We order take out from here every other week and there has been a noticeable and dramatic shift in the service in the past few months. Last weekend we went in for our usual take out order and it was the second time in a row, and third in four where an item was totally missing. The server forgot butter with the rolls & the parm and red pepper as well, which isn't the end of the world but again just a change in how things used to be. It's now our fault and responsibility to check that we received what we ordered. But the thing I can't shake is I went to order two cannoli's and I was starring at the menu for $3 each, and they rang up for $4. I pointed this out to the hostess and she said "yeah, I don't know why it says $3. They're $4. Do you still want them?" Just like that. It was such a strange "I don't care" response. I hate to sound like an old person yelling at the clouds but we come here consistently FOR THE CONSISTENCY, Sauce is one of the few food apps I actually have and use and we always tip. Just an overall weird experience and bad vibes. Food missing and meh attitude. It's just not what we've come to expect and now I guess we have to. read more

First time at this location. Came in on Labor Day. They had a good special. &9 cheese or $12 specialty pizza. We ordered the sausage and caramelized onion . Also the chicken and apple salad and the bruschetta. Everything delicious. My only " complaint" would be that the pizza came out first..... long before the salad and Bruschetta. Sauce never ceases to amaze me. their pizza is seriously so good. Obviously i think it's the sauce but it's genuinely so good and the crust as well which just complement each other so well. The salad isn't 5/5 but it is pretty solid. The service is always good and quick and it seems like the employees are usually enjoying themselves which always adds. I've only ate in store once and it was outside with the sun setting which made the ambiance sweet. highly recommended get u some sauce pizza and you'll never look back. read more

First time coming to this location and the moment we walked in, we were greeted with smiles, checked in on twice and were quick with getting our orders. The environment even felt more welcoming. Holy Mac and cheese! I was really in the mood for good old fashion comfort food after a few stressful days......well my go to comfort food is the grilled cheese panini with cheddar, mozzarella and havarti! Tasty and toasted perfectly! Okay let's talk about the star of the meal the Mac and Cheese! For less than 2 dollars I added mushrooms expecting a couple slices here and there but whoa it was filled with mushrooms! Best $2 dollar add on I have ever had! I decided to try out their wild mushroom pizza (their pizzas are 12 inches), mac n cheese, and a triple chocolate chunk cookie. First off, it's important to know that the price for their cookie on their online menu was incorrect. This company should double check their menu items to ensure that the correct information is displayed. Although the food was of above average quality, they forgot to include a piece of bread that is supposed to come with all pasta orders. I would say that the argula was the best part of my pizza. I think it's either odd (or a flat out mistake) that argula is not one of the toppings you can choose in their online portal. The quantity of food is also not as much as you would get at any other pizza chain unfortunately. The total cost of my order was $27.15. read more

The pizza was burnt, lacked any real flavor. Garlic knots doughy and small as if they had forgotten to let them rise. The salad was nothing but a bunch of arugula's and a couple of croutons, and the panini was more bread and lettuce than meat. This was 50 bucks down the drain. To top it off, when you order online the ordering system automatically adds a 20% tip with the option of more. My friends and I come here often and always enjoy our time and there's such a variety of things we can get that we are never bored!!! First, I love their salads! My favorite is the roasted vegetable and my second favorite is the quinoa and roasted beet salad! Always fresh and have plenty of toppings so you forget you're eating a salad! They also always serve it with a warm roll and butter!!! Also, they have passport iced tea which is my absolute favorite and is probably a large reason why we return so often! I wasn't overly impressed with the lack of lunch meal options. The prices were the same no matter what time of day you arrive-- so I paid dinner prices at lunchtime. I prefer to get a deal when hitting up a place around noon. I think it would be great to order a 1/2 order of pasta/salad or something like that. The pizza was fine. I wasn't given an option for hand-tossed or thin crust. It just defaulted to thin crust (which I like, but would've liked if they asked). I paid about $10, but the 10% off check-in on Yelp helped. read more

I have been really impressed with all of the other Fox Restaurant Concepts, so I was excited to finally try Sauce and see if it was on par with the others. It's not on the menu, but here's a little secret a friend shared: You can create your own half and half lunch combo! I ordered a half salad and bowl of soup which was perfect! The Tuscan Tomato Soup was warm, full of flavor and perfect for dipping the complimentary warm bread roll. The Golden Beet Salad with Quinoa, pistachios, avocado, goat cheese and other amazing goodness was in a word DELICIOUS! Seriously, if you like beets - you have to try this salad! You can thank me later ;) The service here was great. Staff were friendly - even came over to ask how our hike was and about my friend's FitBit fitness band.
