I can only review the staff because I only had a very limited amount of services. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I was not able to continue with my package at NO FAULT of the staff. All the staff I have encountered were very professional, courteous, knowledgable, and exceptional. The facility is incredibly tidy and clean. I always felt welcomed and each staff member focused on making me feel comfortable. I want to thank all you beautiful ladies for being so patient with me and my life's circuses. read more

Tried out this spa for my lip filler and let me tell you, I am so impressed! The scheduling process was so easy and my nurse Stephanie was amazing!! she knew exactly what I needed and customized my treatment to my needs.. she is very knowledgeable in her field. Total waste of my hard earned money. I could have paid for a trainer and actually have results. This place is a scam. I paid thousands for some laser Lypo treatments that did absolutely nothing. I actually gained weight. I'm very dissatisfied. read more

Listen up ladies, I paid almost $2000 to this place and didn't get one result. They also told me they gave me 70% off which is a complete scam. They have huge turnover and after 6 treatments and no one left in their staff to do the treatments, their manager Nicole had to do mine (she also had a new hire training during my treatment). That treatment was completely different than the other girls and she admitted to me that they were doing it wrong so a complete waste of time and money. I seen zero results and actually still have 4 treatments left but won't be going back. This establishment needs to be shut down. The other manager who usually just sits at the front desk is rude and always cancels your appointments or demands more money, no type of customer service skills whatsoever. A couple of these girls even said it was a bad environment and were quitting. I hope some of you read this and don't go to this place and get your money taken like several have including me. read more

IF you are using Semaglutide while getting "skin tightening" treatments at Light RX, DO NOT continue. It will NOT work. And you will waste your money. When using the Semaglutide for losing weight, you lose almost all of your skin elasticity. And even though Light RX will tell you that they can tighten your skin with the legacy or soft-wave treatments, it is NOT TRUE. And they will gladly take your money and tell you it will work. I am here to tell you $4000 later, it does NOT. And they do not care about results in the end. Only the money! I'm not just saying this because I am a disgruntled client. I am telling those of you who wanna try it, it DOES NOT WORK. You might see results that same day, but your skin will go back to what it was just a few weeks later. It happened to me. And no one will try and resolve my issue. They are dishonest people who only want your money. Horrible and very upsetting!! I will be filing a lawsuit. It's worth my time and money! Not like this. read more

I am a regular now and all because my best friend referred me to this place and they treated me super awesome! I can honestly say the fat on my flanks is all gone and I can look good in a bathing suit going to Cancun now. I really feel like I have a personal trainer when I go there because the technicians there all take notes and give you lots of pointers on how to better help your treatment. I listened to them and got really great results. I got the laser lipo and later got a hydra facial. I am ready for the beach and I will be looking better than ever. Everything on their menu is very affordable and I am sending everyone I know their way, thanks ladies!!! read more

I'd like to preface this by saying I have no issues whatever with the service I have received. The actual people that have performed the service that I have worked with here have been great. The issue I have is that it is the second time I have been there and have been greeted with a non-masked receptionist. In both instances I have opted to wait outside for my appointment, the second time while it was cold and semi raining. Currently we are number one in the world in a pandemic. Although I'm sure she is extremely proud of her matte red lipstick and it's application, the reaction it garners is only disgust. Your face is not worth anyone dying over it. I take it as an indication that my health and safety is not a priority here, after what I can only see as willfully ignorant, selfish and negligent behavior. It's extremely disappointing that anyone in a customer service position at this time would put their appearance over putting clients in very real danger. I enjoyed the service, but after my Groupon is complete I will look elsewhere for service. If the response is that she cannot wear a mask for "health" reasons, then these health reasons are much too serious to be working with the public in the first place. read more

Wasted my money. I paid 3000.00 to lose a couple of inches off my abdomin. Have done 2 bliss and 8 skin tightening and am now 10 inches larger than I was 3 months ago. Going on vacation looking horrible and feeling worse. Save up and get real Lipo, these things are just gimmicks. read more

The ladies who provided me with the consultation were great. They were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The reason why I am rating this a one star is because they're advertising "Stretch Mark Removal" for as low as $129 and yes, I understand the "as low as" part, but when I asles about that she said thats a complete dofferent procedure that COULD help with stretch marks, but that's not necessary used for that purpose. Therefore they're advertisement is false. Their pricing is $700 for treatment package which includes 3 treatments. Thats about $230/treatment which is a huge difference from whats advertised. Not to mention that when I called yesterday to set up the appt she said they could do an additional 70% off the $129/treatment. I wont even get into that because even I can aknowledge thats a little too good to be true. My time is valuable. I work three jobs and have two kids. Had I known thats what their prices were I would've never went and thats what makes me mad the most. Wasting my time. read more

Extremely unprofessional environment. The director was constantly on her phone.. texting, FaceTiming, etc. and blatantly ignoring clients. As a customer, I hate to spend a lot of money on a service when I feel like the place is not properly ran & the directors exhibit such unprofessional behavior. I will not be returning. read more

Make sure that you read what you sign and don't believe a word they tell you verbally. Tell them to print the contract so that you can read it over before you sign. I was stupid and listened to what they told me the contract said instead of actually reading it, and what they told me was the exact opposite of what was written. They told me that I could cancel the remaining treatments if I did not see any results, but that was not true. They state that it doesn't work for everyone, so if you know it isn't working for you, why would you want to continue with treatments and pay outrageous amounts of money for nothing? Of course you wouldn't. It's crazy that they care so little that they only give you that option. I bought 3 packages. None of the treatments that I bought showed any results three treatments in, and now it's been over 8 weeks since my last treatment, so if it was going to work on me, we would know. I have no benefits at all. In fact I have like a hard lump in my stomach after the first treatment and it's still there! I have already paid for the package so basically I am throwing away the rest of my treatments because I feel it is a complete scam, and there is no way to get me money back. One of the packages I bought was to get rid of spider veins. That doesn't work either. I went to Tera Fe med spa and they did a treatment on my spider veins where they injected something into the vein and they all disappeared in just 1 treatment and that was a lot less expensive then this company's light that they call a laser. Don't waste your money here. I'm seriously planning on calling the attorney general and having them investigated. read more

Great experience! Staff is friendly and professional. Every effort was made to thoroughly explain process, answer all my questions, and generally make me comfortable. The facility is clean, neatly arranged, and easy to locate. read more

The staff is very friendly and professional. However, I am very unhappy with the lack of results my $4000 treatment provided to me. If you are taking Semaglutide or are on a weight loss journey, DO NOT seek treatment here. Their skin tightening services do not work in conjunction with weight loss. Even though it was known I had dropped 40lbs in the exact time I was being provided treatment, no one spoke up about the fact that my treatment was not going to provide any results. Now I am stuck with a $4000 bill and I look the same. I was also sold a $1000 Softwave treatment for my abdomen that did not work either. So today I spoke with the regional manager and she had no resolution for the situation. She was unwilling to remedy this as she should have. During our conversation she stated she knew this treatment would not work for me, so why wouldn't her staff know? I would not recommend spending your HARD EARNED money here. I am stuck paying $4000 for NOTHING. I wasted my time and my gas. Very disappointing situation and services. Very dishonest. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well. I will also fight my payments. I have seen so many horrible reviews just like mine. It's too bad I didn't do more research before wasting my money. read more

Prior to my consult I was a bit concerned with the reviews but I wanted to form my own opinion. When i walked in i felt very welcomed by the staff. Jessica brought me back for my consultation and was very informative. I decided to go with 2 sculpsure treatments. The technicians were very sweet, made sure I was comfortable and explained post care! Can't wait for my results! 10/10 recommend read more

The manager Jessica lacks communication skills. I originally signed up but before using I asked for a refund. She told me that they process refunds on Monday but will put the ticket in. Come that next Friday still nothing so I contacted corporate who proceeded to let me know that she never put in the refund ticket and they will be looking into this. The next week she calls me and tells me that they needed my card information to process the refund and it would be processed that day!! Here we are almost 2 weeks later with nothing. I have tried to reach out to her and no luck. She won't return phone calls or anything. If you decide not to use the package good luck on getting your money back. read more

Light RX treated me well. Love Casey, full of knowledge about all the treatments they offer. She made a plan for me to meet my desires. The entire staff were fun and friendly. The cleanliness was top notch too...as a hairstylist, I'm super big on sanitation, and Light RX didn't disappoint. They offer so many services, so it truly is one stop shopping. Thank you very much for all that you did for me. read more

This is the first bad review I've ever written, that's how angry I am..... I was a client at another LightRx location that suddenly shut down without warning. I was there a week prior and they said nothing about it. I already prepaid for my services (because that's how they do it to scam you). I called this location for my refund and they referred me to corporate. After trying and failing to get through to corporate after 3 weeks I called this location again. They said a manager would call me back and never did. STAY AWAY FROM LIGHTRX! It's a scam and not even corporate is honorable! Next step is now the BBB. This is such a nightmare for a bride to be. I will also be contacting the bridal expos and let them know what happened and why they shouldn't allow LightRx booths at their events anymore. read more

The only reason they got 1 star is because I couldn't leave zero. The photos in the books and on the walls are extremely deceiving. I purchased exactly what was recommended. I followed the after care instructions. I worked out diligently. Each visit I'd complain that I wasn't seeing results, like the pictures in their books. They kept telling me that it would take time to go into effect. I complained enough and got extra treatments on my stomach and face. Not only did their original packages not work, having extra treatments didn't either. At one point they said use the body cream. I bought it $160 worth and returned it. The girls who work there are knowledgeable, based on what they are instructed to do. Regardless of their knowledge, the treatments don't work. I'm 5'2" 108...I didn't want to lose weight, I wantd to tighten the loose skin on my abdomen. Honestly, it looks worse. The tightening didn't work. I work out 4-6 times a week, so its not like I was looking for an easy fix, maybe just a miracle. The Viva on the face did nothing. Regular facials, give better and quicker results. My consultation for the final review of my before and after pics, the technician had no words, except talk to the mananger. Not only did this cost a lot, it was a waste of time. Downtime after the face treatments, took over 24 hours before I could leave the house. Time is money and this definitely wasn't worth the time or money. Very disappointed. read more

I purchased a Groupon for laser treatments on a small area. When I arrived the receptionist was wearing a mask and was very friendly. I was surprised the receptionist was also my service provider. The laser treatment itself was definitely a little unpleasant. The laser they use here has the snapping rubber band effect. I've been to other medspa's and the lasers they use there don't hurt at all. I was a little surprised and disappointed that my service was as painful but it was a Groupon. This is no fault of the company. I'm just a wuss. I was also SHOCKED that most people don't tip?! I'm sorry, but if you are receiving a SERVICE especially through Groupon, you should tip. If you don't have the money to tip, you shouldn't be receiving a SERVICE. These gals and guys are most likely making hourly wages and a little tip could really make their day. Try putting yourself in their shoes. Granted this will be my 2nd service today; out of 6. I hope the service continues to be great and I hope I toughen up because the results are incredible. read more

SCAM will be filing a fraud charge immediately!! Went to the location to schedule consultation & payed for a groupon package of 4! Complete scam!! I received a groupon package for 3 photo facials as a gift from a family member. I setup the appointment for March, (before my groupon expired) they called to cancel because that's when COVID started becoming a thing and told me I could reschedule once they're back open without an issue. I attempted to reschedule once they opened and they told me my groupon was EXPIRED and no longer valid! Are you serious?! Terrible experience with them! read more

So far so good! My consultation was done by Jessica. I saw some bad reviews on her but she was a complete angel the entire time!! They genuinely care about their clients. I will definitely be back! Thanks ladies !! read more

Whatever you do, don't buy a package from this place as you can't even get in for your services that you prepay for. They have a 6 week wait till their next available appointment!!! I asked the nice girl on the phone to have her manager call me and yet no call. It's been 24 hours. I also contacted corporate and they apologized for me not being able to get in for services, but it's because they are running Groupon promotions and always running specials to get new customers in the door. My response to that was, they shouldn't be taking on more clients if they can't even service the customers that have already paid them. The girl was very nice and professional on the phone and said she would have the regional manager contact me, but as of yet, haven't heard from them either!!! DONT BUY A PACKAGE FROM THEM AS YOU WONT EVEN BE ABLE TO USE IT!!! might as well throw your money out the window!!!! read more

Tremendously disappointed with this practice.. They were very nice and quick to take my money although when I voiced my concern to them that I was getting no good results and requested my money back Beth Kivinen, clinic director, was quick to say they don't offer any refunds. I requested for her to give me her corporate customer service phone number and she refused. I spent over $3000 and absolutely nothing that they offered happened instead on my lower back where they did one treatment I ended up with a dimple on each side instead if the fat reduced. The facial treatments which were 8 in total that i had done still needed 4 more. These treatments made my face more saggy so I stopped going, expressed my concerns to Beth Kivine and requested my money back. A year has passed and still not a penny back. I would never ever refer anybody to have these treatments done. Total waits of money and my time. read more

First off do want to say my tech was very nice. Just not impressed with way pricing/inquiries work and service didn't work like pictures show. Not sure whom out there as dealt with medusa kind of businesses but I am not too sure like the way it operates seems very sketchy/scamish to me. I decided to do kind of off a whim of the excitement of seeing the before and after pictures. I faithfully did The Who shebang - the contour package and legacy package for 2 areas after feeling pressured in the "consult session." The ladies were nice but during the whole time week to week I wasn't seeing any difference even in my before and after and mid time pictures no differences. Very discoursing since I didn't have the money to begin with to do this but took a jump to try based off how great the pictures all look in their store. I worked out every day running 2 miles day and drank over 80oz water and diligently watched diet very very well but nothing really changed - definitely not for the price. Then when completed was reminded about their "greatest sale ever", which mind you when I signed up I was told the sale I was getting was their "greatest sale ever" then too. So temporary thought hum maybe I need to do another session maybe then I will see more results? so entertained and thought about it cause I do want to see some change. So rather than getting caught up in the pushyness of "in store consultation" I tried to just call and look on line for pricing to decided what would do. But I can't get prices without going in for a "consultation". I think the forcing of the consultation is unfair because its kinda a pushy situation. Even during my first consultation I wasn't given prices until after I was asked to fill out a credit application for "credit card/loan for the service". Was like then told after approved with certain amount. Seems like told a certain amount based on how much I was approved for. Kinda upsetting I couldn't just be told what price is and know up front. Even when I got on website and tried to talk to a rep in chat got same thing "oh we don't give prices, prices are different for each person based on their needs." to me that makes no sense. Price for 1 session of legacy is same time / treatment for everyone no matter how large person is. So should be same cost. Now I get it the total cost for some one to have done could vary dependent on their needs/size but the actual price of each service should be the same. I feel like its poor customer service to not give me the price and to insist I come in and "get consultation" well maybe I don't want the pushy salesman consultation. maybe I just want the price of the service and then I can decide if I want to continue or not. Even when was doing my service, throughout the treatments I kept being told about new sale and oh its limited time and if you sign up for another service today I can give you a facial for free - but had to do it that day. That part wasn't a sale but after I told the salesperson it was a financial stretch for me she was still trying to "entice" me to do it so thought she would offer that. Telling me she got special permission from corporate and could only do that day if I accepted right then and there before leaving my current treatment. To me this just doesn't make me feel comfortable especially since I wasn't seeing results and I had told her how I was in serious financial bind. Then when I asked a rep later on/in chat for pricing and told her my experience she said "well thats how med spas operate". WOW ok maybe med spas aren't the way to go then. Sad because I would really like to have given it one more shot to use but not worth the hassle and sneaky way of pricing/charging people and getting feeling I am paying more than someone else or not getting the best price especially since I am struggling financially. maybe will just continue to exercise and eat right and not bother in this direction. Am I wrong? is this normal business practices???? wow - just went through other comments and say this news video. and see they are closing locations across AZ too - hmmm. read more

Please don't come. Waste of my drive to come during traffic and my appointment wasn't even at the right day or time I scheduled it. If I could give this poor excuse of a "business" a negative rating I most certainly would. I received fillers on 4 separate occasions at the arrowhead location. The ONLY reason I was going to book another appt was because I was "financing" through these people. They lie, they take your money, they run, and they don't answer phone calls. The WORST possible place and I wish I knew as soon as I dealt with the sad excuse of the clinic director. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I just finished 3 skin resurfacing sessions with Light RX. I am LOVING the results! I'm 38 years old. With the beginning signs of all the sun damage I did to myself as a teenager, just starting make its debut. Once cute little freckles are now starting to turn into not as cute sun spots. After these 3 sessions.... they are gone! The texture of my skin has also dramatically improved. I started using their skin care treatment as well. It's also been incredible. I'm so happy I did this. I'm not new to the facial treatment world. I've had multiple chemical peels, PRP, facials regularly done. All have done different things. But none have given me the smoothness in my skin as this has. So yeah. I'm very happy with my results. One thing though. The down time was rough. I've never had a facial treatment where the down time was REALLY this kind of down time. PRP was its closest equal. It kinda caught me off guard after the first treatment. But for the 2nd and 3rd. I knew what to expect. There was little makeup could do to cover it. Plan on maybe a weekend at home after. Anyways.... If you're on the fence about getting the resurfacing treatment done. DO IT. I'm serious I happy with mine. read more

I had the Obalon treatment starting at the end of December and I have already lost 30 lbs with an additional two months to go before the balloons are removed. I have not felt this good since before college. The Obalon program has helped me change my eating habits, and I do not believe that my weight will rebound once I'm off the program because I now focus my diet on protein and green vegetables. The online nutritionists offer fantastic guidance, but most of all, Dr. MK and Clinic Director Nikki have been amazing. I credit Dr. MK for my having experienced zero side effects due to her medication planning and careful procedures, and Nikki has been amazing as far as support, arranging secondary services, and having a cheerful and positive attitude every single time I arrive at the clinic. I highly recommend the Obalon program if you want to shed weight quickly, sustainably, and safely. Further, I recommend getting the procedure done at this office because the people here are awesome. read more
