I had the skin glo facial with Genevieve today and it was such an amazing and relaxing experience! I hadn't treated myself to a facial in almost 6 years and I will definitely return! I was greeted by a super friendly woman, and enjoyed a yummy mimosa while I waited (not long at all!) They have a membership and packages available, but they were NOT pushy at all for anything or their products which I SO greatly appreciated! I will say that their pricing is a lot more fair in my opinion if you do go with a package, so I will most likely sign up to save the $! I can't wait to return!! I also found them on groupon! read more

My mom and I both booked facials with dermaplane. I've been wanting to check this place out for a long time since it's so close to me. Finally did, and so pleased with the services! My mom had Michelle and absolutely enjoyed her time with her and said she will go back again to see Michelle. I had Annie and she was amazing. She talked when appropriate and was quiet when I needed to relax, she could sense how the facial needed to go and it flowed well. She did a fantastic job with extractions and her shoulder massage during my enzyme treatment was fantastic! She isn't a massage therapist but I wouldn't have known! I will absolutely go back to have Annie take care of my face again. Skin Glo sells many facial products including my personal favorite, Skin Script. Nice to know I can pop in there when I need more product. The business is clean and cute and the prices are competitive with other local day spas. We will definitely be coming back. read more

I have seen Olena twice for massages. Some of my family has also seen her and referred me. I am so thankful. She is the best! Leanne Ireland, simply amazing! I had the Customized 90 minute Massage... The best massage I have ever had. She focused on trouble spots I have had issues with since I was a kid.... Like I said amazing! I walked out feeling like a new man! I will definitely be going back! Roger H. Correction: Michelle, thanks for the correction, My apologies to Olena Barnes, my massage therapist. Thanks again for a great massage! read more

Received a Groupon for my birthday for a 60 minute massage with Olena. Easily the best massage I've ever had. I also interacted with other employees there and observed them with other customers. They were helpful and polite. I look forward to seeing Olena again and I intend to try other services. read more

Michelle you are not peaking correctly. I always said Charlene. I never mistook the two. I sincerely wanted to be your client. Thora is amazing as was everyone until you. Yes I am disabled. On a tight income. According to your snide comment I guess I don't deserve your quality work if I am concerned about the price point and tried to watch my pennies. Nd by the way it was in mice filled not twice by another artist. Only because she applied liner and some fell out. I'm still shocked and insulted you don't feel my small earnings are worthy of your business. I was going to try another full set and start with facials as I can afford with you because if Thora and Charlene but I'm. It welcome apparently. Good day. read more

I have been getting eyelash extensions (Glamour set) from Shylah F. for almost a year and I truly LOVE them. The extensions are natural looking, they make my eyes look bright, therefore I rarely wear eye shadow and I always receive compliments. Shylah is highly skilled and truly compassionate about her work. I enjoy the time as she provides a comfortable and calming environment. So if you are thinking about getting eyelash extensions I highly recommend Skin Glo and Shylah F. Suzanne read more

Skin GLO is amazing and Genevieve is a rockstar!!! She saved my skin after my former "aesthetician" ruined it. My skin was dry, flaky, dull and broken out. And she was able to give me back hydrated, healthy, clear skin. She also recommended an amazing at home regimen that has kept me looking my best when I can't make it in to see her. And when I do get a real Facial, I always leave her feeling revived and relaxed. Getting a facial with Genevieve is one of my favorite Pick me ups! read more

Most obnoxious experience ever with an eyelash place. I've never had a place victim blame or gas light so much. I go for a first appointment. The lashes fall right off. I text them the next time about it. The owner actually asks the lash girl (Destinee) if she wants to try to make it up. Who does that right? Like it's my fault? She agrees to try again. Does a decent job I guess. I try to book another appointment online. Then I call to see if they have an opening for that day. No biggie right? Do you have an opening? If not, I'll keep my original appointment. No...because they are drama and unprofessional, I get a text from the girl saying they got the wrong lashes and she'll let me know when they come in to see about booking me. Confusing right? Because now I'm not sure if I still have an appointment or not and it's now colsed for the weekend. Meanwhile, my lashes are half gone. I leave a voicemail saying how confused I am because I'm now not sure if I have an appointment or have to wait all week on a text and hope she remembers? So, I get a text from the owner saying my appointment is cancelled and try somewhere else. LOL How professional. I text her saying no worries and that I'll just leave a review. She calls right away to...get this...BLAME ME and say she doesn't know how to make me happy like I am a problem customer. Over a call trying to figure out of I still have an appointment because they are messy and unprofessional and never confirmed my appointment. So, I have to basically listen to her gaslight me and imply I'm some horrible person that she has tried SO HARD to work with. Meanwhile, I've been nothing but nice until I left a voicemail confused about why I would have to wait all week for a text to know if I have an appointment at all. What drama. I can't remember the last time I have been traeted so poorly as a customer. And let me just say that they have been flaky in general, this was just the first time I had brought it up. DO NOT GO HERE! The owner is super weird and slightly crazy and blames customers for their mistakes and their lashes are sub par anways. Like 15 lashes fell out in the 1st 48 hours. They will leave you high and dry when you need them Not reliable, don't do a great job anyways, zero lash retention, and the most horrible customer service ever. read more

Great place! Talented aestheticians! Nearly painless and definitely worth the price!

First I would like to say Dani was so great. But it's a far drive for me and the lashes fell off. You're "supposed to" get a fill every two weeks though lashes take 60-90 days to grow. But my lashes were completely gone by week 2. I had my lashes done previously somewhere else and they stayed on for 2 months so it's not the way I take care of them... get better glue ladies read more

Just had my first visit and I will DEFINITELY be a repeat customer!! Very professional and accommodating, and my aesthetician Lauren was the best! She listened to my needs/concerns and was very attentive. I highly recommend!! read more

The customer service here is top notch, and I was very appreciative that Shylah was able to get me in at the last minute--right before she was to be going out of town for lash removal. The issue is I have always had sensitive skin. I cannot wear jewelry for long periods of time. I even have to take off my wedding ring periodically because the skin around my ring gets irritated. Well, several months back my eye lids got pretty swollen after getting a fill for lashes which I had already been wearing for months without issue. I made a dr. appointment because I thought I had an infection related to wearing contact lenses. No, my doc told me it was just external irritation from either make up or the lash extension glue. I was initially in denial that it could be the lashes (I even threw out a new eyelid primer) because I had already been wearing them for months, but I was kinda hesitant to get more lashes and let them naturally fall off over time with no intent to fill. It must have been wishful thinking because Friday I tried lashes again. They looked perfect, but this time I woke up Saturday with very swollen eyes. Sunday was worse, and Monday I woke up with lots of greenish stuff coming out of my eyes.... yuck! However, most of the swelling was gone.... except the itchiness was driving me nuts. I am pretty certain I will not try lashes again, but I was glad to be able to get the lashes removed so quickly. If you have sensitive skin, you may want to think twice. Either way, I was very appreciative of the good service to help me get healed quickly. Shylah even offered a removal for free, but I paid because I am sure it was not her technique. I just have sensitive skin and should probably know better. :-) read more

Olena Vagaro is one of the best masseuses I've ever known! Great care, attention to my body & always feel wonderful after a session!

I got my eyebrows waxed and did the Skin Care product consultation to address my acne with Genevieve. I made an appointment with her since I saw another Yelp user gave her rave reviews about the skin care. The consult was very informative and Genevieve seems to know her stuff! She recommended a skin care kit for me to try. I thought it was reasonable priced. I've seen other brands online at similar prices. I will be trying out the facial treatments with her. I'm glad she is going to help me figure out what is causing my acne (there are many causes) and what the solution is. Working with a professional is what I need instead doing trial & error with different products. She was great with the eyebrow waxing. I didn't feel any sort of pull or pain at all. I usually feel it a little in the past. Everyone seemed nice and helpful. I definitely recommend them. read more

Today I took my granddaughters to Michelle at Skin Glo Studio for their first facials. The oldest one is nearly 14 and has recently begun to show signs of congestion and clogged pores around her nose and forehead. She received an excellent facial and Michelle provided her with the knowledge she needs to continue to care for her skin properly at home. Michelle was professional and skilled while being nurturing and sensitive to the needs of a young teenager. We will definitely be returning for further treatments. The younger girls, 8 and 10, also received Signature Facials and an introduction to proper skin care. They were pampered and when we left their beautiful little faces glowed with lovely hydrated skin and pretty pink cheeks. They LOVED it! I couldn't recommend Michelle more highly. I'm looking forward to my own appointment with her! read more

Back for a massage with Olena and she's even better than I remember. Definitely allow yourself the 90 minute therapeutic massage, as she will utilize any and all of her skills/certifications to meet your needs. In just one session I had a little hot stone, a little Thai massage, some cupping, and all of it very therapeutic. As a doctor myself, I appreciate results that last well beyond the momentary relaxation and "feel good" effect. I will be referring my own patients to her! read more

Love coming here to see Olena! She always welcomes me with a hug. She definitely knows how to adjust me and take out all the knots that have knitted themselves into my back. She understands all the tensions that can build up in each muscle group and can tell especially when I've been hunched over a computer too often or stressed from school. She uses both hot stones, towels and her hands to really press out and relieve the tense spots. She also teaches me different stretches to do on the daily. Olena is extremely kind, generous and caring! If you're looking for a massage therapist who cares for your health, Skin Glo is the best place for that! Their appointments are also easy and quick to book. read more

I got my first facial at Skin Glo studio! Jenny was my aesthetician and was very patient in explaining every step of the process. She also accommodated my request to remove my additional blackhead. Skin Glo Massage I went in for a 90-minute massage with Olena. I had been putting it off for way to long in the natural grind of things. I lift weights and do cardio as well. Flexibility has never been a strong suit of mine as I'm sure it may not be for many average guys who haven't gone headfirst into the yoga scene or played a lot of sports. I walked in, filled out my information and noted all of my problem areas (at least I thought I did). I'm fairly new to the whole massage thing, but I'm happy to write this review because honestly it was kind of a life changer after I was finished. I'm a high-strung character and I'm equally stiff to boot. During the massage, she found areas that I didn't even think about bringing attention to and focused them well. She took her time to work out all the knots and pain points which were almost too many to count. I knew I had some serious issues to be worked out and she was attentive and evaluative of any sore spots she came across using a variety of techniques include hot stones. I didn't want it to be over; it was just that good. This wasn't just a massage and done. I received advice on a variety of techniques that I could use to keep myself healthy including specific stretch to help attack those pesky target areas that I allowed to go unchecked for way too long. She went above and beyond in her efforts. All in all it was the perfect balanced approach to getting myself on some kind of regular routine for taking care of my muscles, posture and well-being. I couldn't be more thankful. I felt like a different person walking out of there. All the stress that built up was relieved and I have a new found understanding of how to add to my daily routine. I'm definitely going back regularly from now on. I've got work to do But now I am in a much better place to start from. Side note, I also sent my Mom here and she said she felt like a new woman after, so take this as a +1 review. Thanks Skin-Glo! read more

They had to reschedule me twice. I wasn't feeling so great about it...however after having Olena give me the best massage of my life!!! It changed my attitude. She was amazing. Besides the hot stones I loved she wanted to figure out why I was having the problems of soreness. No other masseuse ever talked about that. I would highly recommend giving it a try. Also their communication system regarding spots makes it easy to keep track of everything. read more

Don't go to this "studio"! The studio uses the groupon discounts to get people in the door and then they charge you an astronomical amount for gratuity. It's a mandatory 20% flat fee for gratuity. Last time I checked, gratuity is something that you "CAN" pay for great service, not something that is required. They said the 20% gratuity is off the full price which was not accurate in my case bc the value on my groupon was $90 and the full price they charged me off of was $100. Furthermore, the aesthetician that I scheduled with apparently called in sick. It was not a professional spa studio or a professional experience. It was not a relaxing environment. I could hear her hitting the product stand every time and her stool was exceptionally loud. read more

OMG! What an AMAZING massage I received from Olena today. To get right to the point, she is MASTERFUL! Her use of hot stones, cupping, stretching techniques and massage was extremely effective and relaxing. She shared with me how to do some simple stretching at home.
