Awesome Awesome Awesome!! Michelle, thank you so much for the amazing facial and microdermabrasion. It was my first one and I was a bit nervous and she made me feel right at ease. My skin feels wonderful and I loved it so much I purchased a bundle pack so I could go again and again. She has a first time customer discount and her rates are beyond reasonable. Thanks again! read more

The place is a nice, clean, and inviting environment. Michelle did an excellent job on my facial. It was relaxing and felt great! One of the best facials I have ever had. I am definitely coming back here again. I can tell Michelle truly cares about her clients and their skin needs. read more

Michelle did my eyebrow wax and tint today. At the beginning of the appointment, I explained that I am pretty particular about my eyebrows and I didn't feel the the previous person was getting it "right." Michelle asked me one question: "What do you think she is NOT doing right?" This allowed me to explain precisely what I didn't like about how they were being done. Michelle listened and she NAILED my eyebrows. In all seriousness, this is the best they have ever been done. The color and the shape are perfect. In the other person's defense, maybe I did't explain what I do want for her to be able to accommodate, but the difference is that Michelle asked the RIGHT question to zero in on, and correct, what I wanted. Thank you, Michelle. You own me now. read more

Just had an amazing 90 min massage by Olena! I don't think she missed one muscle in my body! My neck, shoulders, and back are always so tight, and she really gave them a good workout. She also stretched my glutes, hamstrings and shoulders, which is much needed for a desk jockey like me! I'll be back. read more

Great products and great service. read more

I have been here before several times. Went there the first time for brows (by Michelle), then Facials (by Elvira). Shyla joined the team, (thank you) with lash extensions and fills. Had my first massage there with Olena today, it was challenging (for me, not for her) because I am recovering from a complex broken ankle surgery. I had a fantastic massage that included lymphatic therapy, with special attention to my left leg, and ankle. She has an intuitive knowledge of which body parts need attention, whether via massage, or her knowledge of body group stretches. This is the first day I haven't had to worry about postop edema! Love, Love Love, all the folks at Skin Glo! read more

Olena is highly gifted at what she does! Her massages have a combination of techniques and she intuitively knows the areas that need work. Over the years I have experienced Massage in this country and abroad and she is the best! Seeing her on a regular basis is definitely time well spent improving and maintaining good health. She has a passion for the services she provides and truly cares about my well being. I respect her as a professional as well as a wonderful person with a kind heart. Skin Glo Studio is conveniently located with easy parking. The owner has done a super job in relocating here and creating a customer friendly environment. I enjoy seeing her when coming to see Olena. I wish Skin Glo many years of success!! read more

I've had two facials and two eyelash appointments at this salon and have been entirely impressed with the technicians, cleanliness of the office and pricing. I started because of Groupon but will continue to go back. Amanda's eyelash extensions stayed weeks longer than any other application I've had and Alicia's facials offer a visual difference. Alicia is also very conscientious of what's safe for my pregnant skin needs. Love this salon. So happy I found it. read more

I just finished a wonder facial with Michelle. My skin is glowing and tension from face, neck shoulders melted away. Products smelled and felt wonderful. I'm looking forward to my next visit! Thank you! Glad I found u guys on Groupon! read more

The amazing, beautiful and relaxing setting was perfect for a 90 minute massage at Skin Glo Studio! Michele did a fantastic job when I saw her for a facial and microdermabrasion . She uses products that are non irritating to sensitive skin and they smell fantastic! I drove from central Mesa to see her and would have gladly driven from Scottsdale, Tempe or Chandler. read more

Michelle and her staff are super friendly and welcoming. I bought a gift package for my wife, she loved the massage and quiet, quaint little spot. Definitely not a soul-less corporate franchise (so common in Arizona), but instead a local business with heart and soul. The price may be a few dollars more (not much, if at all depending on where you look), but it is such a better experience. My wife said she felt valued and cared for personally- not like a number on a spreadsheet (which was the feeling she got the last two times I bought her a gift card from a national chain). Needless to say she booked again and her skin looks even and balanced, great results. read more

I had a wonderful surprise with this purchase, I bought a living social voucher for the first treatment and I love it, as first time client she honored the promotional price for two more treatments that I also enjoyed so much. Just went to Skin Glo and had a massage with Olena and she was great. Very nice office and friendly staff. A must try! Renee

It was my first time getting a facial and it was AMAZING. I found Skin Glo Studio on Groupon.

Saw Michelle today for my first ever facial! Great experience! I will be going back! Michelle is super nice, professional, and knowledgeable. She recommended products for my particular concerns and skin type. I was able to purchase all these products directly from the studio. She explained how the products work and answered all of my questions. The studio is very clean and inviting. They have great bundles that can be purchased for a particular service to save money! read more

Olena is incredible! My 90 minute massage was the best I've EVER had, really! I met the owner and everyone there was super friendly and nice to deal with. I'm going to buy a package for my wife and I, so we'll be going back again and again! Thank you for everything!! read more

I found this gem of a studio via Living Social and Yelp. I am quite grateful. I was nervous getting my first dermaplane treatment, but after talking with Michelle, the owner, I felt much more comfortable. She really asked a lot of questions about my skin (which absolutely hates the desert dry air). I felt confident that she really 'got' my sensitive skin, she really listened to my issues and concerns and then stated she needed to know more before starting the treatment. I loved it!! My face is smooth and really has a glow to it and my peach fuzz is also gone. She also recommended a serum for my dry as hell skin, and because the product has no return policy (which she stated she didn't favor), she told me that she loves the product so much that if I didn't like it; she'd buy it back from me! I loved the packages she offers as well. I'll be a regular here as i"m now a dermaplane addict!! read more

Just had one of the most relaxing massages. I cannot say enough about how wonderful my experience was with Olena! She truly has the touch. Will be coming back on a regular basis!! read more

Started my day out with a doctors appt. They made me run late to my eyelash session at SkinGloStudio. Which in turn looked bad on my part. Reasoning for coming here as a new client was to replace an existing tech. There were a few misleading problems when I showed up. 1st: online, it did not show any price for eyelash removals, so I set it as an appt with the other appt for my groupon full set session. They said it would cost $30. Not okay with me at all. Terrible marketing and a way to trick a paying customer! 2nd, I was completely unaware of a 20% gratuity being automatically added on to my session w/o my knowledge bedore I booked. I found this out before leaving and paying for the removal read more

Michelle has made a huge difference in my skin. Not only was my facial great, but she educated me on my skin problems. With the help of a couple products she recommended, I now know how to treat my skin and blemishes! read more

Received a massage here from Olena Barnes and it was incredible!!! One of the best massages I have ever received. She also incorporated some stretches and showed me how to do some of them at home. Michelle was honestly the best esthetician I've ever had! She is extremely professional and knowledgable about her craft, and it is clear that she is driven by results and client satisfaction, and not finances. She has saved my skin from years of overly-aggressive dermatologists and overly-passive facialists, and I am now a loyal client! read more

I have been seeing Michelle for nearly 2 years now for eyelash extensions. I can't imagine life without my lashes and I can't imagine having anyone but Michelle apply them. Thank you for the good conversation and excellent service in your clean, adorable spa. read more

I have nothing but RAVE reviews for Michelle and her Skin Glo Studio. The facility is very clean . . . spotless ! ! ! And, the entire staff is very professional. Definitely a "two thumbs up" operation. When it comes to massage therapists, Olena is in a class all her own. In addition to being very well trained and knowledgeable, she's very intuitive. If you see her for a treatment, but aren't real sure what your problem is, she'll locate it, identify it and apply the proper massage technique to fix it. Olena's been working with me for the past six months, and I have yet to leave the studio disappointed. I can give Ms. Barnes nothing but high marks. Give her a try . . . WARNING ! ! ! She IS addictive ! ! ! read more

Shylah did my facial. I have to admit when I see all five star reviews for a place it makes me suspicious but I'm a suspicious person by nature so maybe that's it. In any case, my facial was amazing. I felt completely relaxed and could have taken a nap after! She did everything I want from a facial. I just laid there and tried to clear my mind as she did her work, massaging my scalp, my shoulders, arms, down to my fingertips. I was really impressed. She put a grape smelling mask on my face that she said was like a little pac man eating my dead skin cells. After my facial, I really felt like I could see a difference! Plus, I love the hot towels! It's one of my favorite parts of the experience. They have little packages one can buy giving a discount if you buy three or six facials at a time. If my budget allows, I will definitely be taken advantage of this offer. Shylah was a sweet woman with a good personality. She made me feel welcome. Definitely give this place a try, it's worth it! read more

Elvira did an excellent job with my facial. Great information, great products and an overall excellent experience. Thanks, Elvira!

Had eyelash extensions with Brie. Couldn't be happier. She took her time and was meticulous. Really paid attention to detail. Not to mention very friendly and easy to talk to. The lashes are soft and natural looking. It looks like I was born with fabulous lashes and they don't scream fake. Four weeks later and they're still going strong and look great. Looking forward to my next visit. Won't go anywhere else. read more
