Matthew came out for a no-hassle quote and was incredibly honest and straightforward about the work and pricing for three trees in our backyard. Scheduling was super easy, and communication over text for the quote, approval, and appointment was flawless. On the day of the service, the entire crew showed up right on time and got straight to work. They did a phenomenal job pruning a cherry tree that had started hitting our neighbor's house, along with two very large maple trees that were either too close to our house for comfort or had large dead limbs that were becoming a little scary. The crew removed some huge limbs with incredible precision and took great care around our house and yard. They also did an excellent job cleaning up afterward -- not only removing all of the tree debris, but even going around and picking up decorative rocks that had been displaced during the work. That extra attention to detail really stood out. Professional, honest, efficient, and easy to work with from start to finish. We would definitely recommend Matthew and Western Washington Tree Service to friends and neighbors in the area. Thank you, guys!

We reluctantly cut it since it was destroying our fence line with a neighbor and growing too far into their property. The cost was reasonable. I would recommend this team to anyone looking for arborist/tree needs.

Devoted had the best service and price for the job. Matthew, the arborist, stood out amongst the rest. He truly cared for the tree and took time to walk around my backyard to assess further things I should consider. We decided nothing else, but he told me details about every tree I had! Now I know what's in my backyard. We had a huge big leaf maple we had to take care of, and Matthew proposed we keep the tree while cutting down the dead stem. I liked his professionalism, reasoning, and loved that he didn't try to upset me. He was utmost professional and pleasant. Kudos - you sold me on this. The job - after about two months (we had no rush), Austin and his crew came on site with 6 ppl. First worked on my big Douglas Fir, then the Big Leaf Maple. Did their work in a little over 4 hours. Super professional, pleasant, fast, and I can tell they love their jobs! Good team. They left my driveway cleaner than it was before it started (all those pine needles in the cracks they blew out for me). Thanks guys! Photo of their work below. Wood haul for the big branches came next day and they're working on removing the logs as I write this. They're also super friendly and nice. All in all, in the future, I'll be a Devoted Tree Solutions customer. Class service class act and great value. Thank you.

John knew exactly what I was talking about when I wanted to reseed my lawn with "shade-friendly" seed, and made the right recommendation to *not* lay down completely new sod, but instead to rejuvenate the lawn (aerating, thatching to remove moss, roughing up soil to create a better seed-bed, adding fertilizer, adding lime to balance soil PH, reseeding, and top dressing with peat). My lawn has never looked better. John's team also did a full clean-up of my yards. Everything looks great now. Highly recommend John for your landscaping needs.
