleaners. Will be back 12 out of 10 stars. Now I won't look a mess for this very important job interview and found the best cleaners within a short drive or walk from us.

Very clean, tons of machines and you can use a credit card instead of quarters. The machines are a couple seconds slow to authorize and then credit the washer or dryer so just give it a second if it doesn't seem to be working. Plenty of carts and chairs as well as outlets to charge your phone. I came here on a Saturday afternoon to do an epic amount (six loads) of laundry I had gotten behind on and wanted done fast. I saw only about 3-4 people in the about 1.5 hours it took to do all the laundry and fold it. Most people were chill, although one person was playing music on their phone kind of loud, but it was music I liked (Lady Gaga), so no major complaints. The rest of the time it was quiet. There's an ice cream shop on the corner and a pub down the street.

I usually go to speed queen in Cohoes but they were packed today but at least if I ever need something the owner/worker is ALWAYS available and has UPDATED machinery.. not pleased and yes I know it was only $1.25 but when it's already $5 to do a load that's ABSURD! I also asked them to fix a tear, clean up a stain, and condition my beloved leather bomber jacket. The person I spoke to was very interested in the coat, we chatted a good bit about it, and she assured me it would be well taken care of. A couple hours later, she called and informed me that they'd noticed that an inside panel at the back of the neck was also quite damaged. She wanted to make sure I was aware of this (I was) and assured me that they would do all they could to repair this as well because "I know how much this coat means to you." I didn't think this patch even could be repaired, which I why I hadn't mentioned it--to have it be noticed and addressed with such kindness means a lot to me. Professional, friendly, thorough, and kind. I'm looking forward to working with this business for a long time.

When I took the suit out of the dry cleaner bag there were all these threads hanging off of the…read morepant cuffs. I cut them off and wore the suit. The next day I took it in to them and they gave me a really hard time. All I wanted was for them to fix the suit to the condition I brought it in. They argued and said they wouldn't re hem the pants. When the auto text came in, they charged me $22 to clean the suit. I also noticed there was a bad iron mark on the sleeve which I didn't even talk about but would never wear the suit in public. The damage was so bad, I can't wear the suit. Just about the worse customer service I've ever had. Really bad dry cleaner.
