Eastside Tree Works

Eastside Tree Works

Five stars, no question. I've lived in this house in Redmond for 25 years and have hired more tree…read morecompanies than I can count to manage the 30+ large trees on my property. Eastside Tree Works is, by a wide margin, the best of all of them. The experience started before they even did any work. The salesman who came out for the estimate showed up with an iPad, walked the entire property with me, took photos and video of each tree, tagged the ones we discussed, and had a detailed estimate ready before he left. He clearly knew what he was talking about and took real time to talk through what would work best for the trees and the house, not just push a generic package. When he found out I was a military veteran, he knocked a nice discount off the price without me even asking. The crew that came to do the work was just as impressive. A full team showed up with a large bucket lift and worked through limbing up several big Douglas firs, doing conifer cleaning, and taking down two medium-sized trees. They moved like a team that's worked together for years, communicated constantly, and checked in with me more than once while they were up in the trees to make sure they were limbing to the height I wanted rather than just guessing. When I mentioned my chainsaw had been giving me trouble, they took the time to fix it on the spot. What really sealed it was the cleanup. After 25 years of tree work at this house, I've never had a crew leave the property looking better than when they found it, but that's exactly what happened here. If you need tree work done in the Redmond/Eastside area, stop looking and call Eastside Tree Works. Professional, knowledgeable, fairly priced, and genuinely good people to have on your property. I would highly recommend them!

They're incredibly meticulous, incredibly knowledgeable each and every one of them on the crew. They work as a team. And they know exactly what they are doing. I like how they always go over everything before they start. And they make sure we're all on the same page. We think they're prices are very fair. Also, they're very protective of our home whenever they're here. Putting down plywood so they don't destroy the yard and just making sure everything is cleaned up when they're done. I wish I had more trees for them to trim, but they've helped us in so many ways to shape our yard to look beautiful. We thank the whole team at Eastside Tree Works! They also did our neighbors trees the other day and can't even begin to tell you what an awesome job they did. They do people in our neighborhood and are very trusted.

Devin and his team showed up on time, were incredibly friendly, worked fast, and were true professionals. They cut down a 100 ft. Hemlock and a 50 ft. Our first job was a major one: removing a very large tree--well over 100 feet tall--that was leaning toward our home. It was not an easy decision, as we loved that tree, but safety came first. The care, professionalism, and respect MTS showed throughout the process meant everything to us. The work was done safely and expertly, the cleanup was immaculate, and the crew treated the situation with genuine understanding. It was clear right away that this is not just a tree removal company--these are true arborists who deeply understand and respect the trees they work with. Years later, when our landscape needed attention again, MTS was the obvious choice. We had overgrown laurels we couldn't safely trim ourselves, neighboring trees contributing constant pine needles to our gutters, and several shrubs that needed proper pruning and reshaping. MTS sent an arborist to walk the property with us, listen carefully, explain our options, and help us prioritize the work within a realistic budget. There was no pressure--just knowledgeable, honest guidance. The crew that completed the work was outstanding: professional, articulate, thoughtful, and incredibly clean. They did all the pruning we discussed, answered our questions, and even offered species-specific advice--explaining how certain pruning choices would improve the long-term health and appearance of our plants rather than harm them. We plan to use MTS Tree and Landscape every couple of years for ongoing pruning and for all future tree and landscape needs. It is rare to find a company this skilled, respectful, and genuinely invested in their clients' property. We cannot recommend them highly enough.
