I make holiday cheeseballs as gifts and Smart and Final for years has always stocked the large jars at a decent price. Today was no different they had just what we needed. The manager never spoke directly with my husband; instead, she remained in the back with an employee while visibly shaking her head during their conversation. He was ultimately told nothing could be done and that this was simply "natural" for flowers. For a premium-priced arrangement, we expected fresher quality and more respectful customer service. Sadly, this experience did not reflect either.
